I bought the Cooper Discover AT3's for my Tacoma. No waiting, done in 30 minutes (2 tires on a Saturday). They look a bit more aggressive than the stock Toyo A30's. I am looking forward to better off-road performance. Even if my mileage suffers on Florida trips. read more

If you have a car you care about, don't take it here. Have a somewhat low car and guy changing the tires didn't care one bit, scraped the bumper and continued on to the side skirts and was going to lift it up on said side skirts, he didn't know how to go about it so had two other guys look at it and they still didn't know what to do so i bought the tires and took them somewhere else!! And the guy was being a jerk the whole time, was trying to be friendly and he had only sly remarks for me read more

Purchased a set of tires for our vehicle that had never had any issues in the past. Immediately upon leaving, the car had a bad vibration. Brought the car back another day. They said they fixed the problem, after spending literally 5 minutes on the car. Was no better. Brought it back again. They replaced one tire ("bad tire?" we wondered.) Still not fixed. Gave up. Paid another mechanic $500+ to replace a damaged wheel hub, rotor and brakes. Again, this car had zero issues until we had tires put on here. All started immediately after the tires mount/install. We'll never be back. read more

I dropped in and was told there was a three hour wait so I made an appointment to balance my tires. On the day of the appointment, I arrived ten minutes early. After getting checked in, I was told it would take at least an hour. I did not wait for their service. I won't be using their business and would tell anyone that cares to listen not to use them unless they have plenty of time to sit and wait. read more

First of all this place hasn't had any good reviews in almost a year or two. They all date back years ago! Never coming here again after a chain of events that spiralled out of control. I originally called for an alignment. They said they could get it the next morning so I took my car to them. They come back inside to tell me they refused an alignment until I bought a part from them, a front right wheel tire rod, about $100 more than I was paying with labor taxes etc. Just like anyone else wanting their car fixed, of course I say yes to go ahead. A day later when they get the part in, After telling me that was what caused the shaking in the first place, BUT, they wouldn't put the part on unless I paid for the alignment too. It's over $320 at this point. So I say yes again since I want my car fixed . Let me remind you, it was just fine before I took it to them, just a little pulling which mean alignment. Well they said the part would fix it, right? WRONG, if I could upload the videos of my vehicle making the sound of hard medal clanking after paying $320 to them for what they said would fix my car, I would. But instead, I'll upload the pictures of what they have done to my hub cap 4ish weeks later after having to bring it back to them yet AGAIN. I have had to bring my car back to them 3 times now. The loud metal clanking noise I took back to them the FIRST day of services, the 'technician' (if that's what you want to call them), straight up told me to my face he inserted the tire rod the wrong way and had to re-do it. OMG. I was a nervous wreck. 4 weeks later my car has never had the issues it's having with my tires and now a sensor was hit while they were working on it and went bad. Though they claim they didn't touch the front and they claim they didn't take off the tires or touch the back. Well that doesn't make sense cause they had to put the part in and align the tires, sooo WHAT DID THEY DO?! Fast forward , I can't believe the trouble my car has had. And it's been a wonderful vehicle . 2015 Kia and is under 150.000 miles. The manager, Andrew, tried telling us if a car over 150,000 miles the engine light will come on. Are you serious?! My mouth must have dropped because I'm sure I was terrified at this point. This is when they finally said they would take the car and try to fix my tire and ended up keeping it 2 days, and telling me they left the bolts to fix it myself in an envelope in the car and ruining my hub cap they burned! So I get to go buy another one.... $320 later + a $50 hubcap they've caused me some serious damage. I'm so upset , I paid for all this mess. It upsets me because for years myself & My family used Tire Barn but never again. I would NOT recommend taking your car here for even the simplest thing!! Here's the pictures of what they gave my car back and what the tire looked like. read more

I wouldn't even give this place one star! I bought top the line tires, over $2000 specifically to be safe on our trip from TN to FL 3 weeks later, only to get as far as GA and have my tire nearly come off because 3 of my 5 lug nuts were not even tightened and all three bolts had broken off, thank God we stopped when we did! I have NEVER had an issue with my tires or any of the bolts/lugs and I drove this truck from CA to TN 9 months ago. When we went back to Tire Barn to let them know, the Manager Andrew Carrier would not take ANY responsibility. It was over a month ago... (Uh, no, it was 3 weeks ago, even if it was a month, should I have to check your work after a month?? It's oversized tires??? Really??.. Then Why are you selling them?? You "hand" tighten to the specs of the truck?? .. AND SO ON. We were treated as if this was all our fault..a call was made to the corporate office immediately read more

I've been here a few times now and just from those few visits, I can tell that this will be my primary tire shop from now on (as long as I'm in the area). Guys that work there are super cool and friendly, and both times they were able to squeeze me in last minute. My schedule is crazy so it's hard for me to find time for these kinda things and without even mentioning this to them they literally stand there and calculate their work load and fit me in. And do so in such a nice way. They really do have awesome customer service, which is usually a toss up in places like these. Their prices are REALLY good, and they stand behind their work 100%. My most recent trip they didn't even charge me for checking out my slow tire leak problems. Took them a good 15-20 minutes to do so, I wouldn't have had a problem with compensating them for their time but nope! Class acts I'm telling you! They also have $20 off an alignment if you check in on Yelp while you're there. Speaking of alignments, they will also do alignments on lowered cars as long as it clears their ramp. Some places will outright turn you away. Their Kingsport location has an in-ground machine so they can take care of all cars no matter how low. "Thank you Tire Barn, you guys are awesome!!!" read more

My wife and I are on our 25th wedding Anniversary tour from Massachusetts to Nashville. Halfway into our trip, noticed a vibration in the steering wheel at highway speeds which got worse and was now being felt at low speeds. Through great Yelp reviews, I showed up at Tire Barn Warehouse in Johnson City on Saturday morning. I met a very friendly Andrew who came out and checked my tires. He was able to have my front 2 tires replaced quickly while I waited. One of the tires had tire bands poking through the tread. Next a check on front end alignment. Andrew showed and explained the alignment numbers info to me. It was right on the edge of needing one or not. I made the decision to get the alignment. How good is this place? I drove all the way from Massachusetts to Johnson City Tire Barn Warehouse in Tennessee to get new tires on my car. read more

Do Not Buy from here. They lie to you and deceive you with rules that do not exist. I got ripped off big time! I purchased 500.00 worth of tires with the road hazard warranty and when I got a nail in one of the tires....I was told I did not have the road hazard warranty even after them telling my husband that I did. Then they tried to make up a reason saying since I had not rotated them with their company it voided my road hazard. I had them rotated by Sears when I got my oil changed and wheel alignment done and have proof of it. But they don't care. This rule of rotating does not exist because I read the rules that is on the back of my paperwork and it does not state that anywhere. It does not matter as the tires were rotated and I did buy the road hazard warranty. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANYS DECEITFUL WAYS TO KEEP FROM HAVING TO REPLACE A TIRE UNDER THE WARRANTY! read more

The associates are very helpful and nice!! The prices are reasonable. They have a tire for every budget.

I was declined service bc I work with a dispensary in Virginia and was accused of trying to sell thc to a tire tec bc I was telling him about a dispensary who had someone go to hospital and found opioids in there system after eating a edible from zarati shop whom I do not work for and this was not even the same day it was after the fact they waited 45 minutes to tell me I needed new lug nuts on vehicle witch was 15 minutes before close. They are very lazy. I also told them that they could call 911 and I would voluntarily let somebody search my vehicle because they would not find nothing in my vehicle because I do not conduct a business on Tennessee side, they had nothing to say to that, except that they would not put the tires they sold me on the vehicle after I had the lug nuts replaced the next day so I was accused of this after I work in sheet rock and am a sells rep on the side do not work in a dispensary I just follow on Reddit to see how' to see how the dispensary operates bc Tennessee legalized thca and it's being sold by dispensary's now popping up in Tennessee read more

0 stars literally ZERO! I ordered my wheels a month earlier and they never called me, kept making excuses! A whole month later I called they said bring it on so I did, an hour later they told me they couldn't do it on a rav 4! I took the wheels they ordered, took them to a local guy had them on within an hour of them telling me they had to order more sensors for my wheels when they actually LIED to me about that! NEVER GO HERE!!! read more

I didn't have a very high opinion when I had my tires put on 3 years ago. They balanced one tire so out of whack that I had to return (who has time any more to come back?). However, today I went in because one tire blew out on the road. It was split. They diagnosed it and another tire as faulty and replaced them no charge. Ok, would have been good to have good tires initially but they did stand up and show integrity. I value that. read more

I was on a roadtrip when my tire had a belt issue and these guys changed my tires quickly and saved the day when other places said they were too busy. They seem to have a pretty good inventory to choose from and the alignment and balancing was included. read more

I have been going to Tire Barn in Johnson City for quite a while now, and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Josh treats me like family. It's wonderful to know that I can go in and trust that he will be honest and fair to me! All of the guys there are friendly and do a great job, but I must admit that I generally wait for Josh if I can. I have 4 vehicles that he takes care of for me, and I send family and friends that way, too! My first visit there was about 10-11 years ago when the tire on a "new to me" Mercedes began leaking. The dealer had mentioned that they had bought the tires at Tire Barn, so I stopped over there to see if they could help me. They fixed the tire for me, no charge, quick service, super pleasant, and I was hooked! Some of the people have changed over the years, but the service has been consistent! And I love being greeted with a smile and with my name. Thank you, Josh and Tire Barn!!!! Rebecca read more

RUN don't stop! A bunch of liars; particularly John "the manager". I bought 10 tires from him on Xmas eve and he assured me that road hazard was on every tire that they sell and of course the minute( two months later) I need the coverage he balks. I don't know how he sleeps at night. Karma is all that I can say. read more

Great customer service. I trust them with all of my tire needs. For patching a tire it is inexpensive. And you can trust their repairs. The last time I took a tire in for repair, they didn't even charge me. Great home town business, that cares about their customers. Thank you. read more

This company does not understand that if they do not let the customers drive the cars in and out of the service bay that the company is responsible for keeping a car clean. I got my tires rotated and balanced and the guy who pulled my car out came out with hands just covered in grease and just drove my car that way, no gloves, no seat covers, etc. I shouldn't have to have the interior of my car cleaned just because I had my tires rotated. I was standing right by the door and would much prefer to move it myself to avoid cleaning it. The lack of care for the customers property is not right and for my next set of tires I will look elsewhere. This place used to be great. read more

In JC for a soccer tournament and I found a screw in my tire as I was heading to the fields. I was panicked because I was 5 hours from home and it was 2:00 on a Saturday afternoon.
