I've been in Vegas for a year and a half. I been to a few nail places and every place I've been to just doesn't do it for me. I love it here, although it's sort of hidden, but everyone is very friendly (I recommend Chai or Wen, for nails), clean, and a comfortable environment. Love the easy check in, booking and payment options. Another plus here is they do sooo much more here, nails, waxing, pedicure, hair, etc.

My girlfriend and I got matching Chinese Zodiac animals on our nails for Chinese New Year. They turned out awesome! The staff was helpful and really accommodating with making sure we got EXACTLY what we wanted. The inside was clean and our nail artist was super chill. I'll definitely be going back :))

All those rings while doing my pedicure! My 1st time visiting "Nail Tip" so I splurged and got the deluxe pedi. I was never communicated that there was different kinds of scents for the deluxe pedi. She just selected the one that was her favorite. I asked her why I wasn't given the choice to pick what scent I wanted. I told her I would have picked another scent. While she was giving my pedi all the creams and lotion {and it was a thick consistent} it got in her rings ! She rubbed the lotion that was in her rings on my legs and feet !! I got a pedicure here along with 2 other friends. Not sure his name but it was an Asian male .... Received a pedicure and it was the first bad experience I've had in my life. He was drilling on the edges of my big toes saying it was an ingrown ... it was really painful and did both feet that way! Post 2 months and it hurts everyday especially at work man. read more

I had the worst set of acrylic nails that I have ever had in my life. The people are friendly, but the skill level is pretty bad. I have been going there for awhile and Win, the owner, is pretty good. However, she is almost never there anymore and the fill ins are 50/50. The last 2 times I went there it was bad. The time before I was way over charged and I just didn't feel like making a fuss about it. The next time, it was just the worst set ever and came off right away. I'm done. I am looking for another salon. read more

If I can give it one star I would.. this place from the start gave off bad energy. Not only was the lady rude by laughing at my friend when she was asking her simple questions, but they charged her for the nails that are shown. $30 for that crap. THIRTY DOLLARS BRO! my friend obviously was the bigger person and did not want to fight with her. This was a terrible experience and was way overpriced. I don't know why they have a good rating when they treat their customers so badly. Please keep this in mind when deciding to come here. They charge for any touch they give you basically. read more

Came here a day before my brothers big day, to get some pedis with my mom and dad, was a little hesitant with the reviews i seen on here, but they treat you so kind and with respect, they communicate well, and they do a great job with pedis, my mom was a also hesitant because she has never gotten a pedi but they made her feel comfortable and secure by the end of the pedi (they also offer you water or a soda). thank you Nataly and Chai for giving us a nice and welcoming experience, and overall we thank everyone there for being kind to us and so confident in their work! read more

ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE I'VE EVEN BEEN TO. I requested a fill. The tech asked me if I had gel on and I said no. She used a cotton ball to try to remove my polish and argued with me that I did have gel on. **first red flag. Then after telling her multiple times it was just polish, she looked at the bottle of solution (squinting her eyes) and starts laughing because she tried removing the polish with alcohol not acetone. She didn't even take off all the polish and proceeded to start the acrylic fill. The fill was terrible. She missed spots and was completely uneven. You could see the leftover polish VERY visibly under the acrylic layer. The acrylic wasn't even smoothed out properly and you could see the lines from not filling it even. The polish application....I'm very patient person...she started painting my nails leaving the entire nails only 3/4 painted. I thought hmmm maybe this is a new technique for the first layer. She did it again for the second. Then...drum roll please...she said okay finished. I asked her if she was going to finish painting my nails. She looked at me crazy and said she was finished. I told her the the full nails weren't even covered. She insisted they were and it's fine. Another nail tech came to look at my nails and told her something. My tech starts laughing and said I don't have my glasses. It is at another shop. Why the f**k would you do someone's nails and you can't see?! The other nail tech ended up taking me. She was not very happy with having to take me. She took the polish off and then repainted them. Again, you could see all the unevenness and lines from poor drilling. I asked her to smooth it out. I felt like she purposely would burn me because of it. 2 days later, my nails started lifting at the base and one broke off. Just don't come here. read more

Worst pedicure ever. Mia had to be the laziest tech ever. Did even scrub me feet hard or long enough to get the dead skin off. Did an ok job with my Mani. wsnted something closer to where I live but I think I'll stick with passion nails. Such a waste of money, the only thing worth the money was the waxing. She is super sweet and friendly, and makes you feel so comfortable during your service. They use hard wax only, which is a strip free wax that is much gentler on the skin. You feel waaaay less discomfort with hard wax because it does not pull on your skin like the strips do. I usually see Lucy, I've seen Nikki quite a few times, and I recently had Kiki do my Brazilian. They all work at a perfect pace which allows them to efficiently wax you while also making it a quick process -- I always want to be done as quick as possible lol!! You can tell how much Lucy enjoys her business and her clients. She always goes over aftercare and what to expect after your service, even if you've heard it already. They also send out reminder emails a couple days after your service to remind you to start exfoliating then! The booking is online through Vagaro, it's very easy to book and cancel or reschedule if needed. I've booked last minute appointments a few times and have always been able to find one on short notice. They've got a rewards program which basically equates to a free wax per year. The place is always clean and bright, with happy music playing. The only thing I wish they had were walls that go all the way up to the ceiling to make each room completely private. Besides their waxing services for all genders, they also offer facials and skincare services. I haven't tried any yet but I will get to it eventually. Lastly, they are so so friendly and remember your face, your name, what you usually get done. The front desk employee is an absolute sunshine every time! Rochelle D did my sugaring and she was amazing. She really takes her time and makes sure everything is done right, which I truly appreciate. You can tell she cares about her work and her clients. I arrived a little early and the studio is super cute and welcoming. It's located inside Sola Salons (Studios 12 & 17), and the whole setup feels clean and professional. Another plus is that there's plenty of parking in the shopping center, and they offer tap to pay which makes checkout quick and easy. Safe to say I've officially found my new sugar lady in Las Vegas. Decided they would get a night on the town with a show, dinner while wife and I had our fun. Dinner, show (Absinthe) capping with our stop at the Barbershop. I love whisky/bourbon. I love speakeasys. I love live music. Check, Check, Check. So now it's about 11 pm after dinner and the show and the walk. Passed the ski lodge speakeasy with just a few people waiting. Got to barbershop and the line was 20 deep. Ruh Roh. It did end up being 40 minutes wait but we made friends in line (ended up all hanging out inside). We almost gave up to back to ski lodge but decided to not be quitters....so glad we stayed. Love the decor. It was loud (not a biggie) so we got some great ol fashioneds at the bar, then inched our way to center dance floor where we didn't stop dancing to the band til 1 pm when they stopped.....we had so much fun, we (and others) wanted them to keep playing. It did cost me $25 cover (wife was free). I was ok with this. i think before 9 it's free to get in. Amazing night.
