We brought him in at 13 weeks to the EveryPup Program, where he is in a clean and disinfected facility with other safe and healthy pups and he gets training every day by Dave. Almost from day 1 we started noticing huge changes, and he matured so rapidly it's like we have a different dog! He is very calm, polite and attentive, and has been able to self-regulate so well. Dave is always available for our questions and follow ups, and he sends over progress notes and photos every day from training sessions. We also would ask him about problem behavior such as counter surfing or jumping up on people to greet, and Dave would target those specific behaviors as well. We also appreciated how fast and quickly they acted on our puppy swallowing something he shouldn't have, and immediately gave him some hydrogen peroxide to get him to throw it up, which saved us from extremely expensive and likely traumatic vet visits and possible surgery. Very grateful! Every day we pick up our puppy he is so happy from a day of playing and getting love from all the staff, and is tired and ready for some cuddles and naps when he gets home. The staff here are so caring and really love each dog, I trust them to take care of our puppy. Highly recommend!

I was never able to walk them because of their pulling and my fear of tripping. I am now able to walk both dogs at once! Incredible... The sit, stay, and come when called. A.J and Hayden, the trainers, never raised their voices and focus on complementing good behavior. I never heard the word "no"! They were also very patient with me as I learned the new skills it would take to carry on this training at home. My dogs had a blast! Pack walks, hikes and pup cups. I can never fully express my amazement and gratitude for the transformation. The level of professionalism while still making this fun for the dogs was beyond anything that I could have imagined. I used to have no issues with Paw Sweet Paw years ago but after just brining my 1yr old rescue here twice that was enough. First time he was return smelling awful, accidents happen. Second time boarding with them (12 hours) he was returned to me COVERED in both pee and actual poop on him. Before he was return the second time, the staff told me he had a "little accident" and asked if I wanted him bathed or just wiped down. After already waiting an extra 1.5 hours because of the cut operational hours, I said just wiped down him down and I'll bath him later. It was clearly not a little accident and wasn't even wiped down. The attendant brought him out less than a minute later. Wiping down a dirty, poop covered dog would take longer than one minute. The extent of the odor took 3 baths and he is now dealing with multiple stomach issues results in vomiting and diarrhea. He also was returned with a clearly visible scab and swelling on his nose. Trying to contact management has been extremely disappointing after a very disappointing 12 hr dog boarding visit. The asst. manager seemed to be the only one to take the time to respond and discuss these issues, but very limited to how she can remedy or alleviate some of these issues. I have been waiting for a week now on Janelle, the top Manager of both locations to reach out with fur to we discussions about the incredibly low standards, cleanliness, and overall care for our pets staying there. Seems like Janelle couldn't care less for the well-being of the dogs she is being entrusted to take care of while she is the one in charge from what I've been told.

The staff are remarkable! They always work with me, as my schedule changes week-to-week. Alis gets personal attention (and lots of affection) from everyone there and she has supervised play with her friends throughout the day; I get pictures during the day showing her activities and occasional walks to the park. Every dog there gets personal recognition and mental stimulation from the staff. It really gives me comfort to know that she is expertly taken care of and always having fun! The amenities are beautiful and ALWAYS clean... no odors or messes anywhere, EVER! Alis has memorized the drive there and whines with excitement in the car ride from about 3 blocks away, when we are on our way in the morning. When I pick her up, it's a different story... she NEVER wants to leave to go home with me. When she finally gets in the car, she drops and relaxes; she is always so happy and tired! The website specifically advertises a "Current Client Intro to Swim - 30 Min / $10" option, with no limitations or eligibility restrictions listed. However, when I called to schedule that session, I was told it could not be booked. When I asked why the website still lists the Intro to Swim session as an option for current clients, the associate stated that they were unsure why the website reflects that information and instead suggested that I enroll my dog in either a group swim or a private swim. The group class typically includes 10+ dogs, which is very different from the one-on-one guidance offered in an intro class. As a customer, it's frustrating to see a service advertised on the website only to be told it isn't actually available, especially when no restrictions are disclosed. I hope the business either honors the advertised offering or updates the website to accurately reflect its current services.
