I would absolutely commute to come here, they're that good. It's always clean, they're so sweet, & always double checking to make sure I'm getting what I asked for. I was doing some school work with a big book as I was getting my pedicure done, & she was so careful to let ME move my feet so I didn't get unbalanced, all with little communication. After my nail was completed and ready was polish. I said I think it's still longer than the other nails. She went off like from 0 to 100 . I was like I not trying to argue with u, but I'm the customer if I wanted it shorter, I don't think it should be a problem. She still was going off like she knew what she was doing. It overlapped my cuticles and finger. she was ledt to file down all of it making my finger burn multiple times cutting my cuticles up at the same time. almost every Nail is going to the left like that was how she held my hand I maaaybe have 2 nails that are short. I had one nail that was broken before coming in and asked her to fix it. that nail has a space between my real nail and fake nail so everything gets stuck inside. And it's been maybe 2 days and the acrylic lifted from my skin and now it's lifting on almost every nail on the edges because she didn't file how she needed to. There's also the sides on The sides of a couple where you can see my real nail because she missed that little corner. However being a self taught nail tech I didn't like how she didn't fully prep my nails for the acrylics. Experience: Was in the area and used YELP to help me find a good place to get a pedicure. Facility: It's located in kind of an older strip mall, but the store is clean, and cutely decorated. I like the mural on the wall. They don't have the largest selection of polish, but it's adequate for me to find several colors I liked. They have about 5 pedi chairs and 5 nail stations. So it's on the smaller size as far as some of the other salons go in town. Service: Michelle did my pedicure. She was friendly and caring. She noticed immediately my back was hurting, and she was careful to not cause further pain. She took her time to make sure to do a thorough pedicures. She offered me something to drink too. My nails were not what I wanted and were crooked, super thick and looked like my 5 year old did them. When I said I didn't like them and wanted them fixed, she just argued with me. Went here by reading the reviews on Yelp and we were staying just down the road. It was a Friday afternoon around 2 and no one was there when I came in for a pedicure. I wanted a pedicure with gel polish and she offered gel polish for my nails too all for $45. So I said why not. She had me pick a color and I actually liked what she had on so I went with that. It is ran by a husband and wife. After talking to her they just opened a few months ago they'd moved here from Arizona and we're starting out here in Vegas. But been doing this work for 25 years!! They shop was spotless and she used clean implements as I watched. I am a licensed manicurist so I know what to watch for in the sanitation department. I.e. Dirty implements, used files etc. but all was good. Pedicure was nice, warm towels, massage after she did my gel polish which meant my gel will stay on. And my nails look great.
