Hello guys, I've been reading reviews and I'll say, this place is excellent! Customer service was beyond my expectations especially after reading some reviews. The staff were fast and knowledgeable even though it was a little wait, they assured my tires will not be flat when I leave. After the change, i paid, and it occurred to me how not pricy it was! I asked for a certain service the my did not do any further or try to lowball or highball me. I also like the way the front worker guy is very nice and polite. I don't think the place is racist at all! Someone said if you're "black" don't go there. That's not true, my friend "black" and I went, and we got exceptional service, I'm sure that person was just rude and when given the same treatment he didn't like it (you have to do better.) anywho, highly recommend for your tires! I've come here multiple times before COVID and this was the first time coming back in a while. Great service as usual. I needed to change out one of my tires, so I spoke with them via Yelp. I eventually ordered the same stock tire (Toyo A36) and they had it available the next day. I came during a non-busy time, and they took care of the replacement immediately. My total time here was less than 30 minutes. I've waited about 1-2 hours in the past during busy hours, which is very understandable, so this time was very impressive. They offer reasonable prices, and provide dependable services. You can tell that know what they're doing, and the best part is that they just want to get the job done. I went to Costco to get new tires and was given honest advice that the price I was going to pay for mediocre tires weren't worth it ($220/tire). The rep explained that they don't carry good quality tires for my Honda Fit and instead, recommended Tire Central to me. He said I could get a much better deal and much better quality for what I would have spent at Costco. Went with his suggestion and decided to request a quote through Tire Central's yelp. I got a response from them FAST and during the long Labor Day weekend, where their shop wasn't actually open for business. Pretty great service. I can tell why they have so many 5-star reviews. David was very kind with giving me options. Straight forward, yet informative responses to get the job done as quick as possible. They got my tires ordered and ready for the following Tuesday. I did have to pay a $100 deposit in ordering the tires, which makes sense. I got there at 11:40 and was told the wait would be an hour to an hour and a half. My tires were done at 12:41. Pretty spot on ETA. They have wifi in their shop if you need to use which is nice. It's worth spending a bit more on tires if it means good quality to keep you safe on the road. My car also felt much nicer driving with the Yokohama's that I got, which were $160/tire. Definitely much cheaper than Costco's. Highly recommend Tire Central. read more

I was a walk in for tire puncture repair on a rainy Monday around 9:30 am. Checked in with the front desk and left my keys. The technician started to work on my tire repair about 10 mins later and no more than 30 minutes total time, I was ready to go. Best thing yet, they don't charge for puncture repair / plug. Keep in mind other places charge around $15 for a plug and $25 or more for a patch. Although they didn't charge me, I was grateful for the time they spent on my car so I tipped the technician. Not sure about their tire prices in comparison to other shops or Costco but their service was A+, living up to the Yelp rating expectation. Tire Central is the only place I will go now for tires and installation. They took great care of my X7 while getting a set of new tires installed and I really appreciated their attention to detail. The tires were mounted flawlessly on my wheels. I went from the factory run flats to all season non run flats, and on the BMWs it's imperative that in the iDrive system, the car settings match and configure to the new tire specs. When the car was ready, they had the car already set to the new specs and I left for the road extremely happy. The balancing of my tires was also done to perfection as well and they run incredibly smooth with no vibration or anything at all. Will definitely be back again! read more

After having the suspension replaced on my EV. The car was tracking to the right and the steering wheel wasn't centered. The efficiency of the car also dropped. Got quotes from other shops charging $50 to $100 more for an alignment. The only downside is that it's first come first serve here. Get here when they open. You get a print out of your alignment numbers. You can pay with credit card. My steering wheel centered, car goes straight and battery efficiency went back up. My beater EV is good now. read more

I made an appointment with a tire shop closer to home but after I saw the fantastic ratings on yelp I decided to come here instead and I'm so happy that I did! My Tesla model Y was starting to shake on the freeway with higher speeds (70+), thinking it was an alignment issue I brought it in to tire central where Dave assisted me. I was quoted $125 for an alignment. After explaining what was wrong with my car and showing a video of my car seat and wheel shaking Dave said it might be a balancing issue. He took a look at my car and then said it might be because of something wrong with the foam inside of the tire. I had no idea what he was talking about but he said they could do a quick inspection to see if that was the case. I waited in their office for a few minutes then Dave called me in the shop to show me that the numbers (balancing? I forget) were way off for the front tire. He told me it would be a quick fix and would check each wheel, quoted me $15 for each wheel. I went back to the office while they worked on my car and Dave called me back to the shop and showed me what the foam looked like in a normal model y tire and then showed my foam which was basically torn apart. He said it was only one tire that needed the repair. So he fixed my issue costing me a total of $15 and probably 30 min wait total. I really appreciated Dave's honest work I felt like he could've easily suggested an alignment and balancing and all these other things but he didn't. Don't know how I can give this place any other rating than 5 stars I came here because it was time to get my tires rotated. I called, and staff told me to come by as it was first-come-first, easy enough! So I went out there, parked, went to the office to check in and waited my turn. They told me it'd be a couple hours, but in reality it was closer to 45 minutes. Note that there's ample seating both inside and outside, with free wifi as well as a restroom. So if you're looking to do some work on your laptop and take meetings, there's a bench outside that's suitable to do said work. Once it was my turn, the tire rotation only took about 10 minutes tops. And the cherry on top? It was absolutely free. I came here and paid nothing to have my car driving smooth again. Everyone was kind and courteous here, and it makes perfect sense why it's so highly reviewed. Thanks team! read more

So, when I checked my Tires further, by taking off the wheels. I see they didn't even bother to balance my tires. There are no weights at all on both wheels. I paid for mounting and balancing, but they only mounted them. What a waste of money. From the first day, I felt something off because when I drove off the car felt uneven and unsteady, and this is why. :( read more

I first made contact with this shop via Yelp to inquire about my tire pressure sensor as the warning light was lit on the dashboard despite all the tires having the right amount of PSI. It had been a while since I had done anything about the tires so I was ready to have them change all 4 sensors, balance and align the wheels without really knowing what each of the latter two meant. We discussed how the car had been driving and determined that two of the tires were worn and I only needed to replace 1 of the sensors. While I was about to set myself up to spend many hundreds of dollars, Tire Central's expertise and complete honesty had me in and out of there in one hour and only spending a couple hundred dollars for two new tires (tire rotations and wheel balancing included) and one new tire pressure sensor. I will absolutely be back for all future tire needs! They are a busy business, and I can see why people come to them. read more
