The best tire shop for straightforward, honest and comeptitively priced car tire service in the SGV! Coming here for a Tesla tire alignment could not be any easier or better done. The only thing is that they do not take appointments. It's first come first serve, so expect to wait some time if you're not here early in the morning. Whereas other shops in the area quote $200+ for a Tesla alignment, here it's $125 and done quickly without any other service upcharges. Once my car was taken in for the alignment, it took just under an hour for it to be done. There's both a seating area outside and AC seating inside while you wait. Cash and credit/debit/digital wallet payments are accepted, which is a huge plus for flexibililty. I'd definitely recommend coming here for an alignment or any other tire service!

Thank you for accommodating to the handicap. Genuine down to earth business, being kind goes a long way. Benefits and probably the reason everyone goes here. 1. Won't scratch your custom rims when mounting tires. 2. Uses Hunter equipment, which is widely considered the best in the industry. 3. They even use black wheel weights for black rims, attention to detail that really matters. Tesla and other high end vehicles no issues. As a bonus, there's an awesome MKIV Supra and an NSX to admire while you're there. Highly recommended even if you need to travel the distance!

Tire Central is a quality wheel and tire business that can get you in and out of your situation quickly, thoroughly and competently. The knowledge and information Alan has with regard to your wheels and tires is vast. He also has access to, in most cases, same or next day delivery of your products. I take all my vehicles, my family's vehicles and even tell my coworkers at the fire station to use them because quality is one of the most important factors to the businesses I patronize, I always go to Tire Central. Another thing is the prices. I don't know how they make money there, but their prices are always the best for that kind of work and competency! If you need or want wheels and tires for your vehicle, Tire Central is the place!

Man these guys are good!!! I caught a nail in my tire and was worried it would take hours and hours to get my X5 fixed. They got me in and out within 30-45 mins. Very professional, very attentive, and definitely can answer any questions you have regarding tires and wheels. I was curious about a couple things giving my vehicle has multiple media interfaces ( tire pressure settings on the dash ) and my technician Danny was awesome. I came here years ago because all other shops were closed and got great service but kinda forgot about them because they are not located on a main street with a lot traffic. If you're in SGV and need any tire service, quote, or have questions, I'd call these guys.

My tires were balding and I needed to replace them before the rain. Yes, I said it.. THE RAIN! It rained two droplets and I got scared and started searching for tires. During my search, I was recommended this place by a friend. So, I naturally searched it on Yelp. AND of course, Tire Central had great reviews. I called and asked if they had my tires available. They gave me a quote which was cheaper than the tire shops I had called before. The guy that answered the phone told me that they are first come first serve and that they would be closing at 5pm. It was a little after 4pm when I called so I rushed over immediately. I made it in time for them to replace my two bald tires under 30 minutes. They were fast and efficient! If you need tires, don't hesitate. They will give you a great price and provide excellent service!

Discovered a screw in my passenger rear tire that was causing tire pressure issues. I dropped off my car Friday morning and it was all patched up by the afternoon at no cost! Thank you as always for the great customer service! If you ever have any tire issues, go to Tire Central and they will take care of you!

Great service and done fast. I emailed Anthony to have two of my front tires replaced, was quoted, selected the day I needed to come in, and was finished in 2 hours even though they said it would take 4 hours because of how busy they were. I've been coming here for my tire replacements since they were at their prior location. Prices are fair for the huge selection they offer.

Alan and his crew at tire central is the best in the game. Called in yesterday to ask for tire mounting and alignment and it's FCFS. They mounted these 39" tires on my wheels and no doubts or worries of having it done perfectly and not scratching wheels. Tire Central's pricing is a great value for attention to detail and the work they complete. While taking their time on the job, they work efficiently to get you out as quickly as possible.

Tire Central is Spectacular! Been coming for years and the experience, quality, and value is top notch! Need a tire patch? They got it. Need an alignment? They go you. Need a new set of 4 tires they don't usually stock? They'll order and get you installed the next day! They close at 5pm and usually have a 4pm cut off to start service but they were super nice and changed all 4 tires of my wife's car when I arrived around 430pm. I was out of there by 450pm. I used the Yelp quote function to get a quote on the original tires and some comparable options. Replies were quick and straight to the point. Don't need to look anywhere else. Just come Tire Central. San Gabriel is lucky to have Tire Central!

Visited Tire Central based off the strong Yelp reviews. Had good experience as I was just getting set of tires mounted/balanced. FYI, the current charge is $40/tire if u bring outside tires. Seemed reasonable but it's been a few yrs since I've had to do this and remember the days when it was like $20-25/wheel. Tip: try to go in the morning. I got there at 11am and was told it'd be ~1 hr. It ended up being closer to 1.5 but it was before a rush around noon. Place gets busy.

Got here at 1215pm fur my 1215pm Appt. After standing at the front desk for 10 minutes someone…read morefinally acknowledged me and asked me to have a seat. So now 15 minutes in and still haven't written it up or asked for my keys. I'm here for a rotation and balance so I don't expect it to take long. I'm on lunch and can't really be here for over an hour. He told me they should be able to get me out by 115. If they can do that , I will be happy. Right now though, I'm not all that happy since it feels like they burned 15 minutes of my time. By 1245 they have called me and measured my tread depth. This is little peeve of mine and it reminds me of a bigger one. No longer am I given the piece of paper that tells me what my tread depth was. What is the point then? If my tires are wearing unevenly, it would be nice to know about it and even better to know which tire. One of them was less than the others. Wearing faster. No idea which one and the receipt is worthless as it doesn't have that info. My bigger peeve is that when I had the tires installed I asked if they could tell me how much brake pad was left. Actually my girl was with the car and I asked her to ask them. She said they told her they can't do that. When I got there she and another customer told me it was due to liability. Now I didn't ask for them to make a judgement call on whether or not the brakes were good or bad or could go X miles. I just literally wanted a estimate measurement. The other customer coukdnt understand why I didn't want to accept the liability excuse and made sweeping statements about the trouble they could in. Let me make this part crystal clear for the sites and for the corporate lawyers. Ask yourself how much money you'll be liable for the day you refuse to tell a customer his brake pads were looking pretty slim, or let's say a couple mm left, and that person ends up dead or killing someone else 3 days later due to not stopping in time or some type of brake failure? They will sue and they will win stating that any reasonable technician would have recognized how dangerously worn the brake pads were and you refused to inform the customer, whether or not it's your business. So if that's policy to not say anything, I'd really rethink that. Seems like the liability is with not telling them. You tell them, you've done what would be reasonable. You refuse and you are opening yourself up to be cast as the next bad guy in court. So easily. They will crucify you. Think about it, corporate lawyer people. That's all I'm going to say on that. My car was done by 115. Guys at this store working in the bays showed a lot of hustle and cooperation. An exemplary crew of technicians. The service writer guys were good once they got to me but they would do well to achnowledge people when they walk in to let them know they are seen and will be helped soon. Can't ask for much better on a free service. Still would be nice to know those tread depths since you took the time to measure and all....

It's been quite awhile since I've been here since I've been driving less and I also purchased a new vehicle, so I haven't had to get any new tires. The management seems to have changed since I didn't see the familiar faces. I have since come here twice in the past two months, unfortunately because I like driving on nails. Parking is a challenge because they're so busy, but I can find parking down the street - it's just a bit of a walk. On my first visit, my tire could not be patched but helped me make an order for the tire with a deposit. I ended up getting it replaced at the dealership because I wanted it done sooner if I could. I informed America's Tire and they refunded me my deposit. On my second visit, my tire could be patched (thankfully!). I was helped quickly and I was in and in 30 minutes. This is the type of service that I have always appreciated. In both cases, I had made an appointment. Shout out to Norman. It was nice seeing you, but I hope I don't have to see you again for another 13,000 miles.

There really isn't much parking for their small business, but street parking is mainly where you should park. Nefti assisted me when I arrived. I provided him with the details of what happened to my tire and he suggested that I get 4 new tires versus one. He gave me 3 different price ranges for different tires (good, great, best). Each range provided a cash value and a credit card value along with the mileage the tires can be good for. I also provided him with my driving routine and he suggested the "best" option for me. The price was $$$ for the tires he suggested for me which I agreed, and I needed it done right away so I didn't really have a choice. I was driving with my spare and I needed it changed out right away. Now, he couldn't service my vehicle right on the spot because they are appointment based. He was able to squeeze me in at a later time the day, so I left and returned later. When I returned, I parked right in front of their garage opening. They took my vehicle and I waited on the other side. They have a couple of chairs for guests to wait for their vehicle and a TV that had the football game playing. Their restroom has a small step to get in and out of, I'm not sure if it's truly ADA accessible, but it can be done with a little more force to get passed 2 inches from a flat surface. They changed all 4 of my tires under 1 hour (about 45 minutes from start to finish). Also, once my tires hit the 5k mileage mark, they said for me to come back for free tire rotations. My friend also told me that they repair tires with nails in them too. When my vehicle was finished, I was told they refilled the air in my spare and placed it back into my trunk (that was going to be my question upon paying). That's great service! They now offer alignment services! They do not hold your vehicle on file, so they give you an envelope that contains all the services that were performed and suggest to keep it in the glove compartment.
