Went in today while my husband was next door getting a haircut and I'm so glad I did. Jasmin was my nail tech and she was the absolute sweetest person. I'm from out of town and was desperately in need of a pedicure and hard gel refill for the wedding festivities I came for. I came here because I passed it on the street and since the reviews looked decent and I didn't really have time to go searching for another. It was Saturday about midday and they were able to take me right away as a walk-in. The music the played was relaxing as was the general vibe of the salon. I've certainly been to fancier salons but it is clean and cute. They are very friendly and my nail tech, Michelle, didn't mind accommodating my requests (I'm very detail oriented and meticulous especially with my nails) without any attitude or pushback. She did an excellent job on my pedicure (I have dancer's feet and I'm rarely happy with pedicures because so few nail techs are diligent in cuticle and dead skin removal). She took a little longer than what I'm used to but I'd much rather someone take their time than to rush. To be fair I was under a time crunch. The prices are great - the lowest I've seen in a while actually but I live in LA so that may be why. Be sure to have a cash or a physical card on you because they do not accept tap pay. read more

First off, if you want to waste your money and time plus lose self-respect go here. The first lady who started to do my pedicure, advised it was $55 to do a pedicure with a 5 minute foot massage, callus remover etc and I would need to pay $20 extra to get gel polish..okay. I said yes. She did the callus removed for about 1 minute on each foot and was done. I advised her that she would need to do more as it was very evident that my foot was not finished. She said she can not do more as it is not right that she does more because the crater/device she is using is very sharp and it is illegal that she does more. Mind you, she is very upset at this point as I advised her that she needs to complete it properly. I called another lady to look at my feet and advise her what I am asking. At this point, she is hostile and cursing in her language and gets angrier by the second. I advised that I do not want her to touch my feet again. I figured she thought that I was going to argue with her but no...I was in Vegas for a good time and attend a conference. So no negativity. The other lady was trying to deescalate her and she got even angrier. I had to wait over 1 hour for another lady to complete my feet. Which was then done properly. Now look at the attached picture of another lady's foot that the angry rude lady said she completed. Even applied polish. This is a very bad establishment and needs to be closed. Now to my fingers...God bless me....My nails are pointing up in the air and though I am trying to tell her how I want it done, she is telling me what shape she thinks looks better, The said she did almond...Okay. Cuticles not cut...Did not know how to drill in-between the corners and therefore when the nails start to grow, it will have a bulge at the base and will then fall off easily because the nail is not sealed properly. I tried to help in nicely asking her to file or drill around the corners but she clearly did not understand. SMH....$130 for not knowing how to complete a simple job...WOW. I honestly felt bad for the lady as she evidently was a nice person but just did not get the proper training and was doing nails on the side based on our conversation. So i just sat there until she was finished and now can't wait to get back to my state to get these removed and redone. STAY AWAY IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY. read more

Sphere nails is conveniently located near the north end of the strip. They have pretty late hours which is amazing for anyone who works late hours, when asked they said they're open till midnight. We both got the most expensive pedicure at $75 and gel was $20 extra, with a $10 charge for doing their French tip. Both of our techs were incredibly attentive and through in our service. We got offered drinks (soda and water) at the beginning which were very appreciated. The hot stones were incredibly nice and they checked in on the temperature at every turn. I don't know it this was typical for the salon but almost no appointments that were booked were written down, it appeared to be a surprise that people who called for service appointments showed up. My and my husband's pedicure was not great, it wasn't horrible but I wouldn't return. I chose the place based on the reviews and salon response to services I requested. When I returned home to my regular salon they asked where I'd been because my nails didn't look great both my toes and my hands. Sphere Nails for me didn't do the normal items in a deluxe mani pedi no cuticle clean up, no callous removal, no attempt to remove an ingrown thru didn't even cut my toe nails. I asked for my husband to get a clear polish which they didn't do, he wasn't even aware he was done because they had overbooked too many appointments and she moved onto the next person. The service took forever to do. This is dip powder and the manager struggled to do the service. I should have left due to her not knowing what she was doing and because of how long it was taking.
