I tried to explain my situation which I struggled to articulate and asked to be seen as quick consult to which you could give educated decision on if the ingrown is a concern or not... Making an appointment was super easy. The salon itself was clean and nice, and I liked the pedicure massage chairs too -- they were comfortable and added a nice touch to the whole experience. I had Pam for a deluxe pedicure and she was awesome! She was very gentle, took her time, and the massage was incredible. I never felt rushed and really enjoyed my pedicure. My mom got a gel manicure and she was really happy with hers too. I'm very happy with how my pedicure turned out, and I thought the prices were reasonable as well. The only thing I wasn't a huge fan of was the payment process. They charge an additional 3% for credit card transactions, so you can pay through Zelle instead. When I paid with Zelle, they asked me to pull up the confirmation on my phone and then took a picture of it. I wasn't comfortable with that part since most places I've used Zelle would receive their own confirmation that the payment went through. I wanted swarovski crystals and the nails tech used cheap glue and rushed me in the process of doing my nails so the crystals fell off the same day. I went back to get them replaced and he replaced them with regular rhinestones which isnt a problem but I still paid for swarovski crystals. Very c r a p p y job unfortunately. He didn't place nails at cuticle he put it above so now it looks like I've had these on for a month. They won't be getting another penny out of me unless i am desperate. The real issue still persists, why would someone need nail polish repair within 24 hours of service and then a 2nd time 48 hours later. Nail services should last longer than a day, especially with the prices that were paid.
