Nice vibe AND excellent service!!!! Neat and clean, very well kept. Pricing was as expected based on pricing in the Inland Empire. I'm so happy I have a "go to" in Vegas when I'm away from home! Two things: there was no "crosstalk" and staff is very diverse----LOVE this!!!! read more

I got a pedicure and an acrylic fill. My pedicure was perfect for the days. My nails are a different story - the acrylic was not filed down enough & shows through the polish. I couldn't see this under the salon lights. The polish began chipping on 3 nails less than 24hours later. At $70 for a fill I expect better. read more

Neisha (sorry if I spelt your name wrong). One of the sweetest most genuine person! Loves her job and is amazing at it. Pays attention to detail. She was kinda shy at first. But I'm a talker. She I feel like goes with the flow and reads people well. We got to talking about parenting, upbringing, life choices. I was feeling overwhelmed and never pamper myself in Hawaii. The price was "right" and I was on vacation so I figure why not. It actually took me a while to contemplate getting a pedicure. But I'm so glad I did. I'm a person where customer service and the way you treat people matter so much. She helped to fill my bucket and I think I helped to fill hers. I feel I can read people really well and just by our short interaction I could tell she has such a positive outlook on life and continues to bring so much hope into this world. If you are looking for a nail experience, someone to talk to while you get pampered (we all know some ladies just need that someone to talk to). She is amazing and truly cares. The lady at the front counter was also amazing. She helped me to decided about my decision to get my pedicure. I appreciated that she told me the prices and just seemed very service oriented. She helped to fight and get me the fair advertised price. SugarNail great customer service and nail service! Irene. I see your replies and comments to customers and you are probably the reason you have great staff. Keep it up. I also love the way you respond to yelp reviews with such grace and I know that YOU value customer service! THANK you. Next time I'm in Vegas I'd love to meet you. I hadn't gotten a pedicure in like 15 years. So much has changed in terms of hygiene and care in the nail industry. They even have a massage chair. Neisha, the next time I come back to Vegas, imma definitely call to "book" you! Keep doing you girl. read more

Came here while visiting Vegas. The service on the phone was very helpful and professional. Even called me a little bit before the appointment to confirm it once again. However, I am not happy with the service. I had a gel pedicure and a backfill on my acrylic nails. They are very clear on pricing but they are not cheap. Which would have been fine except this was one of the worst nail salon experiences I have ever had. I had wanted a French tip for both my nails and toes (literally the same thing and even the same color as what I had walking into the salon, mine were just a month old as December was too busy). Honestly my month old French tip nails and toes looked better than these new ones from yesterday. :( I was cut multiple times by the nail tech, I have uneven nail lengths, and wobbly, uneven French tip lines as neither of the techs could paint a French tip. The gel polish which is a dark burgundy color, was so runny and messy and the whole time and it got all over my nail beds, the nails themselves, my toe nail beds, and my hands. I had to ask the tech to clean it up afterwards but when you look at my now done nails, the polish is a mess and lots of little streaks in the nude part of the nails. The lengths are all not even and you can see the really bad fill line (my nails were past due for sure!) but my normal nail tech at home would have painted a nude gel over the powder to hide the fill line or she would suggest we do a solid color instead of French like a professional should do; suggest the better option for the customer if needed. The tech never cleaned up the beds either. Normally they drill behind the acrylic along your bed to have a beautiful and clean nail bed. The French tip lines are so ugly and just bad. I hate to leave such a negative review as I tried to coach and tell both techs what to fix but I realized no coaching was going to help. They were friendly and I was friendly and I don't think I was being rude, they just didn't know what they were doing. The girl doing my pedicure kept saying I was moving my foot and hitting the cure lamp and messing up the polish. I wasn't. In my 12 years of getting gel pedicures, I haven't had that problem. The polish was so freaking runny that it just kept running and bleeding down my nails. It wouldn't dry fast and she had to fix the paint 2 or 3 times. And the on other foot, the toes aren't even shiny today. Not sure if a top coat was missed? In my 12 years of having my nails done, I have never seen such a mess. And today, i am now left with painful nail beds with cuts. I'm sorry but for a little over $200 you cannot have this kind of mess and bad techs. Again, I was fine about the price, but my normal nail tech charges about $120 total for the same exact services and she's perfection, artistic, has the best polish and equipment, and never cuts me. On top of this, the salon could use a few refreshments such as new chairs. They didn't even offer me water which is odd to me but also going back to that this is not a cheap salon, should have been an adequate experience. I have done my own nails during covid and I being NOT a professional nail tech, did a MUCH better job than this. Thank you for the professionalism on the phone but that's where it ended unfortunately. read more

Second time in Vegas, my wife and I came back To sugar nail, came back looking for Lea. When we arrived she was with a client but she remembered us and I was surprised of her memory. She said she would be done in an hour. We waited for her, Because of her customer service the last time. My wife got the whole package, and I wasn't looking to do anything for my self, but they have this new package for guys called gentleman's men edition, includes a whiskey drink and mani-pedi for guys and I loved it. Lea did an amazing job! I will always come back to sugar nails for the customer service and Lea. My wife and I are very satisfied. 5 for customer service and hospitality. Really pleasant folks and nice job on the nails, but almost 3 hours for a mani/pedi is terrible!

This was a great place to stop by on a walk in. Joy was amazing and had great energy and personality. The prices were very reasonable and typical for the area. I requested the classic 2 and it was just the right amount of pampering. Bo was my technician and she was very attentive to my needs and she was also engaged in my feet and service. I saw the other reviews and was not swayed by the comments. I would highly recommend stopping by and enjoying a relaxing time in the chair and say hi to Joy and Bo read more

I like the relaxing pedicure and the lady took her time doing it. It was enjoyable and my feet look much better and like the dark plum color

Update, I give extra two stars because of the communication the owner had. After leaving my review of my experience getting a gel manicure she messaged me and asked more about what was wrong. She told me that she talked to her workers and made sure to respond to me as quickly as possible. It was nice of her to acknowledge my review and take action on the problem. read more

Went to sugar nail while on vacay and was rushed out before my nails dried and they were messed up by the time I got back to the hotel. Didn't even try to go back it was too far of a walk and they were going to charge to fix my nails per their price list. Not worth it to be honest. read more

I went to Sugar Nails on Friday, May 8, 2026 to get one nail repaired. When I sat down at the station thankfully I asked how much the repair was going to cost and I was quoted $20 by the technician. I couldn't believe it as I had been in earlier during the week to have the same nail repaired. While I wasn't upset that the original fix only held for a couple of days, I was completely prepared to pay for a second repair thinking that it was going to cost the same $5 (plus a $5 tip). When I questioned the huge difference in price, the technician told me that she was going to use a different procedure so it would cost more, but when she described it to me it was exactly the same as what the previous technician had done. The technician then motioned for the employee working at the front desk to come over to assist her. I kept questioning the disparity in the price and the front desk employee stated that each technician could set their own prices. I found that quite odd but maybe it is the case. The nail technician then told me that I didn't have to get have to get my nail fixed and I told her that she was right and I got up to leave. While the front desk employee said all the right things, it was her smug and condescending attitude that I found quite distasteful and she is one of several reasons why I would never return to this salon. This business is very sketchy! As a side note, I easily found another salon close by who charged me $5 for the repair and it lasted until my next manicure appointment at home. read more

I was in town for the weekend Jan. 3-5 and couldn't get in to my regular nail salon at home. I was shopping on Saturday and discovered Sugar Nail in the mall. I had read the mixed reviews but decided I'd give it a try. Boy did I hit the jackpot with Lizz I walked in at the right time because they were not busy. Had a hard time choosing a color, but Lizz was friendly and patient while I finally made a decision. She saw some flaws in my previous work and fixed them. I wish I could take her home with me. Her attention to the shape and application of the polish was impressive. The 4 is only because it is a bit pricey. My acrylic fill +$15 for 2 chrome nails and gel was $90. However, I appreciated that each technician writes down your pricing and shows you the total BEFORE they start and have you sign or initial the quote. No surprises in the pricing after you are done. read more

SugarNail - 2 base color, 2 glitter, and 1 chrome. I'm in love with this look - Nail Salons Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

I went in for a basic gel mani, selected a cat eye color. The girl doing my nails seemed to struggle with the cat eye polish itself. The salon was extremely unfriendly, and frankly didn't seem very clean. My nails chipped three days later and a properly done gel should never chip that quickly. The reviews were mixed and I figured "how bad could it be". Well, $80 for a gel manicure that lasted three days, it is in fact that bad. read more

I recently had a great experience at the nail salon with Nyisha, who did a fill for me. Overall, it was a positive visit, and I highly recommend Nyisha for her talent and skills. The only hiccup was that one of the nails got stuck in the file, resulting in a thin section. However, I plan to go back tomorrow for her to fix it. Nyisha is incredibly talented, and I'm grateful to have found her. I deducted one star from my rating because my decision to visit the salon is primarily influenced by Nyisha's expertise. Unfortunately, my previous experience without her was less positive, mainly due to the front desk, as it was time-consuming and stressful to wait for hours and have someone who came after me be put before me in line which increased my already over an hour waiting time by 30 minutes. I can't speak to other nail technicians, as I've only had one experience for toes, which was hard to evaluate since it got a bit ruined when I had to leave with my shoes on. read more

I've been to plenty of nail salons in Vegas, but Susan at Sugar Nail is truly in a league of her own. She's not just talented--she's meticulous, creative, and genuinely cares about the health and look of your nails. Whether it's a classic clean set or something more fun and intricate, she nails it every time (pun intended). The salon itself is clean, calming, and well-run. It's the kind of place where you actually look forward to sitting down, unwinding, and leaving feeling polished in every sense. Couldn't recommend Susan--or Sugar Nail--more. read more

Hubby and I walked up to Sugar Nails located inside Fashion Show Mall next to Niem Marcus. I was surprised to see only 2 men getting services. 1 was getting a pedicure and the other a Manicure. What I like that they're upfront about the pricing for services. $40 for fill & $25 for Gel polish. Prices are a little more especially being on the Las Vegas Strip. Once agreed upon, You initial the provided quote for confirmation. No room to say that you didn't know. Nina is my nail tech for this evening. She's born in Europe. Moved to the US to Florida. Then to Vegas. We talked about everything. While we were talking her craft spoke for itself. She was clipping my cuticles with ease. She never cut me once. My fill was much closer than my original lay. When she applied the Red38, just Beautiful. Hubby loved and the color. I know that I won't see Nina again. I wished her well on her future endeavors. If you're looking for awesome nail service on the LV Strip, please go to Sugar Nails and request Nina. read more

When I came in for a simple dip manicure my nails were long & strong, but now they are paper thin. The lady said she had been doing nails for 20 years so I trusted her, but she shaved all my dip off with a rough head, making at least three of my cuticles bleed. After two days my nails are peeling out from under the dip & it's chipping off.. I'm so disappointed because I've taken such good care of my nails, they were so healthy, but now I need to cut them all off & start over again. The lady was nice & had a good conversation, but she clearly did a rushed job & really messed up my nails. I recommend spending the extra money at a casino salon than going here. read more

I am visiting and was walking by and decided to stop in to get a basic manicure as my nails were a mess. The lady was so nice and had me take a seat minutes she brought me to Bo who was absolutely attentive. Oh my word I get a manicure each week at home and she now has shown me my nail salon sucks. She took the time on each and every one of my cuticles (mind you this is just a basic manicure) and I was amazed at how amazing my nails looked when she was done. I brought my own polish with me and I had no idea there was a dry spray and she was super nice to continue to make sure my nails were dry and made sure they were before I left.
