They let me know they can do a foreign fill, and as long as my nails are not lifting it would be fine. I came in with a picture inspiration & he outdid himself! My service was $85 and I tipped 20% They also offered me something to drink which I loved. It's an extra step on going above and beyond with their customer service that business don't have to do but is greatly appreciated. I will definitely come back!

I came here for my birthday last week to get a regular polish mani-pedi. Throughout my appointment,…read moreI was repeatedly asked if I wanted gel instead of regular polish, which felt like they were constantly trying to upsell me. My pedicure was great and the technician took her time, paid attention to detail, and did a really nice job. I was very happy with that part of my visit. Unfortunately, my manicure was a completely different experience. Right after I told the manicure technician I wanted regular polish, she started applying a gel top coat, so I had to stop her and remind her that I wasn't getting gel. She also rushed through the manicure, leaving polish missing along the sides of every nail and around the cuticles. I wasn't sure how to point it out in the moment without making things awkward, so I stayed quiet. To make matters worse, they brought me my receipt while I was still getting my nails done, and I noticed they had charged me for a gel mani-pedi instead of regular polish. I had to correct them yet again. I paid around $60-70 before tip, which I think is far too expensive for the quality of service I received. Within just two days, my manicure had already started chipping, and it became even more obvious where the polish had been missed. Now, only a week later, my nails look so worn and chipped that there's no point in keeping the polish on. While I really appreciated the quality of the pedicure, the manicure and overall experience were disappointing. For the price I paid, I expected much better attention to detail and longer-lasting results.

No matter what is asked for, it is a welcomed request, and I also get great recommendations when I'm not quite sure of what I want. Best of all, I complained about my toenails looking "diabetic " and crooked and my tech has not only straightened them out but I'm no longer ashamed of showing my bare unpolished feet.

I highly recommend Nail Buzz…read more 1. I made an appointment for a pedicure $50 and a manicure $40. I read the reviews and made my choice. 2. My nail person is/was Tatie! I am so lucky that she was my person. Not only is she detailed in what she does, she takes pride in her work. She is chill and made me feel chill. She takes her time and I felt pampered. When she was doing my fingernails she didn't use water for soaking. She used a variety of instruments to remove cuticles. She quietly sang the songs on the shop's Playlist. She has a good voice. That made me feel extra calm and welcomed. 3. The tough part of the visit was getting to the shop. The Nail Buzz opens before the container shop mall opens. There are 2 security doors that were locked. I was told to enter through the gate by the giant metal preying mantis. The long long gate slides open. We would not have figured it out had we not seen Tatie before hand. She introduced herself at the sliding gate and showed us the way. We rode the elevator to the shop. It was air conditioned. Yay! 4. We walked to the shop from the Golden Nugget. May I suggest not wearing any fancy jewelery? The neighborhood looks a little rough. 5. I am not spelling her name perfectly. Her name is Ta Te.. .. .. ? It is pronounced Tatiana. I am really pleased with my nails and pedicure.

Disappointing Experience at The Nail Bus - Downtown Container Park…read more I stopped by The Nail Bus at the Downtown Container Park in Las Vegas at approximately 2:50 PM. Their posted hours clearly showed that they were open until 7:00 PM, so I asked if I could get a pedicure and a full set. I was told they would not have time to do my services. What made this especially frustrating was that there was no one waiting. There was one employee working on one client, and apparently only one employee running the entire shop. If a business advertises that it is open until 7 PM, I wouldn't expect to be turned away more than four hours before closing, especially with no customers waiting. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend calling ahead before making the trip. Better yet, you may want to skip it altogether and find another nail salon that is adequately staffed and able to accommodate customers during its posted business hours. Unfortunately, I can't review the quality of their nail services because I wasn't given the opportunity to receive any.

Very clean, very accommodating, and amazing service. Their prices are very fair and the service is top notch. They have a really great variety of pedicures and for very reasonable prices. I tend to go back-and-forth between their deluxe spa pedicure, aromatherapy pedicure, and signature pedicure. Their signature pedicure is really awesome, I tend to do it for special occasions because you come up with how you want your treatment to be done, they let you look at a variety of essential oils and herbs and pick what you want, and they show you all of the benefits of those herbs and oils. It's really cool! They have really nice massage chairs in their pedicure area, and they're pretty new I was one of the first people to use them when they got them in and I think they've only had them maybe a year or so? I can sit there all day. Lol Super comfortable. They have so many varieties of nail polish! They have tons of examples in the front of the different colors and nail polish variations. Tiana and Ti are my go-tos is when I'm there! They are both so sweet and so fun to talk to! Tiana does my eyebrows and Ti does all of my pedicures! I highly recommend them!! Definitely a place to check out when you're in Henderson!

I asked for a design with black stars and rhinestones, and she did exactly what I was looking for. I showed her the idea I had in mind and she paid attention to all the little details. The stars and rhinestones came out so cute and everything looked really clean and put together. I'm also really picky about my nail shape, but she shaped them exactly how I wanted. She made sure I liked the length and shape before finishing everything, which I really appreciated. The whole Gel-X set only took about an hour too, which surprised me because she still took her time with the design and didn't make it feel rushed at all. I love how they came out! I also tried the organic pedicure and it was honestly so relaxing. Everything smelled amazing, especially the mango scent. It smelled so fresh and fruity without being too strong. The whole pedicure was super relaxing and definitely one of those treatments where you can just sit back and enjoy being pampered. The receptionist was also super sweet and offered me Vietnamese coffee while I was there. I had actually never tried Vietnamese coffee before, but I ended up loving it! It was really good and such a nice little touch. Everyone made me feel comfortable and welcomed from the moment I came in. Between the Gel-X nails, the black stars and rhinestones, the relaxing mango pedicure, and the Vietnamese coffee, I had such a good experience today. I left loving my nails and pedicure and even discovered a new favorite coffee . Definitely recommend Mila and I'll be coming back!
