She just selected the one that was her favorite. I asked her why I wasn't given the choice to pick what scent I wanted. I told her I would have picked another scent. While she was giving my pedi all the creams and lotion {and it was a thick consistent} it got in her rings ! She rubbed the lotion that was in her rings on my legs and feet !! I have been going there for awhile and Win, the owner, is pretty good. However, she is almost never there anymore and the fill ins are 50/50. The last 2 times I went there it was bad. ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE I'VE EVEN BEEN TO. I requested a fill. The tech asked me if I had gel on and I said no. She used a cotton ball to try to remove my polish and argued with me that I did have gel on. **first red flag. Then after telling her multiple times it was just polish, she looked at the bottle of solution (squinting her eyes) and starts laughing because she tried removing the polish with alcohol not acetone. She didn't even take off all the polish and proceeded to start the acrylic fill. The fill was terrible. She missed spots and was completely uneven. You could see the leftover polish VERY visibly under the acrylic layer. The acrylic wasn't even smoothed out properly and you could see the lines from not filling it even. The polish application....I'm very patient person...she started painting my nails leaving the entire nails only 3/4 painted. I thought hmmm maybe this is a new technique for the first layer. She did it again for the second. Then...drum roll please...she said okay finished. I asked her if she was going to finish painting my nails. She looked at me crazy and said she was finished. I told her the the full nails weren't even covered. She insisted they were and it's fine. Another nail tech came to look at my nails and told her something. My tech starts laughing and said I don't have my glasses. It is at another shop. Why the f**k would you do someone's nails and you can't see?! The other nail tech ended up taking me. She was not very happy with having to take me. She took the polish off and then repainted them. Again, you could see all the unevenness and lines from poor drilling. I asked her to smooth it out. I felt like she purposely would burn me because of it. 2 days later, my nails started lifting at the base and one broke off. Just don't come here. read more
