I've been getting my nails done along time and it's always like pulling teeth when I ask for short, pointy, stiletto nails. So I searched Yelp. Came across this gem! Everyone that works there is nice. And my nail tech was very detailed. I'm pretty easy to please simple gel polish, but my shape is always a struggle when I ask. She knew exactly what I was looking for and didn't try to talk me out of it like they usually do at other places. We all know it's frustrating paying for something and then not being happy. I was almost to the point of just taking my nails off because it was always such a battle with other shops - with my shape. So I can't say thank you enough, for understanding what I was looking for, embracing it, and knocking it out of the park! You truly are an artist. I appreciate the extra attention to detail. Really bad experience, tricky lady working there, i'm able to pay a service that a requested but I don't want to pay if she choosed I am able to pay for a pedicure that I ordered, but I don't want to pay for something that she does without giving me options to choose from, obviously she chose the expensive one, result: i didn't tip her, cause the difference between the "regular" and the expensive will be "her" tip, well more than that. First time and last time, i'll will be avoiding this kind of places with people acting like "Trang" o whatever she's called. We came in right before the rush! These folks are the meaning of a respectful and well managed business. Nobody felt rushed during rush hour and that's what has me SHOOK! At some point there was a full house yet they handled it so gracefully, and quick. We did spend about an hour and a half but honestly it was the best. The best nail salon experience I've had in a while. It's pleasing. My mom also went with me and her person was just as amazing. Very impressed with the work they both did and my mom loved her pedicure as well. (wish I had before and after pictures) she's diabetic and they were just the softest hands to touch her feet, she said. No accidents no pain, just relaxation. They didn't try to upsell, they listened, they didn't make the clients feel left out, and what was amazing to me is that they hug their clients!!!! They're just the sweetest thing on earth. Let me start by saying I have been to some very high end salons with poor service, but I have been coming to Nail Image for 4 years now and I have never been happier with the service I receive. I typically get Hard Gel, Coffin Shape on my regular nail and have started to get pedicure. The price is great and the quality is amazing. I can honestly say in 4 years I have had 2 times where I called to say a nail cracked; the only issue I have ever had. Right away Steve has asked me when I can come in and the issue is fixed free of charge. I have never been made to feel like I wouldn't be able to tell the staff if something was wrong. The staff make me feel like I am family when I visit the salon. my daughter started coming for her pedicure and she has been very pleased with the quality of the service. I have been coming here for a year now, I'd been looking for a new nail place since moving from California. I'd been to 2 places prior to this one and they were not nearly as great at the techs here!!! This was next to where I picked up my glasses. Every time I've been here I have had a design in mind for my nails and they make it happen! They're honest about what will look best and work with me to get the best results! I proudly display my nails after each visit! I work with my hands as a healer, and I'm a burlesque dancer, cosplayers, and generally like to look glitzy. Hands down (heheh) best nail shop in Vegas! ok so... The mani pedi was great!!! the place is clean the people are friendly. The waxing on the other hand... they should not offer waxing service! I left in tears and extremely unhappy with the service. my legs are half as hairy now so I guess that's a start for the next person I have to pay now to give me a proper wax on my legs. after asking twice for a bikini wax I decided not to bring it up a third time once I saw how south the leg waxing was going there is no way I could sit through a bikini wax with the same "waxing process". Dont worry at the end she sprayed my freshly waxed legs with rubbing alcohol!!! I'm sorry to the staff you did not receive a tip from me... you can use what I was charged for the subpar wax job as a tip. read more

I've been booming here for a couple of months and must say I love it! They are very friendly and professional and great pricing. I get a nail fill and pedicure upgrade. My nails & pedicures last with great quality. If I do end of chipping a nail they literally squeeze me in for the quick fix (one happened once) My grown daughter and my young daughter both love the experience and quality. I called the place Thursday to get an appointment for a pedicure John answer the phone he asked me what time and I said in 1 hour and he offered me 330pm I got there and like always they greet me really nice and Steven asked me if I had appointment and I said yes he said what do you need I said Pedicure ONLY and he said ok pick your color and we will be right with you so I went and pick the color and I sit down and then I heard Steve said Something to John which he was the only one free so he stand up and call me to his chair where he does manicures and nails and I said I'm only here for PEDICURE AND I EMPHASIZE that and he said o no have a sit I do your nails first and I repeat my self I need a pedicure and he said again I can do your nails and pedicure for $35 so I end up sitting on his chair he started doing my nails and I just hated everything about long nails I don't like them so he ask me how long I want them and if I wanted square or round at first I said round and then I said square and then I said do what ever you want and he look at me annoying already and he said tell me round or square and I said ok square and then he ask me if I wants to upgrade to gel for $45 and said more beautiful and last longer and I said to him of do gel For $45 so he put in the nails and people starting coming in so he ask me if I can do pedicure and then he can finish later nails and I agreed so I moved to the pedicure chair and then I lady comes in and start working on my toes I was really pleased with her she did a great job She finished cleaning up my feet and more people walk in So she left me without nail polish on my toes and she said something to John on there language I waited and waited for John to be free and finish with my nails and my toes took for ever the whole thing 2 hour and a half I was starving and i was already tired of being there so he finished painting my toes and continued with my nails At first I like them and I I proceed to check out that's when the problem started he said for the pedicure is $25 and for the nails $45 so total $70 and I said $70 you said $45 for both and I did not even want it the nails ok so I gave him my debit card and I said to him next time you tell me to do something else I'm going to said no and and he started laughing and I said well I like my nails so what ever and other thing that I was embarrassed to argue with him that I prefer to pay a mean he already did the work so I was just nice to pay him otherwise If I was another kind of person argumentative something else where to happen there but I understand all the situation right now that they just opened back and they need the money but don't be like that and rip off your loyal clients because you never now if they have the extra money to pay specially on this situation.This is the only place I go because I really like the boys Steve and John and place is always clean and good music nice environment. Don't go here, they use the wrong acrylic... MMA when they should be using EMA cheap product for cheap prices. Really bad for your nails. MMA can't be soaked off, WILL BE: popped off/ ripped off. NEVER OKAY. Know what you're getting, not worth it. You should be able to get your old set soaked off. The acrylic should flake off and be wiped away. Not soaked and look like wet jelly and then drilled down, not the right technique at all. read more

Horrible job! I rarely flat out bash businesses. But, this place is the worst. My polish had bubbles in it. When I asked for them to be redone, the lady had an attitude. Then the new polish had bubbles. So then the lady pawned me off on another "manicurist". And I had to wait. I'm sooo pissed. I wanted a refund. No one ever come here!!!!! Update: So, I'm not changing my review. I'm updating because after I finally got a decent paint job the manager asked me to leave a nice review. Firstly, who does that?!??? Secondly, the second "manicurist" did a terrible job as well. Finally, I was there nearly 4 hours. That's crazy! Sorry Mr. Manager. I received a very bad set of gel nails from the nail business across the street in the plaza where sprouts is. (This set of nails were cracking, lifting and looked terrible without polish). The owner Jimmy corrected this mess.. he was very patient and buffed down the bad nails and replaced them with a PERFECT set of new gel nails. All i can say is WOW! Came here for the first time with my boyfriend. We both got pedicures i got a gel pedi and everything was perfect. Steve did a perfect gel pedi on me with rockstar glitter that was probably the best gel pedi i ever had. My boyfriend got his pedi by Brenda. So many issues this last visit. Hate to complain but this by far the worst customer service situation. Mind you. I just spent $70 on the 21st for a fill n pedicure here i am 1 week late with no nails at all. This is my 4th time here just moved from California. Long story short jyst spent another 50 on my nails and never have i walked out of a shop with my hands looking like this. Is this a vegas thing or what. They just lost my business. N just seen the card where if you get 10 stamps you get something shouldn't you guys be trying to get your new customers involved with this? Something to at least look forward to read more
