This nail salon is tucked away behind Meadows Mall, and it's such a hidden gem! The salon is beautiful, spotless, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Gia took her time with my pedicure and was incredibly thorough. Vanessa did my gel acrylic manicure, and she was absolutely amazing. Her shaping was flawless, and she paid so much attention to every little detail. You can tell she truly cares about her work. I highly recommend this salon if you're looking for quality service and talented nail technicians. I'll definitely be back! read more

I came here for my birthday last week to get a regular polish mani-pedi. Throughout my appointment, I was repeatedly asked if I wanted gel instead of regular polish, which felt like they were constantly trying to upsell me. My pedicure was great and the technician took her time, paid attention to detail, and did a really nice job. I was very happy with that part of my visit. Unfortunately, my manicure was a completely different experience. Right after I told the manicure technician I wanted regular polish, she started applying a gel top coat, so I had to stop her and remind her that I wasn't getting gel. She also rushed through the manicure, leaving polish missing along the sides of every nail and around the cuticles. I wasn't sure how to point it out in the moment without making things awkward, so I stayed quiet. To make matters worse, they brought me my receipt while I was still getting my nails done, and I noticed they had charged me for a gel mani-pedi instead of regular polish. I had to correct them yet again. I paid around $60-70 before tip, which I think is far too expensive for the quality of service I received. Within just two days, my manicure had already started chipping, and it became even more obvious where the polish had been missed. Now, only a week later, my nails look so worn and chipped that there's no point in keeping the polish on. While I really appreciated the quality of the pedicure, the manicure and overall experience were disappointing. For the price I paid, I expected much better attention to detail and longer-lasting results. read more

Was looking for a nail salon in a pinch to get toes done. We called ahead of time and they had availability. Once you walk through the door, everyone was so welcome! what I loved is that they sat us all next to each other! Massage chairs were awesome! They even had a girl passed around snacks, which was a pleasant surprise! Would definitely come back! read more

Absolutely terrible service you asked for a tech and they give you a different person. Whoever they want that's not the way it works. If you go with the nail technician is for a reason because they do a great job in this case it's Cheyenne. She does an amazing job for me and my kid along with my mom and now they just have her in the front desk. Customer should really go somewhere else to get your moneys worth. read more

I really wanted to like this place but I just didn't have the best luck with nail techs. My first experience was great, second experience was a 3/5 and third experience I had to leave without completing the polish. I sat in the chair at 11:05 and at 11:55 I still had not been painted in a basic pedicure service. The technician cut my toe nail too short and claimed it was because my nail was broken... only he left the broken side longer I kept asking him to stop picking at my cuticle and paint, an hour for a basic gel pedicure is entirely too long imo. I left unpainted and with uneven toenails, I paid $38. They did offer me a discount for my next service but I won't be back. read more

Horrible customer service, they cancel your appointment without any reasons, besides some of the nails technician don't know what their doing and they charge extra for anything. I don't recommend this place save your money and find a better place. read more

Probably the most time-managed and organized nail salon I have EVER been to. From the moment I called to schedule my appointment to the very end of my visit, the staff was extremely kind, professional, and courteous. The technicians were friendly and welcoming. None of them looked unhappy, nor did they seem like they were forcing a smile--they genuinely looked happy to be there, which made the atmosphere so comfortable. We arrived around 4 PM, and our services took about an hour and a half. Without hesitation, one of the managers (I believe) offered us a discount for having to wait a little longer than our scheduled time--a thoughtful gesture that I really appreciated. I also loved how efficient they were. They even have a staff member dedicated to cleaning and sanitizing, which allows the technicians to focus on starting their next client right away. Very smart and organized! I chose the Milk & Honey pedicure, and it was both amazing and relaxing--it smelled just as good as it felt. I enjoy discovering gems like this when traveling, and this salon has definitely set the standard for me in Las Vegas. I won't go anywhere else for nails when I'm in town. read more

1-Star Review The reason we decided to try this nail salon was because of the good reviews, but unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The salon did not feel very sanitary, and the customer service from the nail technician was not good. She did my nails crooked, and when I brought up my concerns, she gave me attitude instead of trying to correct the issue. I was also disappointed that the staff did not seem willing to help or make the situation right. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this place. read more

Exceptional service from the moment I walked in. I greeted and sat almost immediately. Tommy did my feet and was very thorough. Jackie did my nails and even got me to try something different by adding glitter (I would've never done that) and it came out amazing. I was offered a water, they had drink and snack station and everybody was so nice and pleasant! It's a plus that this place is clean and has plenty of options from colors, styles, and options to choose from. read more

The shop itself is beautiful and a comfortable atmosphere. I'd rate my acrylic pedicure a 7 out of 10 as the acrylic toes don't even look the same; they're different sizes AND I got my brows done....they charge $20 which is insane but then she didn't even do my brows in a separate room. She literally had me sit in a nail chair by the door; while it was open and freezing last night, to do my brows next to women who were getting their nails done. Beyond unprofessional. Really upsetting after I drove 35 minutes to get services. read more

I came here before a big trip. It was my first visit here and I'll say the front desk gentleman was so helpful and sweet. Brian the manager was also incredible. I came in for a pedicure and a gel-x full set. Unfortunately i just got a nail technician that was not on her game that day. When i first arrived she did not greet me just asked what i wanted. When i showed her my nail inspo, she said okay, but then halfway though said she couldn't do the design. She made my nails crooked 3 times and had to remove and fix the nail to get it straight. Somehow one of the nails still ended lopsided. She was on her phone on FaceTime the entire time she did my nails. Sometimes she shoved the phone in my face and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. My nails were bleeding and raw from how many times she dipped my nails in alcohol and acetone from having to re-do my nails. My cuticles bled for 2 weeks. When i brought this up to the manager, he was very kind and offered me 20% off and bandaged my nail and offered to fix them if i came back. Somehow after the discount i still paid 140$ for the bloody and crooked mani and pedi. Brian and the front desk gentleman are so kind and sweet. I just hope that nail technician gets off her phone! read more

Guaranteed amazing services!! Clean salon! Kenny & Michelle are the owners, and they genuinely care about all their costumers, from providing water, to cuticle Christmas gifts, Mother's Day celebrations & more! I have been a client for about 13 years. My go to nail techs is Gia, she's amazing, incredibly patient, and great at free drawing. She's so talented and can always recreate any design I find. Helen always ensures she pays attention to detail, making all her clients fully satisfied. Vivienne is also amazing at free drawing designs! They have a new point system, so every appointment adds points, which could later be redeemed with your service (after accumulating certain points). They also recently became active on instagram, make sure to follow them! I've attached a couple of my favorite designs. I always get compliments on my nails & recommended everyone to top nails read more
