**charge 4% on Creditcard, if u want to avoid that, bring cash** A good restaurant for lunch by union square. Mainly Spanish/Mexican food. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. It's ok. But I think I should have ordered the pulled pork. I'll come back and try other things for sure. Self service order and you can eat in. Some tables and chairs. Quiet area. No one bothers you. I love this for my lunch break!

    Homemade Lemonade

I had passed this place a million times and today I finally decided to give it a try. Everything was amazing! We had the burrito bowl with pork shoulder with pineapple sauce and guacamole as well as the Tio Pio salad with the homemade lemonade (made with a hint of horchata). Everything was delicious and the portion sizes were great. I actually went to the cashier to ask what was in the lemonade because of how delicious it was. Will definitely go back!

    Unsalted and no flavor food

(ENG) Bonjour everyone, this review is only a reflection on my experience getting food from this location for the very first time, so take it with a grain of salt. I am using an app called TooGoodToGo. I use this app to help me save money when I'm traveling as a professional documentarian and a photographer. What I am about to tell you, you made want to think twice. When I was using the app and then operating this app for quite some time, I was expecting a lot more food in this! Time below, it was to be equally to $18 dollars for $4.99 and I'd receive this. A lunch box, Let's be honest, in New York City do you think this is worth $18 worth? So I went back to this location without using the app and order a half chicken rice plantains mixed salad or for $12.95 And it was a lot of food. So my question is to this location or to this business establishment, are you practicing the right practices when you comes to advertising your food at the right price on the app called TooGoodToGo. By the way I'm doing a report on this app and trying to figure what restaurants are giving away the right amount of as it advertising on the app. IT was not advertised correctly, I'm also a YouTuber Please don't take this the wrong way, I'm looking out for the people and the people must come to understand that if they advertise with a program to help save food waste, they they should stand by their advertising. So let's talk about the food shall we, chicken was super dry and the rice has no flavor no salt but, the plantains were pretty good. Other than that I will never eat from this location ever again.

Great place for healthy takeout! I ordered the Whole Rotisserie Chicken & Steamed Vegetables Side and they were very good. I ordered pickup through grubhub and it was ready in 20 minutes. Would recommend if you live in the area.

Yellow rice, sweet plantains, red beans ans beef.
    Tony G.

#2 yellow rice, red beans, meat and sweet plantains were very tasty. The meat was very tender, it's beef, very tasty. The sauce was excellent. Overall for $19 including a diet coke it was well worth it. The only thing that was missing was bread. I had flan for dessert. The texture was a bit hard for flan but tasty. Creamy, I could taste the egg and the other ingredients. I enjoyed the atmosphere, although I was the only eating in ( they do a big take out) it was calm and the green paint on the wall was soothing. I'd return again and hopefully soon!!

Those who have reviewed this have no concept of good latin food. Esto es de fianbrera. This is classic workers food the type you vet at any local hole in the wall in-the DR or Puerto Rico. The beans are very good, rice fluffy as expected. The beef guisado y good. Tasty and savory. Chicken well grilled. Give this place a good try

I'm vegetarian and this is the place perfect to eat Spanish buffet they so delicious Highly recommend

I've been to the Ichiran in East Williamsburg but found this location to be more hectic and touristy, naturally. You order on a tablet, pay (no tip), and then are directed to a seat by a welcoming host. Poor guy must have to repeat the same spiel a billion times a day. I just defaulted to Ichiran's suggested levels for everything which made it fast and easy. Once you're at your assigned cubbyhole, you can hang your coat up on the wall behind you and fill up your water cup at the machine also behind you. You don't even see the face of the person who brings out the ramen which gives the whole process a mysterious bank teller vibe. With all this, the classic tonkotsu ramen ($23) with slender noodles nearly gets overshadowed, but don't fret since it's fantastic. I believe when you're done, you just get up and leave. Surprisingly, one of the instructional posters does not go into this.

I came in with a party of 2 on a Thursday at 1pm. There was a line but the line went by quick. When you walk into the restaurant, you pre-order at the touchscreen to the right of the entrance and later when you're seated you give the order receipts to the server at your window. The food at this location is obviously going to be pricier than it is in Japan (came out to around $60 for 2 people), but it is SO worth it as you can't get Ichiran anywhere else besides in Japan.

Couldn't decipher distinctly from other top notch ramen so it wasn't knock your socks off. From now on I'll order the base dish when I go places so I can judge better. The gyoza was cooked very nicely, came sizzling and the bun with meat was a little ugly, it looked boiled and unappetizing. The taste was just okay. The topping on it was notable. The waitress didn't help us at all when ordering. We weren't bowled over with the food, although it was noted the meat in the ramen was high level. It hit the spot but I will try other places in the search for our "return forever" ramen place.

For a restaurant, especially one serving customizable ramen dishes, with a allergy list post on the wall by the counter where I sat at B1, a little flexibility or empathy toward food allergies would go a long way. The interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming, which made the overall dining experience uncomfortable. Customer service matters just as much as the food, and sadly this visit fell short. The smashed cucumber was good. Spicy dumpling was good. Ramen broth was light, not as rich or flavorful as others. There are so many good ramen places in NYC, this Chinese Ramen place has lot of room to improve.
