This was my second time at this salon. I do like it. My pedi was good. I got the basic one. She hurt me cutting too close. Edit. She injured my toe and asked me why I was flinching when she was trying to file it. It was bleeding. When I went to sit down at her table for my nails, I picked her nail clippers off the floor and she used them on me. Ugh.. I got a fill and wanted Glaze donut nails. Thought I'd show you the outcome. To be fair I asked her to shape them From the square to almond. When I went to wash them I could see they were pointing to the side. I paid extra for the filing too. Extra to have them filed. Filed into almond shape and they were not almond. The tech hurt me several times.. so I knew I wasn't returning because of that. But these nails. ‍ This isn't ok. I just can't recommend. If you like your nails like this.. this is your spot I think they should refund my card f so I can fix them before I have to work. The cut could get infected. . Came for a pedicure and the older Asian lady did it. She finished my pedicure before someone else that was already in the chair. She was moving extremely fast, putting on my scrub and taking it right off. No massage, and she didn't even really scrub my feet at all. I got a deluxe pedicure at that. It was kinda half done. I still tipped her but I wouldn't get my feet done by her again and probably won't be back. I paid $65 just to go home and scrub my own feet over. read more

My hair stylist referred me to Nail Spa Excel last year and I have been coming here for my pedicures ever since. The entire wall behind the nail tech stations is full of nail polish colors to choose from. The only thing I don't like is when you sit down for your pedicure, they only give you one book for one brand of nail polish to choose your color. I have to ask if I want to see more colors or if I have a DND color I want to use. I am used to seeing all the color selections right off the bat. However the pedicure itself is always consistent. My favorite pedi so far has been done by Jackson. I always get the basic gel pedicure because I don't need anything fancy but they do have other pedi options too. read more

Went into the salon on a quickness, it was early and my time was very limited. I go in someone is getting a pedicure & there was no wait so I said fuck it. I don't even know where to start. My manicure is horrible! He cut me 3 times... the nails don't even match each other.. one nail is bigger than the other. He asked me how long I wanted them I said not too long and he just cut without me agreeing on it. They're too short btw. He took forever on them just to come out like this :( I'm so disappointed. My nails have air bubbles.. ugh I can go on. And as for my pedicure, my pinky toe as you can see is half painted!! Never going there again. read more

This is the lowest you can go. First things first they are NOT a BLACK OWNED BUSINESS. THEY KEPT THE SIGN UP FROM THE PREVIOUS OWNERS. They don't have a price list that's consistent. Dont be fooled by the cute light fixture in the front, THIS AINT IT! There are so many nail shops in Vegas, substandard service at regular prices is unacceptable. As I already feel like enough of my time has been wasted, I'll leave this review short. I stopped in for a pedicure...should have kept walking. Definitely the worst pedicure Ive ever had. VERY questionable sanitation practices. I actually had to stop and speak up for clean practices along with many other basic knowledge things (like cleaning the mask off my legs properly so I dont have dried white splotches in me). 2nd time at this location. First time was to get a pedicure and it was OK. It really was nothing great or good, but it wasn't bad either. Today I went in for a manicure. Just a single color with a little glitter on one nail. I showed them a picture, I told them I wanted gold glitter instead of silver, no problem we can do it. At the end he never did my glitter and I have nail polish on one knuckle. I tried to get him to take off the polish on my skin so he pulled out a nail file to scrap it against my skin, told me it wasn't polish that it was OK. I asked for nail polish remover so I could get it off my skin. He told me it would be ok and didn't provide what I asked for. He then looked out their window and said "customer" then looked back at me. I had my wallet out and he started talking to the new customer. He looked back at me to stare, so I asked how much. He told me the price, I asked if it was not including the glitter because he didn't put it on. He didn't care to fix the glitter situation either. I can't believe I tipped anything at all. When I got to the front to pay I expressed again how unhappy I was with the polish on my skin and experience in general. I was looking around to see if anyone else working there was a boss to see if I could get just the smallest amount of help. DO NOT GO HERE! WORST PLACE EVER! I stopped in for a dip manicure during my lunch break. The lady did not know how to do dip and instead of the owner having someone else do it they kept here there trying to figure out what to do. Then I just decided to switch to gel because she was so clueless. By the time she got everything for gel my time was up and I had to go. Horrible customer service. Only took off my polish and didn't even give me dip/ gel or polish because they took so long and I had to go, but still charged me and didn't even give a discount for being so slow and not being able to do the dip I asked for.Worst place ever. I came in for a acrylic overlay and I'm not happy with the result. I had a lady do my nails and I asked for tapered square shape and instead I got completely narrow and uneven nails. I paid $50 for the service when I could've got my nails done in Summerlin for the same price and better quality. I'm not taking a chance on a new salon again. The lady got me started right away I wish I got her name. It's a chill, quiet, and calming experience. Vincent was the one who did my pedicure and he did such a good job. The nail tech made her soak off her acrylics, but the water was hot so my mom said "oh, it's kind of hot". The service was okay but the outcome they didn't have nail designers available to do the designs we wanted and up charged us for basic design when we started they said $50 a set and ended up Being $75 a set for basic nails. i came in friday 1st at the 10:30 am. Vincent, who worked with me was amazing! he took his time with my appointment today and has very clean work. he was gentle and i could tell he was passionate about what he does and not just throwing it together. i got acrylic french tips and a pedicure from him! .. my only issue is that the lady who did my nail soak off was rough with my hands, im not sure if she is newer and still learning, or maybe she's just too comfortable in her environment?. when she first came in and they asked if she had the time to do my nails while my toes were being done, she seemed like she didn't even want to be here. she took off her mask after like 5 minutes. she was using bathroom paper towels to wipe my nails when she was tired of walking back and fourth. , the drill was bouncing off my nail beds, and in between instead of talking or waiting she would go to her desk and was eating while playing on her phone, and did not wash her hands afterwards. she also had my nails soaking in acetone for wayyy too long. they had even begun hurting after a point and i had to keep taking them out because she was sitting across the room on her phone. it just seems like she doesn't care much about the customer or her job.. will definitely be back for vincent ahah! best pedicure read more
