The facility is fantastic. The mural in the waiting room is amazing. The kids are extra calm and happy with that being the first thing they're greeted with. Each station is also equipped with a TV playing some sort of movie to distract the kids while they're teeth tasks are being handled. The assistants preparing for Dr. Song are also great. This place truly understands the fundamentals of pediatric dentistry. The lobby is decorated like a forest, which gives kids a sense of calm. The staff is always friendly, and most importantly, the doctor is meticulous and incredibly fast. Called 2 days in advance to reschedule my twin boys dentist appointment. Staff wanted to charge $48 per kid to reschedule. Apparently I'm 30 minutes past their 48 hour rule. I told them one of my kids have a fever and she said to bring the other one. I am sorry who will take care of my sick child if I'm gone with the other one. My favorite parts? - I can schedule Saturday appointments so I don't have to take time off form work just to make it to the daycare and drive back - every visit comes with a little goodie bag. I recently been to the office for a cleaning for my child. It is a BAD experience with the hygienist. She was rude to my child with yelling at him when he scared of water in his mouth and trying to spit the water out. Instead of telling him "honey just close your mouth, the straw will take the water", she yells at him several times "don't spit" "didn't I just tell you don't spit". Working with younger children means, they don't hear the full sentences at young ages. They tend to hear the ending words if you happen to work with them. If the hygienist lady read my review, please reconsider your career path. You are the reason I took one star off. Dr. Song on the other hand worth the four star. He managed to have a proper nice front office with paperwork's and answering calls. Kudos to the front office crew! I'm impressed. read more

I had to write this review now because I was really amazed with the recent work Dr. Song did for my little girl! She broke off her front permanent tooth by bumping her face into her Jet Pod. I thought for sure any work done would be noticeable, no matter who did it. But I was wrong! My husband and I were pleasantly surprised!!! We could not even tell her tooth was ever broken! My daughter has clefts at the tip of her front teeth and Dr. Song was so detailed and copied those clefts on the tooth he made! See pictures below! Looks like she never broke off the tooth at all! Dr Song and his team were absolutely fabulous! We were a bit scared because of the pandemic and questioned myself should we go to see a dentist. I hoped we can wait, but my 13 year old complained a week ago that her tooth is hurting and I scheduled an appointment with Tiny Teeth clinic. They asked all the safety questions, I had to fill out paperwork online, so we don't have to spend too much time in the office. while we were inside, they made sure that we were separated from the other family that was in the office. Dr Song was in surgery almost all day, since 5:30 am, he was probably tired, but he still made the effort to make my daughters laugh and calm and showed that he really cared about their well being. Dentist Lee was informative prior to starting even showing me pictures of how I'll need to position my daughter to begin. This clinic is one of the best pediatric clinics I have ever seen. The clinic's environment is so joyful and comfortable for kids. The front desk staff is so friendly and helpful. Dr. Song is super in taking care of young children. My son was less than 4 years old and he required to have root canals, fillings, and extraction. He was put under sedation for two hours during which Dr. Song completed all treatment in timely and effectively manner. Indeed, our experience with this clinic was fabulous. We didn't have a dental insurance yet the doctor gave us a very discounted quote which was much lower than any other clinic in the town. Not only this but also, he waved the additional charges not listed in the initial quote. Unlike many dentists, Dr. Song isn't interested on how much he can get out of your pocket. He is interested to make kids dental experience pleasant. I strongly recommend Tiny Teeth to all parents in the town. read more

Dr. Song is amazing!! I took my 5 year old to the dentist for the first time (I know shame on me). My son loved it and now wants to be a dentist when he grows up. He needed a root canal which really scared me because I've never had a root canal. Dr. Song for the root canal and my son actually liked it!! He said he wants another one, that just tells you how gentle they are there. The whole office is very welcoming and everyone is so nice. I highly recommend this place for kids! read more

We've been coming this dentist almost 10y or more. All my kids love Dr.Song! He always explain well and always always nice smile.

I took my daughter to dr. song after searching Yelp, however the experience is not good at all, this is second time I took her to see dentist, first time we went to a dentist in Tustin which is far and I wanted to find a good one close to home. I use same dental PPO and my daughter is about one and half, the total time dr. Song spent on her is less than 2 minutes, cleaned her teeth right after kid opened her mouth, no checking around like the other dentist did, and put some toothpaste on her without introducing what the toothpaste is. I paid $35 at the dentist office and got another $83 bill. I just do not understand what Dr. Song did on my daughter for regular preventive care for a one and half year kid which leads to the service PPO did not cover, I am much more worried what that toothpaste is and whether it is necessary to such little kid and has any side impact. One thing I am sure is we will not visit him again. read more

Rarely do I ever give a review, but this is the best dentist to take your kids. First, the staff were friendly, professional, funny, and compassionate to my gf's kids. Second, everything I said about the employees extends to the Doctor. I have a child that produces tears like a leaky faucet. Zero crying. I've never witnessed a miracle, until now. I want to note that this is the 3rd time we've come here. First for the initial eval and then the next 2 visits to fix the cavities. My children have had cavities that needed to be filled, and despite having their mouths drilled in and needles stuck into their gums, they STILL love Dr. Song and ask me every couple weeks when they can go back to see him again! When we fist went to Dr. Song, we lived just down the street. When we moved away from the area, we chose to drive over an hour to continue to see Dr. Song.
