I immediately asked for the order to be corrected and specifically reminded the server not to forget the fries, which were also part of our order. At this point, it was already around **6:00 PM** The server took the food back and later returned with what I trusted was the corrected order. Unfortunately, when I got home and opened it, I was shocked to discover that, she had simply given me back the exact same incorrect order, and the fries were still missing. I called the restaurant and spoke with server and on behalf of Travis, the manager. His only solution was that I would have to drive all the way back to the restaurant again. The host attempted to seat all seven of us in a single booth, which was clearly uncomfortable and not suitable for our group. I politely asked if we could be seated at a regular table, even suggesting that they push a couple of tables together to accommodate us. Unfortunately, our request was immediately denied, with no effort to offer an alternative or make us feel welcome. Customer service should be about making guests feel comfortable and valued, especially when they are coming in with their families to enjoy a meal. The lack of flexibility and willingness to accommodate such a simple request was unacceptable. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this location and will not be returning.

If something that small and overcooked is considered acceptable to serve, that says a lot about the quality control. Overall, it felt like a waste of money. The atmosphere was fun, and being there for the game was enjoyable, but a good environment can only make up for so much. I don't typically use a straw for water at a meal because, as I hope everyone knows by now, are bad for our environment. I did not use the straw for water on this visit. At the end of the meal while drinking a few more sips of water I felt an uneven essential on my lips and mouth from the glass. I inspected the glass and it was broken from top to at least One Third of the way down. I told my bartender and he straight away argued "well, I gave you a straw." I do tire of having to do other people's jobs for them. He was otherwise apologetic. I mentioned it on the way out- couldn't wait to get out- to a female employee (not Hostess who was on the phone at that moment) but she ignored my comment choosing not to answer me. I will not return for a long time as this place is below my standards. Their Prime Rib is actually tough and a good 2/3 of the meat on my plate tonight, was therefore, inedible.
