My nails
Majesty P.

I went to Tip Toe Nails and I requested black square French tips for my nails and feet. They seemed to struggle with the concept of sharp square shape and french tip. I showed many pictures but after seeing they were not capable of doing it I just gave up, paid, and left. As I stared my nails they bothered me too much so called to make an appointment for a free fix. Instead of polite customer service I was met with yelling, defensiveness and they told me it would be an extra charge to fix their mistakes so I hung up. They were really nice and I loved my pedicure but it would be in this businesses interest to maybe stop watch dog videos on their iPads and watch french tip tutorials instead. It would have also built a long standing relationship with a customer had they met my concerns with grace, offered me a free fix, and a more detailed consultation of the photo I was wanting. If you want a deep and thorough pedicure, this is the place! But I will personally never let them touch my hands again. Here is a tip I will give this business : If you know you cannot provide a service or duplicate a photo, just tell the customer no with a smile and suggest something else. Also this short acrylic set with toes to match was $135, if you want an accurate pricing.

I love Tommy and Lee they get me right everytime!

If you're looking for them LA vibes this the spot. They remind me of home so much my nails are always shaped to perfect never lifting and I have never brought in a nail into that Lee couldn't mock !

Black everywhere. Dry acrylic.

My mom has been going to this place for over ten years and I've come on and off, during that time, when I've been in a pinch with my nails. Today has absolutely been the worst experience of my nail life with this place. I had to get an old set removed. That was fine. I showed Tommy, the owner a picture of nails I wanted done and he said he thought he could do it and would try. Fine, I give anyone the benefit of the doubt. Firstly, he picks whatever red he wanted to, and doesn't even ask if it's okay. Fine, it can let that slide too. He then proceeds to just complete butcher the design on my finger and looks at me like if I'm crazy for not liking it. I tell him it's fine that I just want the nails all red and that I just wanted to leave, at this point. He acts like if I'm inconveniencing him by having him take the design off the two nails, on each hand that he prepped. Fine, I even let the attitude slide. He then asks me how I know he did it wrong. Now, I'm not a nail tech, but I've had my nails done religiously almost every two weeks for the past 12 years. I've been to nail techs far more talented and in so many different cities that I know when something just doesn't look right. By now I'm offended and just want to be done. He starts to repaint the four nails and doesn't even clean up the rest that he quickly had painted through. Once he's done he's like are they fine. They weren't but I just wanted to leave. My mom looks at them and gets mad for me. $45 for my hands to not even look like mine. The nails are huge, there's black chunks in a few of them, they're not filed properly, I have cuts on my nail beds, and overall it's just really crappy work. I wanted to like them. I wanted to give them another shot. But when a owner's ego is more important than the customer being happy, I draw a line. I won't ever be back here again.

They did such an amazing job! After the f Horrible experience I got from Nina Nails (DO NOT GO THERE), they fixed my problem and treated me so kindly. I loved their service and they have a great connection with their customers !! THANK YOU! You guys will get my money again

"Great quality friendly staff"! I just moved into town and found this spot to get acrylics. The man did a great job! And the lady did great on my pedicure. I was very pleased that they didn't gossip in their mother tongue too. That is a huge deal maker for me. They did full set for $25 plus $5 for coffin style and he did a matte top coat for free. The pedi was $25 and I also got eyebrow and lip waxing but wasn't that happy with it (will stick to threading)

I usually don't leave reviews but I must for this one. I had went back to this same place a year later to get a simple white acrylics done. My pedicure was amazing and was done by this sweet lady. However for my manicure, the owner did my nails. I specified what i wanted and from there I felt very rushed. He did my nails very fast and was ready to get to other customers before finishing mine properly. I had white nail polish all around my nail, the clear coat didn't cover my nail properly. I asked a couple of times to get it fixed up and each time it was rushed. I was also asked to pay before i even got my nails done whereas others paid after. Just a horrible experience. I pay just like anyone else so I should get that same treatment and nails worth my money. I will attach pictures below. I've been trying to like my nails but it just carries a bad energy due to the treatment. Thank you to the ladies though. I wanted to tip them specifically.

My nails never break or chip!!

I first reviewed this location back in 2014 but I must say nothing has changed it's only improved. From the great prices to the quality service you will come back time and time again! Only 4 minutes from UNLV Mac center and 8 minutes from the strip. It's a great location, great if your just visiting or a local. It's usually busy so make sure to call for an appointment if your in a hurry. If your looking for walk ins they are open 8am-7pm mon-sat closed on Sunday's.

It's hard to see but those little spots are bubbles in the polish.
Angela Z.

I really wanted to like this place since they are so conveniently located, but I was a bit disappointed. The service was super friendly, but the place is in kind of a sketchy looking strip mall. Also, the salon is very clean, but the polishes all did seem pretty old and clumpy. If you are in a hurry, this is not the place for you... I was there about 10 minutes after 10 AM when they open, and it took almost 2 hours just for a pedicure. Not because there was a wait or anything, just because they don't work fast. I will say that the guy did scrub the heck out of my feet, which I do like, so I appreciate that, but the polish came out with lots of bubbles in it. Not a huge deal on your toes, except that I believe it makes the pedicure not last as long. I am less than a week out and it is already chipping off. I am happy to pay $25 for a pedicure, but if it lasts less than a week then it is not a very good value for me.

Great gel manicure! Super friendly staff.

Personally I love this place. I agree with the reviews. It's a simple, no frills nail salon with great customer service and so far everyone has done a great job. I was coming here on my lunch hour for a gel manicure with Ly and she is amazing. Fast and high quality gel manicures. She always went above and beyond and repaired any broken/shorter nails so they always looked great. Today I came in for my first pedicure. Pedicures make me more nervous since I have super tiny pinky toes and and am ticklish. But it was a great, good massage and it was a nice way to end my busy work day.

Fullest on point long my nails great job Timmy toes on point thanks lee

I was in town and needed a fullest and a pedicure tommy did both my pedicure and nails hands down he's the best his wife lee did my husbands pedicure and my design age did great I would highly recommend this place I know I'm coming here next time I visit Vegas

I can not believe how unsanitary this place is and how u professional they are. I want in for regular pedicure, first she didn't allow my feet to soak in the water she just immediately started working on my feet. She started checking if I had ingrown and I said yes. I thought she took it out but the next few days were terrible I began having immense pain on my left toe and got an infection. Not to mention the fact that she didn't give me the pedi sandals she made me wear my own shoes on the way out ... please just be aware and do your research on places.

Your feet are sprayed with water and wiped down, then you go in with the fishes! The water is nice and lukewarm, which is fine for me - I hate hot water. The fish aren't at all unpleasant - it's actually quite nice. We were definitely allowed more time than the 20 minutes. This is a fun thing to do with a friend or partner. Or sure, do it alone. Again, I don't know if there was any real benefit, but it was sort of cool. That's good enough for me.

We initially signed up for the 20 minute session but both of us were having such a zen time than we asked to be extended and Kim said no problem. After the session ended, Kim gave our feet a quick rub down and we were on our way again. Can't wait to do it again.

After looking around the area, this location at the Four Seasons popped up (and if I checked in I got a free glass of champagne with any service... uh, yes please?) It says you don't need an appointment, and when I went there was not anyone available right then, but they could see me within the hour. The ladies at the spa check in where all so friendly and spoke so nicely you instantly felt relaxed. The spa and the nail area are wonderfully calm, beautifully, and relaxing. I was escorted to the nail portion and met my technician and given my champagne. My tech was sweet, curious of my time in Vegas and genuinely took her time and care for my dear overworked hands. I was even able to keep my nail file afterwards. The surprising part, was after I was done and went to pay I could access the rest of the spa. I sat in the meditation room for awhile, had some fruit infused water and thought deeply about just spending the rest of my afternoon tucked away in that gem of a place. If you've never sat in one of those quiet relaxation rooms, you have no idea what you're missing. I sat down and instantly was whisked away, my muscles melted and I sank into my chair and was blissfully at peace. It was more than I am used to paying for a gel manicure, (120 after tip) but I'd do it again in a heart beat... and maybe schedule that massage. Oh, and while I was at it, consider booking my hotel room. Beautiful place!

This was, without exaggeration, the worst nail salon experience of my life…read more I booked an appointment through their system, yet upon arrival nobody even bothered to check my reservation or ask for my name. Instead, they immediately tried to upsell me on extremely expensive services. The most shocking part is that these prices are being charged by people who seem to lack even basic knowledge and skills in their profession. First of all, hygiene standards were practically nonexistent. The older woman who worked on my nails wore no gloves, used a UV lamp as a hand rest, and there was no dust extraction system running, meaning I spent the entire appointment breathing nail dust. Even worse, the tools used on me were simply wiped off and put back without any visible disinfection. Completely unacceptable. The woman removed my previous set so aggressively that she removed skin along with the product. Instead of properly preparing my cuticles, she used an e-file in such a careless manner that she cut almost every single finger, leaving me with multiple open wounds. I requested square nails, yet every nail ended up crooked and uneven. When I asked for a correction, I was told it was "too late." Too late for what exactly remains a mystery. Then came the most painful part. She applied some product from an unlabeled bottle, calling it a "base," and spread it directly onto the open cuts she had just created. The burning sensation was unbearable. After that, she proceeded to pour gel over both my nails and the wounds. Throughout the entire appointment, instead of acknowledging her mistakes, she repeatedly insisted that I was "allergic" in an apparent attempt to excuse the pain and burning she had caused. I am not allergic--this has been medically confirmed, and I have been getting my nails done regularly for over 10 years without ever experiencing anything remotely similar. Open wounds covered with chemicals are not an allergic reaction; they are the result of poor technique and negligence. I was in so much pain that I asked her to remove everything immediately because I simply wanted to leave. I walked out with bleeding fingers, damaged nails, and paid $25 for this experience. Had I not been desperate to leave because of the pain, I would not have paid even $1. The final appearance of my nails was honestly heartbreaking. I would never allow a client to leave in such a condition. Absolutely unacceptable service, terrible hygiene standards, lack of professionalism, and complete disregard for client safety. Looking at my fingers now, I finally understand why so many people avoid this part of town. I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from this salon. I am attaching photos from the apocalypse I experienced. Rest assured that this will be published everywhere.
