Partner and I went in for manis and pedis. We called ahead and were told to come right in. When we went in there was only one person at the entire store so we had to wait for another because we had asked if we could both be taken at the same time, and that was confirmed before arrival. Her manicure took well over an hour, and there was nobody to give me a pedicure while I was waiting and by the time somebody got there, our pedicures took at least another hour. We were there for almost 3 hours. The nail techs were rude about our nails and we take care of them. And fought with each other the entire time. The pedicures cost $55 each and they were at maximum $35 pedicures. There were no frills and the massage chairs barely worked. Everything was an upcharge. Polish was cheap and old and the techs did not do a good job putting it on as my partner's nails are all bumpy. It's been two days and gel manicure has already chipped in 3 places. read more

Out of all the places I've had a pedicure, Tommy nail did the best job by far. This is a small quaint place that you'd probably pass if you weren't paying attention, however if your looking to get a pedicure this is a great spot. Ask for Tommy, she's great at what she does. read more

This is the first and last time I will be going to this place..... so basically The lady that took care of me. She was harassing me and my grandma I wanted to get a easy design for my birthday nails but the lady was not doing a good job so I said I didn't want a design anymore because I didn't like how she was doing it so then while I was getting my nails done my grandma takes a picture of just me and gets a little glance of the lady who was doing my nails and then the lady snatches the phone from my grandma and says delete it so she says OK I'll delete it but instead the lady deletes it for her and then after that my mom called me because it was my birthday and she told me to hang up the phone and hang up the phone so many times while I was on the phone with my mom and then she tells me when the nails are done she says if I have Google and I say yes and she says to go to Tommy's nails so I type in Tommy's nails and then she clicks on reviews and she puts a five star and she says to write how much I loved my nails and I got it done for my birthday and they were so pretty and all these kinds of things basically making me write a review of how much I loved it and she kept touching me and my grandmas phones which you can't do! I'm so mad because not only did I not like my nails but that I had to pay $85 and she did not even takeoff the design so she still charge me with the design when I didn't even get it and that she harassed me and my grandma! Beware Please Please ask pricing prior they will confuse you with pricing so make sure she writes down the total prior... Place is a total scam shame on you . I went in today and should have known to leave when no one was there and no one ever showed up to get service in the 3 hours I was there ...I asked for a gel mani and pedi in white no acrylic. This crazy lady had the audacity to charge $185 at the end of the service. I usually get my nails done in Green Valley and never have I ever paid that much for a mani and pedi usually 95- $110 range ... To top it off if was a very crappy job that took almost 3 hours . I am so upset that she was ripping me off this way ... You sometimes want to support small businesses but sadly a lot of businesses like this one should be out of business . This is def one of them . This place doesn't even deserve a single star. Please listen to all the other reviews--this lady really tries to overcharge and does a HORRIBLE job! $45 for a gel pedicure WITHOUT the spa turned on. In fact, she doesn't even want your feet to touch the inside of the empty spa, unless you're going to do the $85 pedicure. My daughter was going to get a full set, all black, with a spider web design on one finger, lady wanted $120 for that! Absurd! When I said "no thank you, I'll just pay for my pedicure" she insisted on my daughter's full set and dropped the price for "$75 just for you". Still a big NO after the mess she did on my toes. Just simple white gel polish and it's everywhere. Horrible. Stay away! We happened to be in the are--very rough area, by the way, thought we'd kill some time before driving home during rush hour. My daughter and I arrived at opening and didn't have to wait at all. Tommy was the only one working today but she did a great job. She's very meticulous about the work she does and was excited to take a picture of her design once finished. It did take a little more time then usual, but considering it was one person working on our nails it wasn't too long. read more

This is by far the worst nail place I have been to in Las Vegas since I moved here in 2005. One of my nails came off after not even 3 full days. The next one the following day. All of them are lifting except the thumbs. I don't do construction or trying or any that would be bad for my nails. I talk on the phone for a living I don't even use my nails to dial the phone. I use finger tips or a stylus. DO NOT GO HERE. They would not even try to fix the problem for free. DONT GO HERD!!!!! read more

I was seen immediately, I walked in on a Sunday and no other custo.ers were there. They do have a price list its very small and super high up in the corner of the wall when you walk in. I got a pedicure with no polish. I was charged $55. She said pedicures with polish start at $75and up....is that normal in Vegas? Sure isnt everywhere else. read more

do not waste your time i went for a basic manicure w/gel color the lady told me $40 and $45 for gel in my head i heard five extra for gel color no she proceeded to say $85 girl you must be tripping so i said how is it possible its cheaper for a full set she looks at my nails and says your nails are different so a full set is gonna cost me $20 extra dollars but still cheaper than the manicure yall need to just go head and close shop not to mention the drugie homeless people who lurk around no no no read more

don't waste your time coming here. if I could I would rate this place a zero. I came in one day and I asked for a full set, then the lady asked me "how much do you wanna spend? $60?" FIRST OF ALL, I don't even get greeted properly and this lady already wanna charge me for something that isn't even written on the price points. She just wanted to get my money. Off the bat I knew she was going to be a struggle. I told her I wanted a certain design and she showed me all the designs she had and said that the ones that I wanted she can't do. I showed her a picture that was SUPER simple, a triangle French tip. She said she can't do that and that she can't copy anyone's designs, which I totally understand. But it's inspiration and she can tweak it to make it her own work. Then she tried bargaining me and making me stay as I was about to leave the place. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!! Don't even know the woman's name who did my nails (I think she is the owner) BUT IT IS HORRIBLE SERVICE!! First she would not take a promotional card that I had received that could be taken everywhere, over charged for the quality service, and I literally got my nails done 2 DAYS ago, and they already came off without any issue. DO NOT GO HERE. IT IS RIDUCLOUSLY OVERPRICED FOR HORRIBLE SERVICE. All of the nails that she did (acrylic full set) were crooked.
