The room was okay but what I want to talk about is the hidden treasure that is the SPA. When I tell you this was one of the better spas I've ever booked! It was like walking into a spa in Napa. It was beautiful. Everyone was so nice and my massage was freakin amazing!! We upgraded and received complimentary champagne. We sat in the salt room, relaxed in the steam room, caught up with our lives in the jacuzzi, then showered and dressed to run the city!!! Will forever be on my Vegas to do list!!

I've had gel mani's before and I've never had them chip like this, not even at the end of two weeks.

She did a quick wipe down of our feet and explained what was going to happen. We initially signed up for the 20 minute session but both of us were having such a zen time than we asked to be extended and Kim said no problem. She said she would be done in an hour. We waited for her, Because of her customer service the last time. My wife got the whole package, and I wasn't looking to do anything for my self, but they have this new package for guys called gentleman's men edition, includes a whiskey drink and mani-pedi for guys and I loved it. However, I am not happy with the service. I had a gel pedicure and a backfill on my acrylic nails. They are very clear on pricing but they are not cheap. Which would have been fine except this was one of the worst nail salon experiences I have ever had. I had wanted a French tip for both my nails and toes (literally the same thing and even the same color as what I had walking into the salon, mine were just a month old as December was too busy). Honestly my month old French tip nails and toes looked better than these new ones from yesterday. :( I was cut multiple times by the nail tech, I have uneven nail lengths, and wobbly, uneven French tip lines as neither of the techs could paint a French tip. The gel polish which is a dark burgundy color, was so runny and messy and the whole time and it got all over my nail beds, the nails themselves, my toe nail beds, and my hands. I had to ask the tech to clean it up afterwards but when you look at my now done nails, the polish is a mess and lots of little streaks in the nude part of the nails. The lengths are all not even and you can see the really bad fill line (my nails were past due for sure!) but my normal nail tech at home would have painted a nude gel over the powder to hide the fill line or she would suggest we do a solid color instead of French like a professional should do; suggest the better option for the customer if needed. The tech never cleaned up the beds either. Normally they drill behind the acrylic along your bed to have a beautiful and clean nail bed. The French tip lines are so ugly and just bad. I hate to leave such a negative review as I tried to coach and tell both techs what to fix but I realized no coaching was going to help. They were friendly and I was friendly and I don't think I was being rude, they just didn't know what they were doing. The girl doing my pedicure kept saying I was moving my foot and hitting the cure lamp and messing up the polish. I wasn't. In my 12 years of getting gel pedicures, I haven't had that problem. The polish was so freaking runny that it just kept running and bleeding down my nails. It wouldn't dry fast and she had to fix the paint 2 or 3 times. And the on other foot, the toes aren't even shiny today. Not sure if a top coat was missed? In my 12 years of having my nails done, I have never seen such a mess. And today, i am now left with painful nail beds with cuts. I'm sorry but for a little over $200 you cannot have this kind of mess and bad techs. Again, I was fine about the price, but my normal nail tech charges about $120 total for the same exact services and she's perfection, artistic, has the best polish and equipment, and never cuts me. On top of this, the salon could use a few refreshments such as new chairs. They didn't even offer me water which is odd to me but also going back to that this is not a cheap salon, should have been an adequate experience. I have done my own nails during covid and I being NOT a professional nail tech, did a MUCH better job than this. Thank you for the professionalism on the phone but that's where it ended unfortunately.

After looking around the area, this location at the Four Seasons popped up (and if I checked in I got a free glass of champagne with any service... uh, yes please?) It says you don't need an appointment, and when I went there was not anyone available right then, but they could see me within the hour. The ladies at the spa check in where all so friendly and spoke so nicely you instantly felt relaxed. The spa and the nail area are wonderfully calm, beautifully, and relaxing. I was escorted to the nail portion and met my technician and given my champagne. My tech was sweet, curious of my time in Vegas and genuinely took her time and care for my dear overworked hands. I was even able to keep my nail file afterwards. The surprising part, was after I was done and went to pay I could access the rest of the spa. I sat in the meditation room for awhile, had some fruit infused water and thought deeply about just spending the rest of my afternoon tucked away in that gem of a place. If you've never sat in one of those quiet relaxation rooms, you have no idea what you're missing. I sat down and instantly was whisked away, my muscles melted and I sank into my chair and was blissfully at peace. It was more than I am used to paying for a gel manicure, (120 after tip) but I'd do it again in a heart beat... and maybe schedule that massage. Mom said She was engaging and friendly, and loved her cute little baby bump Ms Yanilla arrived early and I felt SUPER bad that I was running late but she was SOOOO understanding!!! And she still gave me one of the BEST massages I've had! I have a horrible time sleeping and carry a TON of muscle tension and she was able to work out a LOT of that.
