My sister and I were looking for a new nail salon since ours moved out of state. We noticed a sign indicating new clients 20 percent off. We made appointments. Our services were just ok. My sister's nail tech doing her pedicure was on her cell phone with her ear buds the entire time talking which was unprofessional. Why we gave this salon a 2 star -the door was locked at our appointment time and we had to call to have them unlock the door and when paying the bill my sister asked about the 20 percent discount and the girl said it was over but they still have their banner advertising this. While on vacation I needed my nails done and found this place. Everything was okay. My pedicure was great but the paint job was mediocre. My gel manicure was rushed through as more and now people came inside. They didn't want to turn away business so they rushed through everyone. Which left my paint job uneven. read more

Went in December. Worst mistake I ever did for my nails.Yeah they looked nice but the damage wasn't worth it, been trying to grow them out for 6 months and damage is still constant reminder. Please find another shop! I don't know what kind of standards anyone else who has left a review has but saying they are clean is troublesome! They are NOT clean they do not sanitize or clean their powder or liquid containers. They are clumped with dried product and do not properly clean their brushes between customers. I developed a deep fungus in my nail bed, this is very painful! Sophia is very friendly and sweet and does offer some water she is very accommodating but other than that their work is shotty and I recommend going somewhere else! Please see pictures. read more

Friendly service but if you're looking for quality & a good price. This is not the place to go and rushed it went in for a medium set. They told me one price over the phone once I got there. It was way more And the lady seemed a racist to me wasn't as talkative as with the other clients offered other clients water and didn't ask me ... and I still gave a small tip and she didn't even say thank you very rude after they got me in the chair... this is a place that I would not recommend at all reviews are true. I wish I wasn't in a rush and would've listened to the reviews prior. read more

I am a regular here. They won me over with the pedicures. They know me well, and know how to really take care of me. I've watched and they are really great when you communicate your likes and dislikes. For example I'm really squeamish about the cutting and filing so they are gentle, but I work 10 hours 5 days a week on my feet and have knots and sore muscles so they go extra hard on my massage. They do get busy so if you don't have an appointment they get you in, but there might be a wait. I've never had to wait when I had an appointment. They are all so friendly and really do care. For my manicure I'm really picky because I have such thin skin it is easy to hurt me, but once again all I did was communicate that to them and I haven't had the problems I had with other places. It is a smaller place so if you come back they remember your name. read more

I love Sophia. She is super sweet and accommodating. However, she stopped doing my nails and set me up with another person in the salon. He is kind and takes his time, but doesn't do as good of a job as Sophia. In addition, I'm concerned that he may not be using sterilized products or tools. They are trash. They give you what the want you to have, polish is sloppy, they hop from client to client which keeps you there hours and have the nerve to be pricey. Sophia sucks omg. I got a full set didn't last a week. nails we so then I couldn't feel them break. then yesterday I asked for thicker acrylic I got thick bulky nails. nothing was right. i had to go over to Oscars and pay again for him to fix my nails properly. smh. they won't get another dollar from me read more

The old lady in the back last chair was rude and uncomfortable to work with. She couldn't remember anything I ask for and she wanted to argue with the customer. Every time I asked for a service she wanted to repeat five times as if she didn't understand why I was asking. You should not work with the public if you don't know how to service the public.
