It was odd who was asked to hand over phones to keep behind the front desk and who was not. And the shower in the ladies bathroom IS in bad shape. However, the staff began rushing us to leave significantly earlier than the posted closing hours. They started turning off the lights, stopped the music, and began cleaning right around us. It was clear they wanted us out -- despite the fact that we were still well within the allowed time. When we calmly questioned this and asked for an explanation, instead of engaging in a respectful dialogue, the staff called the police. Let me repeat that: the police were called simply because we were present during business hours and politely asked why we were being pushed out. It was humiliating, absurd, and completely uncalled for. I have rarely seen such blatant disrespect toward paying customers. An establishment that calls the police on well-behaved guests does not deserve even a single star. This kind of behavior by the staff is shameful and shows a complete lack of professionalism. I strongly recommend that management urgently review their service standards and retrain the staff. My friends and I will never return -- and I do not recommend this place to anyone.
