They only removed one window at a time and our house never got cold on a 33 degree day This was one of the best customer experiences for a project I have ever had. We had a older (50+ years) 5" front door deadbolt lock that had failed and needed it repaired or…read morereplaced. I contacted Ami at AD Garage Doors and Locks who came across to me as honest, well versed, and experienced. His technician Tom inspected the lock the next day and found that the mechanism had broken to open and close the deadbolt and had to be replaced. Because it was an older wood door and lock, Ami and Tom recommended replacing the original 5" Kwikset deadbolt with a 5" Schlage deadbolt latch that would fit the pre-drilled holes in the door. Tom was able to secure a large enough plate to cover the extra pre-drilled hole in the door and give us a functioning front door lock. AD Garage Doors and Locks completely met my expectations at a reasonable price and I highly recommend them in the Chicago area.
