I am very happy with the spray foam insulation provided by Tip Top Insulation! The team was professional, respectful - and always helpful. I contacted Tip Top Insulation about insulating my attic space, walls, and the spaces between the ceiling joists. I provided them with the floor plan with measurements, and they recommended the best option. For the preparation, all items/furniture were moved from the wall 4 ft to 5 ft and covered with plastic cloth so the team could maneuver around the spaces. They removed the existing insulation (fiberglass 'bats'), vacuumed the areas, and dry-wiped the sills /horizontal surfaces. They applied the insulation, trimmed the expanded foam where needed, took down and removed all the plastic, and cleaned the work area. We are very happy with the results. Tip Top Insulation was wonderful. From the initial call and all through the inspection, scheduling and job execution. It is extremely uncommon to see these days a company that puts so much detail on customer service and such high standards of workmanship. We had a nasty situation up there in our attic - rodent waste, debris and what not! Not to mention an extremely low amount of insulation. The crew came in early morning and placed plastic sheeting all over the work area. Then they proceeded to clean all of the nastiness up in the attic. Thereafter they proceeded to blow in insulation.
