Car washes are all a scam. Lazy workers everywhere. They can never seem to vacuum anything. Their "interior wipe down" is literally just a quick wipe. I basically paid $40 plus a $10 tip for water. read more

Don't be fooled by trying to support the small business and the niceness of the guy in charge. We agreed that the full detail inside amd out would be $450 . Been here before and must of had a change in staff or didn't want me back as a return client . I originally went in to set up a appointment. The guy told me I could leave my car and pick it up at 5 . It was 3 . I said ok and scooted home . When I came back to pick up my car the outside of the car had not been waxed . I was told that I didn't pay to have the outside waxed . I paid in cash left the car there not sure if I could pick it up in time . The inside of the car was not to my satisfaction which I said hey that's not a very good job . He said come back tomorrow and we will take care of it . I came back the next morning. The guy I was dealing with told me his worker would fix the inside . Tiny Detail had one guy on my car which I have dogs for 2 hours and charged me 450.00 dollars . I left 500.00 tipping out the guys 50 .00 . There wasn't guys it was one guy .The next morning I came back to complain the guy at the front told me that $450 was the price to clean the inside of my car . I paid $500 , $50 as a tip . The guy in charge took out $50 from the register for the tip and said that was the price . I gave $50 to the guy who tried to do a good job but ran out of time and left not happy . My girlfriend brought all 3 of our cars here in one day and they were long over due for a cleaning. I probably haven't deep cleaned my jeep since February. They did an amazing job on all of our cars. I took a chance, but unfortunately the reviews are true. Nice guy who runs the business but subpar cleaning. I paid $30 for exterior and exterior detailing (including seats wiped down) but there are parts of my car that look like they haven't even been touched. Unacceptable. I came back and asked for $10 of my money back (that's the extra cost to have your seats wiped down) and showed all the places where the seats hadn't been cleaned. I was then told that the seat wiping fee covered "only wiping them down with a towel, not a towel with cleaner, that will cost more." so i paid 10 bucks for DUSTING?! I could have done a better job myself in 20 minutes at one of those self-serve wash and vacuum places. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

I went to Anza-Borrego Desert and there was a small high wind situation my car got covered and sap and other horrible sticky stuff. My daughter puked all over her car seat today. I took my car in to have her car seat shampooed. I walked back home because I live nearby. When they called to tell me that my car was ready I told them I could not pick it up because my daughter had just gone to sleep (she was sick all day and finally went to bed). So why did they do!? I went in for a regular wash this morning because I wanted to try out this place. Please trust me and save your money! I noticed a few spots when I picked it up. I didn't have the energy to question them at the time plus they were very busy so I decided to just fix that on my own. Tell me why, when I tried cleaning it, there were stubborn glue dots all over my car!? I had to use goo gone on my car to get rid of it! It took me forever to remove them without scratching out my car. My car definitely needs a detailing job after this ordeal. This is a good place to go if you want your car cleaned well for a good price. Their weekday cost is $17 and change for a wash and vacuum. When you add detailing the price goes up. Or you can do an exterior wash only for $10. They hand dry with all washes. It really is tiny so when I've passed by on the weekends it is always packed. These guys are jerks. The way they treat there customers is awful. I had both of my cars washed here in the same day. This was my second time here. I was not able to pick up my second vehicle due to some unexpected circumstances. I let them know this, so they said no problem and move my car to the lot next to them and gave me the keys and told me to come get it whenever I could. They never said anything about towing or anything else but I had no this I would've asked them to park in the street. I went about my day and came to get the truck in the morning and of course the truck is not here and towed. When I approach them and ask them why this happened they try to deny parking the vehicle there and told me that it was my responsibility and my problem. I'm wondering if they are in cahoots with the tow company. Very rude, no respect, I was there with my young daughter. I asked him for a card and he told me to go get it myself I can't believe that they would treat customers with absolutely no empathy based on their own mistake. I passed off the rudeness based upon my car being pretty clean and the closest hand wash however their rudeness is not worth it. Been there several times over the past couple of years. Basically they are a no-frills hand-wash auto cleaning service with a professional and hard-working atmosphere. Their site is the size of a gas station but they are able to work on 7 cars at a time, which is amazing. Even more amazing is the detail they inject into their cleaning methods, especially on the interior. Most amazing is the price, where for $35 I get a complete cleaning including Armour-All on the tires. My only suggestion is that they move the cashier outside because the tiny office where you pay is not Covid-19 friendly, ventilation-wise. After reading many of the unfavorable reviews, it seems like they were talking about another car wash. I have yet to experience ANY of the troubles reported by those reviewers. Seriously. read more

My husband is always satisfied with the way his truck looks after a car wash, truth is they do a great job BUTTTTTTT I got my car detailed there 2 days ago and dropped down to a 3 Star because my seats were still extremely wet when I got my car back. I left my windows and doors open for 2 days and now I'm starting to get this nasty humid smell. I am currently sitting at the lounge area of lb Honda because my car is acting up since the motor on my car was washed. Forgot to mention they forgot to clean the cup holders! When you get your car washed there, they give you a choice of Little Trees or Smelly T-shirt brand car fresheners. I dont really ever write reviews but im so disappointed i actually decided to write one customer service was friendly but their work on my wife 2016 Chevy Malibu was horrible i paid more then the regular package and looked like they just splashed water on it and gave it one pass with a towel rims were cleaned alot of water still dripping and barely vacuumed it and foind alot of little spots i was able to take of with one swipe with my finger horrible place never going back read more

They do an impeccable job each time and the morning specials are both a great value and convenient (especially when the street sweeper comes through since I live within walking distance). I was really excited to have my car washed and interior vacuumed here. My car wash turned out pretty good, not perfect, but definitely much better than the automatic washes. The interior is now much cleaner, again not perfect, but the issue is....... It smells like a bottle of men's cologne exploded in my car. This is truly awful and I'm kicking myself for not bringing it to their attention before I drove away. I specifically asked for no fragrances. I was assured there wouldn't be. I called a couple hours later and explained my issue, and they said no fragrance was used. They also said that the wipes they use for the interior do not have a scent and that's all the cashier would say about it. He went way beyond expectations to get every crevice cleaned, dyed, and polish/protected. In our time conversing, he humbly revealed he was the owner. LOVE IT. I was very pleased with my first wash, so I came back. This second time, my car came back with dust all inside the dashboard and stains/spots in center console that could have been wiped off eaily but weren't. My car had spots all over it & the tires weren't completely cleaned. It was a very busy day, I will give them that, but you should still be able to get the service you pay for! read more
