First off, if you want to waste your money and time plus lose self-respect go here. The first lady who started to do my pedicure, advised it was $55 to do a pedicure with a 5 minute foot massage, callus remover etc and I would need to pay $20 extra to get gel polish..okay. I said yes. She did the callus removed for about 1 minute on each foot and was done. I advised her that she would need to do more as it was very evident that my foot was not finished. She said she can not do more as it is not right that she does more because the crater/device she is using is very sharp and it is illegal that she does more. Mind you, she is very upset at this point as I advised her that she needs to complete it properly. I called another lady to look at my feet and advise her what I am asking. At this point, she is hostile and cursing in her language and gets angrier by the second. I advised that I do not want her to touch my feet again. I figured she thought that I was going to argue with her but no...I was in Vegas for a good time and attend a conference. So no negativity. The other lady was trying to deescalate her and she got even angrier. I had to wait over 1 hour for another lady to complete my feet. Which was then done properly. Now look at the attached picture of another lady's foot that the angry rude lady said she completed. Even applied polish. This is a very bad establishment and needs to be closed. Now to my fingers...God bless me....My nails are pointing up in the air and though I am trying to tell her how I want it done, she is telling me what shape she thinks looks better, The said she did almond...Okay. Cuticles not cut...Did not know how to drill in-between the corners and therefore when the nails start to grow, it will have a bulge at the base and will then fall off easily because the nail is not sealed properly. I tried to help in nicely asking her to file or drill around the corners but she clearly did not understand. SMH....$130 for not knowing how to complete a simple job...WOW. I honestly felt bad for the lady as she evidently was a nice person but just did not get the proper training and was doing nails on the side based on our conversation. So i just sat there until she was finished and now can't wait to get back to my state to get these removed and redone. STAY AWAY IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY. read more

I was a walk in and was helped expeditiously! The tech did the pedicure and manicure. She was great and very detailed.

Thank goodness I have a business I trust for my pedicures and for my daughter's full sets! While again, we're only here for pedicures today, I know when I come for my full set Charlie and his team can take care of us. His staff is very patient and kind, and they make sure to communicate the prices with you before they begin their services and try to make sure you're as comfortable as possible. Sphere nails is conveniently located near the north end of the strip. They have pretty late hours which is amazing for anyone who works late hours, when asked they said they're open till midnight. We both got the most expensive pedicure at $75 and gel was $20 extra, with a $10 charge for doing their French tip. Both of our techs were incredibly attentive and through in our service. We got offered drinks (soda and water) at the beginning which were very appreciated. The hot stones were incredibly nice and they checked in on the temperature at every turn. The hot wax is included at the third level of service and was my favorite part. The location and hours as well as the job our techs did means I will more than likely be back. read more

I don't know it this was typical for the salon but almost no appointments that were booked were written down, it appeared to be a surprise that people who called for service appointments showed up. My and my husband's pedicure was not great, it wasn't horrible but I wouldn't return. I chose the place based on the reviews and salon response to services I requested. When I returned home to my regular salon they asked where I'd been because my nails didn't look great both my toes and my hands. Sphere Nails for me didn't do the normal items in a deluxe mani pedi no cuticle clean up, no callous removal, no attempt to remove an ingrown thru didn't even cut my toe nails. I asked for my husband to get a clear polish which they didn't do, he wasn't even aware he was done because they had overbooked too many appointments and she moved onto the next person. The upside the bathroom and the overall nail facilities were clean and there was plenty of free parking outside the salon. The salon was smoke free. I won't even read more

If I could I would give 0 stars . My nails broke 3 times in a matter of 5 days I went back the owner kept replacing the broken nail I explained this had never ever been an issue . The owner did my nails and I'm 100 percent he wasn't gluing them right. On the 3rd time the owner had his employee take them off and put a new set and never once told me once I would be charged again after all it had only been 5 days since I paid for a full set . They proceed to charge me and the owner acts completely clueless . I paid and would never ever go back or recommend either of his 2 salons . Shame on you for being so greedy read more
