Unfortunately, I would not recommend Tires Choice Auto Service Centers based on my experience. I went in needing a pretty straightforward service. I had already mounted the two rear tires myself and only needed the two front tires mounted, all four tires balanced, and an alignment. The first quote they gave me was over $400. When I questioned why it was so high, I found out they were trying to charge me for services I never asked for, including mounting all four tires when two were already mounted. After I questioned the charges, the price suddenly came down to around $250. Then when I went to pick up the vehicle, the bill was now $300 because another $50 charge had been added for "diagnostics." I never requested diagnostic services, nor was I told when I agreed to the $250 quote that an additional diagnostic fee would be added. Going from nearly $400, to $250 after I questioned the charges, and then back up to $300 because of another service I didn't request left me feeling like I had to carefully scrutinize every charge just to avoid paying for things I never asked for. I understand shops need to charge appropriately for their time and services, but customers should be given clear, accurate pricing upfront and should not be charged for additional services they did not authorize. I was very disappointed with the lack of transparency. read more

I got a flat tire at 4:30 PM on a Sunday when most places were closing at 5 PM. I called around and all of them said they were too busy or they couldn't do it because they were going home. Ken the manager at tire choice said no problem took care of it and even stayed late. Highly recommend, great service. read more

For starters, waiting 5 hours for a calltelling me any updates. Mechanics in the back have 0 mechanical knowledge, one guy told me that my sway bar linkage controlled my steering. absolute joke of a shop full of arrogant dumbasses read more

I had a question about Tires on my brand new vehicle. Larry immediately acknowledged me and came outside. He was very professional and actually explained to me about tires codes and manufacture dates. Upon checking my tires he said they all matched. He even offered to check the air pressure but I had already done that. I appreciate Larry and the education he provided me on my tires!!! read more

Went here to resolve a steering issue with an older Toyo Avalon. After initial inspection, Breeann was very informative and answered all my layman Qs. She had all the mechanisms working like a fine oiled machine before she allowed it to leave the shop. I was very pleased with her diligence, communications and sticking to the initial estimate. Would highly recommend for mechanical services. read more

Places takes forever and robs you 200 dollars for oil change and took two hours never going back not to mention staff was not friendly !!!

We were traveling back to PA and noticed a screw in one of our tires. We stopped here and they squeezed us in and patched our tire and got us back on the road. read more

I called in a pinch; needed to get on the road and couldn't do so with the issue I had. Manager got me in and out and didn't even bat an eye. He heard the issue, and told me to come in and he'd handle it immediately. My tire was fixed in 30 minutes. We've all been to service centers where you get the run around... in my experience, this isn't that place. Came across as genuinely good business. They've got my vote, and a new customer. Trust and honesty go a long way. read more

Great tire shop, my valve was leaking on my truck . They got me in and fixed it for free. Highly recommend.

I got a flat and they made everything so easy. Incredible service and so quick. Everyone was friendly and super helpful even though I ended up coming in right before closing. I'm so grateful for this shop. Thank you! read more

Two stars only because the folks I interacted with were friendly. First time here and i left feeling like I got totally robbed. $284 to put 4 new tires on my car. Unbelievable. Shame on me- should've done a little more research. Based on my experience this is not a business I could support or recommend. If you take a chance I hope your experience is better. read more

Awesome service. Great shop. Great guys working the counter. I needed help and they saved the day. Thank you!

Very fast service. Got in and out in no time. No high pressure upsell. They honored the discount coupon happily. My pet peeve is when auto repair companies try to sell things you don't need. I'll be back for sure read more

So yesterday was my second exposure to Tire Choice- the first time was two years ago for a tire puncture repair, and this time it was simple, a new set of tires for my girlfriend's SUV, and an oil change for her car. The tires for the SUV was a little strange, when they had already dismounted the tires from the rims, they checked the size - and discovered that the tires we had discussed as first choice were not in stock. So we went with second choice and they threw in the 4 wheel alignment. As for the oil change - that included a tire rotation, but when they got underneath the car, and looked at the wear patterns - they were smart to tell me that they would not perform a tire rotation.... The rear tires had an alternating scalloped wear, to below the wear indicators... It looked as if the tires has been sculpted by a belt sander... Not a pretty sight. We were aware of some bad wear due to insufficient number of tire rotations during the 48k my girlfriend had owned and driven the car, but I never expected to see this. So yes, whip out the MasterCard, and the second set of tires for the day were on the way. This time the had the Michelin Defenders and I was on my way... Two small issues, they were (self admission) under staffed by two team members this day, so even routine work, where there was an appointment, they were slow. And the extra unplanned work (like my second set of tires) they were extra slow. And the other was the mix-up with the first car, where they had my old tires dismounted before they knew the tire I wanted was not in stock. On the plus side, very low tire prices, even before the manufacturer's rebate (yes they beat Costco). So a solid three for price - just be careful or have a second choice in mind. read more

Got a flat tire, this was the 10th place I called to see if they could get me in and out and the man told me to come in 45 mins for the fastest service. I did & they got me out in 10 mins. Very fast and reliable. UPDATE: almost positive they did a tire alignment too without even mentioning it (freeeee!) read more

Positives: courteous desk service and comfortable waiting area Cons: poor diagnostic skill level. Potential integrity issues. read more

Quoted an out the door price of $915, charged me an additional $10 at checkout saying he forgot about the $1 for each tire. I'm no math genius but four tires would be $4. They also destroyed my black lugnuts by impacting them and not breaking them free first. They pulled the same scam on my co-worker 2 months prior with the "I forgot about the $1 state fee", they also inflated my co-workers tires to 60psi when they should have been 36. I didn't know about my co-workers experience beforehand or I would've went elsewhere. I won't be going back. read more

This Tire seller is possibly the worst one in Stuart at present. I used to take my Porsche's there for tire replacement, for a few years, but they changed managers and they now are dishonest, and try to substitute another brand of tire for the one quoted to you, hoping you'd not notice. I ordered Pirelli P-Zero's for my wife's GTS and they instead installed a cheaper, less reliable tire, the "Scorpion", which is NOT recommended for this car by Porsche. I made them take them off and install the one I was quoted on. The manager, Dave M, can't be trusted. Furthermore, they damaged the $1500 rim by using a screwdriver to remove old wheel weights, scratching the rim so bad it had to be repainted by Porsche at my cost. Forget these bums. If you go there, you'll be sorry . . . for sure. read more

Great service fast and fair and affordable. Robert is amazing. Definitely my first choice.

Always get great service here! Only place I get my oil changed and tires taken care of. Fair and friendly!

Good shop. A little on the slow side but I think they were short handed the day I visited. All in all a good experience and fair pricing for set of tires and the work performed. I will be back. read more

Robert at Tire Choice was amazing, so polite, patient, unruffled and helpful. Offered up all the options and provided great insight into types and benefits of all the (sometimes) confusingly difficult choices and patiently gave me dialogues about the cost / benefit of those options. Had me in and out in less than an hour. All while answering and helping others on the phone so that everyone (including me) felt like we were his #1 concern. Love this location and the people there. read more

I went to The Tire Choice in February, 2014, for two new tires and a basic wheel alignment. When my car was ready, I drove home and for the next 2 days, I noticed that the car was really pulling to the right. It had not done that prior to the alignment work that I received at The Tire Choice. I returned to Tire choice and explained the situation to the manager. He had his alignment tech test drive my car and the tech agreed that it was pulling to the right. (This was 3 days after they did the alignment and installed 2 new tires.) The first thing the Tech did was to check the air pressure in the tires. He determined that the air pressure was different in each tire. (I thought this was odd since they just installed the new tires and should have put the proper air pressure in all 4 tires as a normal service procedure.) After putting the proper amount of air in the tires (which should not have been necessary), he test drove my car a second time and determined that it was still out of alignment. As it turned out, the second alignment (3 days after I paid for the first alignment), took an extremely long time to complete. The Tech later told me that he "really had to crank on it." I asked the tech why he would have had to work on it so long when it was just "aligned" here 3 days ago. He basically had no answer and sort of shrugged it off. (He was a good guy and our conversation was pleasant.) I might add that I never received any type of explanation or apology from the General Manager for the inconvenience of having to return for a second alignment. As a matter of fact, he seemed rather indifferent about the entire scenario. So how do you go to a tire store, buy 2 new tires and end up with different air pressure in each of your 4 tires? How can they work on the first wheel alignment for 30 minutes and not have it properly aligned but represent to me that it is aligned? This was a big waste of my time. If the manager would have at least uttered something that sounded like an apology or offered me a free alignment the next time around or half off or something, I would have felt a little better about this. Also, they did not put a paper floor mat down on my floorboard before driving my car and I still have some black grease stains on my carpet mats. Laugh if you like, but not funny when you arrived with clean floor mats and you leave with permanent black stains on the carpet. There are a lot of tire shops in the Stuart area and the next time I need tires or alignment, I'm going elsewhere. read more

Very fair pricing on tires and good trustworthy service. I checked with multiple places and this tires choice has some of the best prices in town. I've put tires on 3 of my vehicles, and bought at lest 20 trailer tires, also they special order tires for off road vehicles which I've bought about 20 of those tires. read more

I recently had my oil changed and brake fluids flushed (1/17/14). When I left the shop my car immediately sounded different upon acceleration. Then, within the first hour after my car was serviced it began to choke and die when I accelerated. It kept happening. After half a dozen times I called Tire Choice and was told to come back. I had to restart my car numerous times to get my car back to the shop and in that time I was frightened of breaking down in the middle of an intersection or traffic. When I got to the shop I was asked some questions by the manager, Steve, and he knew immediately what was wrong. Something about a clip or valve or something. I never did get a straight answer and the manager kind of laughed it off and blamed it on Honda being different/difficult. I did not find this to be in the least bit funny. My daughter's car was there for an oil change also which we had to pick up around the same time I brought my car back. What else happened was the mechanic didn't adjust my oil life %, got the next oil change mileage due date wrong, and I had asked that the tire valve stem cover be replaced on the one tire because one was missing. The valve stem did not get replaced. Extremely BAD experience! I was not offered an apology or any type of store discount or credit for any of these mistakes/ or my trouble. I find this to be unacceptable and bad business practice. read more

Never again. The owner David was not only rude but also lied. I brought in a card I received in the mail that stated free tire rotation with oil change. He stated he had time to change my oil but not to rotate my tires so I told him that I would go elsewhere. I guess for sake of not losing the sale of the oil change he said fine, he would rotate my tires. Once he got my car up in the air he said he couldn't rotate my tires because I needed new tires. So I paid him for the oil change and took my car somewhere else to get new tires. The other place I took my car to, told me I had over 5,000 miles left on my tires. I don't know how this place stays in business with their customer service. read more

On June 22, 2015 I spoke with someone at the corporate level regarding my experience at store #1257. The issue is that on June 19th the shop called me and told me "...we have the car running, you can come pick it up..." I arrived and gave him nearly $1,900 cash for the repair work. The exact issue that I brought the car in to be repaired happened before I even left the parking lot. I nursed the car back into a parking spot, walked inside, and had him write on the invoice, "Customer still having stalling issue vehicle was brought in for." He initialed it. When I spoke to corporate on June 22nd I was told that someone would call me back. I said, "No offense to you, but that sounds like a brush off. What you're telling me is that someone whose name you won't give me will call me on a date you can't tell me and there's no number for me to contact." The lady came up with a name, and told me that Market Manager Rick Mareira would call me soon. It is now one week later and I have not received a call or contact from anyone at Tire Choice. After being a customer for years and spending thousands of dollars there because the weekend hours are so convenient, I can't help but conclude that the store got me for the big score... they did a lot of work that didn't fix the car, took my money, and now the brush-off has commenced. They've lost a four-car-family customer, but this issue won't go away. There should be some compensation for the $1,885 spent on a repair that was completely unsuccessful in addressing the issue. read more

Tire Choice was supposed to perform a simple oil change. Instead, transmission fluid was drained and the oil was over filled by at least 3 quarts. I had to file an insurance claim through tire choice and was without my vehicle for 23 days. Tyler Hammock performed this oil change. Steven Addams allowed me to drive off even though their contracted tow truck driver has been returning cars more often lately to them after shoddy work is performed. Mr. Addams didn't even check the mechanic's work. Customer service is awful. Kevin Opolin offered me a free oil change for my trouble, which I assumed was a joke. Christine and Mckenzie are not good customer service reps if you call the 1-800 number. They are rude and don't listen to issues that are voiced. McKenzie even refused to register a complaint that I filed.Raphael won't answer the phone if you do have to set up a claim. The final supervisor finally apologized for everything I had been through, but asked that I understand that employees are human and make mistakes. Draining the transmission fluid is a mistake. Allowing someone to drive off after you have drained it is negligence. read more

Got a new set of tires for my car and it now rides great. Good service and a great price will use them again

Will not go back and if you pay via credit/debit stay away. They double charged me today, and told me the second charge will disappear at midnight. I was lied to when they told me this happens every time as it has never once happened before. The manger tried to get me to buy service I did not need. I should have only had to tell him once the transmission was rebuilt using factory parts, but instead he kept trying to tell me I needed it because of the miles on the car. The transmission dose not equal that, I should not have had to repeat that! When I got there they tried to tell me I needed parts replaced they already replaced!
