$450 for an oil change and fuel filter on a 2017 Duramax is straight-up insane. They tried hiding…read morebehind the word "diesel" like that magically justifies robbery. The fuel filter itself is a $30 to $40 part, and swapping it is basic maintenance, not some engine-out surgery. Then they hit me with a $250 charge for that alone because of "labor." Absolute joke. This place clearly thinks diesel owners are clueless and willing to pay whatever number they throw on the invoice. Nothing about this service justified that price. No transparency, no reasonable breakdown, just inflated charges and excuses. An oil change on a Duramax already costs more than a gas truck because of oil capacity and filter size, but this was pure gouging. If you own a diesel truck, avoid this shop unless you enjoy getting fleeced. There are plenty of honest diesel shops that won't treat routine maintenance like a luxury exotic-car service. I'll never come back, and I'd strongly recommend other diesel owners stay far away.

The service here is 100% on-point. I think you pay for some of that in the final bill, but if "I…read morewant my car taken care of with transparency, friendliness, and minimal impact on my life" is how you approach car care, I honestly have never had a more customer-first mechanic experience in my life. I'm glad I popped in here when my battery light came on, and I'll definitely come back. PROS: -Everybody is so freakin' friendly here. You'll primarily interact with the two front desk employees who do what they say they're going to do at a level that's pretty impressive. ("We'll email you a full workup of your car, and if you don't call us within the half hour, we'll call you to make sure you've received it.") -They offer courtesy rides to/from where you need to be. If you need to drop off your car mid-day, they can take you back to work. If you need to pick it up mid-day, they can come get you from work to pick up your car at the mechanic. When I had to take my car here unexpectedly and planned to have to take an Uber, they were happy to get me home at no cost to me. -Full price transparency. Even when working up the work order just to take a look at what was wrong with my battery, the service manager, Eric, flipped his computer screen around and talked me through what every charge was and why it was there before I agreed to the look. After they knew what was wrong, it was the exact same process, with a full itemized plan (taxes and all fees included!) with the out-the-door price to know what you're getting yourself into. -They also run a full "complete car health" check on your car. I'm unsure if you can opt out of this, but it was really helpful, honestly. You receive a full online list of Green, Yellow, and Red items of concern about your vehicle along with pictures and explanations of everything to do a bit of reading yourself. This is SO nice for reading at your leisure instead of feeling bad taking up someone's time while they have a line out the door of customers waiting on them. -Zero pushiness on any service. When I opted out of one of the "Red" services, Eric was super friendly, explained what the potential risks would be, and let me know what a good "you really gotta get this done for your safety" timeline would be. -Car was returned just the way I gave it to them. No extra dirt or anything else. -They were able to get my car done within the day with no problem - even when I came back, without an appointment (see below), a second time! -I never waited in line. With two front desk staff members, there was never a time where I was on hold on the phone or waiting in the office. There was always someone to help me - and fast! -They have an after-hours lockbox for dropping off your keys AND picking them up. I feel so much more secure with my key locked up instead of the usual mechanic placements somewhere on the car. CONS: -After returning my car to me with the issue "fixed", the battery light was back on in my car within a day. Super weird. However, I brought it back in (rides, again, were offered to me!), and they redid the work at zero cost to me. My guess would be one of the parts was DOA when they put it in, and their short test drives didn't trigger the same wear on it as driving home did. -The work was a bit more expensive than my mechanic friends said it "would" have been at other places. Not price gouging or anything ridiculous, but just be aware that it might be a bit more expensive to fund all of those fantastic customer-first experiences you get to enjoy.

The first time in, they began work without approval. Second time in I realized, the $856.00 price discrepancy of what he told the first time was $500.00, increased by more than 350.00. On the first visit he had very much to say about the prior tech/company that worked on my vehicle, then later refusing that he said what he said. Just like this time, only his words cost me $350.00 MORE than quoted the first time, which I have in writing. They fail to add any numbers on the computer print outs and never get a signature of approval to begin work. When asked to send a statement and price list of the damages to the prior company that worked on the vehicle, he failed to back up what he said to me, to them, messing up any easy chance of them taking responsibility for the damage and the lack of work that was done. Forcing me to seek legal council for damages and any hopes of recovering the money I spent prior to coming to Goodyear. I had no idea the prior company did what they did until Steve brought it to my attention in the first place, then to deny what he said. I went into the store on February 12, and spoke to one of the service technicians regarding my…read morejeep. I had the tires rotated about three weeks ago and the very day after they were rotated I noticed a noise from the front end of the car, it sounded like it was coming from the tires. It was like a rattling type noise.. It only happens when my car hits a certain speed like on the interstate, which, I have to drive multiple times throughout the day. When I had looked up possible causes for this noise one of them was, if the tires had been rotated, but not properly placed back on that, could be the reason. Also, my vehicle has been pulling to the left. So, The technician says that he needs to drive my car to check this out, so I give him the keys thinking he'll drive the car down the road and back and then when he comes back, he'll put it up on the lift inside their garage, and look underneath of it to Make sure that the bolts have been placed properly. Make sure that the tires were properly balanced, and make sure everything was properly aligned. But, that's not what he did, he walks back into the store looks at me and says "so how long has that steering wheel been crooked" I responded "it hasn't been. There's nothing wrong with my steering wheel". Then he says How long has it been pulling to the left? I'm like, since the day after you did the rotation. Then he tells me that the source of the sound has to be the ball bearings, and that I need to take my car to a general mechanic and have them check it out. He Didn't spend one second actually looking at the tires or checking the bolts that hold the tire on. As I mentioned before, I'm on the interstate all throughout the day several days out of the week. If God literally forbidding something goes wrong with this vehicle, it's not just my life! And this is my only vehicle to get to and from my job! And I cannot just keep taking off work and come in there and have somebody dismiss my concerns. So once I got to work, I had to find an automotive repair shop that is open past 5 o'clock so I can go and have my vehicle evaluated for something that even the repair man, over the phone, stated, sounded very much like whoever rotated the tires did not put something on properly or didn't align or balance them. Fortunately, this repair shop also does tire repair and replacement and alignment. Ps. The link they sent me in response to my review. Goes to a website for you to join their fleet program. No customer service anywhere in sight.
