A great family on business located on this East Side of Las Vegas. They were able to see me right away when I called to ask about walk in availability. I needed to set of acrylic nails removed and was hoping know if I would have time to get a job man I care afterwards carried not only were they able to see me right away, they used great care and expertise and removing the acrylics which turned out to be a much less painful process then I've experienced in the past. The shop is clean, cheery and bright. It's a small salon with only 3 spa pedi chairs and 3 nail stations. Definitely an intimate atmosphere where 1 on 1 personal service can be counted on. The owners/ staff are friendly and kind. They really cooperate to take care of customers and seem to truly love and enjoy working with each other. This makes for a wonderful atmosphere. I went in for simple gel French mani and short nail acrylic removal, a couple times was burnt but was apologetic for, Paul overall took care of me, wasn't a fan of shape, some nails are chipped and some filed at an angle rather than square like I asked. I was looking to get my nails done before the work week started and On my way home today and came across this little gem on Yelp. I was a little hesitant at first not only because i was cheating on my usual spot, but because it was in a quit parking lot with not many cars in it. I decided to give it a try! Best decision ever!! I was greeted by Susan, she asked me what i wanted and quickly sat me down in her chair while offering me water, soda, or coffee (I usually take my own water on my nail trips but had forgot today and i was super thirsty!) that right there made me feel comfortable! How hospitable of them! Susan helped me find some gel colors i was interested in and started removing the old gel on my nails. She fit me for a full set and handed me over to Paul who she very confidently said would take great care of me!! I sat in his chair and he started working on the acrylics, we made some really great conversation. He happily granted all of my crazy OCD nail requests and made sure i liked the change before he moved onto the next nail. #madrespect. He even mentioned to me he does a one week guarantee of his work. If something happens to my nails that he did wrong to come back in within a week and he'd fix them for free! That's some amazing customer service, working in customer service for 10yrs i really appreciated the pride he took in his business. The final product came out beautiful. So glad I took the chance on this place. Prices were very reasonable for the quality and customer i received. Paid $35 for a full set with gel. He did an ombré complimentary. Let me just get to the point. When one calls to make an appointment for a certain time it is usually for a reason. If you are not sure then check your schedule to see. We all have done it. however; when Tammi and Paul both laugh and make a comment about Uber or Lyft because a patron arrives on Paratransit, that is when you need to be checked. I had my pedicure done by a man who cut my big toe so bad and it was gushing blood and he just kept wiping it with alcohol and spraying blue liquid and water on it and it wouldn't stop bleeding and so HE PULLS OUT HIS PACK OF CIGARETTES AND PUTS THE TOBACCO ON MY TOE TO TRY TO STOP THE BLEEDING EVEN AFTER I SAID NO I DON'T WANT THAT. I am pregnant and I don't want tobacco in my system, it was so inappropriate. My wedding is in two days and he never apologized even one time, the lady there was so kind and sweet and got me a bandaid so I could leave and then after I left the man had the AUDACITY to ask my mother in law to pay for my unfinished mangled pedicure. Extremely impressed with my pedicure by Paul and his knowledge of how to properly cut the nail itself. Unfortunately, not every nail tech knows how to properly cut the nail which causes other problems and you don't find out until it's too late. Paul knows how to help fix past mistakes. I was excited that they also have the latest nail color trends! The customer service was superb and Paul calls you by your first name, which is very refreshing. How often does the staff introduce themselves let alone with eye contact and offer an array of beverages including vodka?! That's awesome. The regulars rave about this place being the best and I have to agree being a passerby. How they execute the quality of work for your nails is exceptional. They offer a warranty to fix your nails within 7 days if there are damages; hence they make sure to do it right the first time of your visit. The cleanliness of the facility and use of tools is most calming. Cuticles are important to your nail health and it's great that the technicians don't carelessly pluck your skin as other places do. With that being said, they can take their time (gel manicure and spa pedicure ~2hrs; however, should there be high volume of people waiting they can expedite their services. They were upfront with me on the phone about the fact that they too busy to see me now but to come in 2 hours, I was greeted by the sweetest lady (Trammy) and was served a little glass of wine and enjoyed a very deep cleaning of my feet, and a great foot massage AND gel pedicure. Im updating my review Because this was my 2nd time going to the salon and not only does it take over an hour just to do a fill but my nail shape is a little strange and my Polish chipped after the 1st 2 days it's not even 2 weeks yet and I've already lost Polish on 2 nails and chipped all the other ones mind you I have acrylic and I have never had this happen before coming here and I had asked for white glitter which I'm used to having it painted white then glitter added so it pops but this was silver and the first to come off.the only reason I give it a 3 star is because the customer service is very friendly but id rather pay the extra 3 bucks it costs me at my usual place mainly because they know me but the polish is of better quality and the service is more quick and precise. Well I'm not a regular at Vegas. I actually live in California I went in yesterday since I really wanted to get my nails done. I didn't wait long to get helped but at the then end I didn't really like them 2 nails came out crook it ... Paul said that's how my fingers were....in CA they have never done that. The people are extremely friendly and accommodating, however they don't use liners on their pedicure tubs and after doing my pedicure nobody cleaned it out and they sat a young girl on it ten minutes later... Tam was super nice but it took about 2.5 hours to do a regular pedi and gel mani! And both my toenails and finger nails were uneven at some points. Before she started polishing my nails she moved onto the young girl's pedicure and passed me over to a man who got polish all over my cuticles... Once agin, super nice and friendly, fair prices, but cleanliness and attention to detail deal breakers. read more

My Mom, Sister, and I have been going to this salon for months now. Everyone is very professional and attentive when you walk-in. They also offer complimentary beverages while you're there! Paul, the owner, is very skillful and gives you the exact designs you ask for. He is one of the few nail technicians that knows how to properly paint an ombre design. My gel nails last for weeks and we all get so many compliments. Tam makes you feel very comfortable and she does a great pedicure! I am not want to get my nails done much, but every year I am in a competition where it is required. The nail tech did an absolutely bang up job. She was careful with my nails, checking after every coat of gel to make sure that it was solid, she took her time. I could not believe how good she was. Worst experience ever. Started out that all I wanted was a gel manicure. The nails were mine and not acrylic. I specifically wanted gel only. He kept forcing me to do the powder. I said "if it's acrylic I don't want it!" He said NO!! So I finally agreed unwillingly. It was dark in there . He kept filing and filing till my nails were getting shorter. They were filed not even straight. When I left after 2.5 hours and they were closing. I looked in the car and they looked horrible as I needed a fill already. I called to tell him I was unhappy and I was going out of town for two weeks . He says come back in when you get back. So I did . He denied saying that and wanted to charge me half price to do them again. At that point I walked out. I will never ever go back there again. To lose a client and not make it right is unprofessional . Hence the reason for this review. . Disappointed. read more

Mixed review.. My regular salon is closed on Sundays. Went there and the guy did everything he could to make me happy. Nails looked great when I left the salon.. 2 hours later not so much. They didn't have glitter tips so he polished the tips glitter and did a gel topcoat, gel did not hold so now I just look like a 2 year old painted my nails but as far as customer service they did great.
