This review is based on my recent experience. I highly suggest all past, current and potential customers reading this take my review into serious consideration. I decided to try this tint shop because the tint shop I've gone to in the past was about a week out on appointments and the other places I've called didn't have a lifetime warranty on their tint for peeling and bubbles etc. I also wanted to get my tint same day. When I called over the phone they didn't have an availability to do my tint however since I was in the area I decided to stop by and see what kind of tint I can choose. I was greeted by a lady in the front and shortly after a guy came out to see what I needed, I told him I was just there to see the shade tint I needed for my vehicle and I knew they didn't have an open slot for me. He stated he is waiting on a car to come in but if I wanted to get it done he can do it right now! Great!!!! I was appreciative. However during the conversation with him I felt that his demeanor isn't really customer service friendly. It wasn't welcoming, but yes I wanted to give him an opportunity to gain my business especially because he stated he can do my tint right away. Tint was done within an hour tops. " Only had my two front windows tinted". Tint job looked great, but after about a week I noticed about 5-6 bubbles that didn't go away so I brought it back to show him and he looked at it and said Ok bring it back and his next available was the following day at 12pm. Brought it back next day just before 12pm. he took my car to the back for about 10mins or less only to bring it back to me stating he tried to fix bubbles and stated he couldn't replace the tint because the warranty is voided. Why? I asked. He stated Because there's scratches. From the beginning I already felt uneasy with this guy and I should've gone with my gut feeling and waited for another tint shop just up the street. I told him that I didn't come back because of the scratches I told him his workmanship was the reason why I came back he said the warranty is voided because of the scratches. The scratches that he showed me was very noticeable and I would've noticed the scratches immediately. All of a sudden my brand new tint job had scratches I didn't see and he stated it may have been caused by my dog. I told him that you looked at my car yesterday and you said to bring it back and you'll fix it. He said the warranty is voided, it's like if you buy a brand new car and you get an accident you don't bring it back to dealer. Really??? If a brand new car had a defect or a lemon it's going back to the dealer to be fixed or replaced. I mentioned to him I'm going to write a yelp review, his first immediate response was go ahead I have my lawyers and just walked away from me, a customer, as I was still talking to him. Is that's your response to customers? He may have had more complaints in the past, just my opinion. I do not know how this guy is still in business. Lesson learned go with your gut feeling. Is the lifetime warranty something that is used to sell the customer? great if they honor their workmanship otherwise it's useless. This tint shop in my opinion has QUESTIONABLE INTEGRITY. This is NOT a monetary matter it is the principal of the situation. I hope this review helps the guy provide better customer service to the community/customers who puts their trust and investment in him. read more

Price and workmanship I have no complaints, but I found a few things that make me questions how they care about the owner's car. I literally bought my car a few days a go (still with dealer paper license on) and did not take the car anywhere else for someone to modify or apply chemicals other than Tint Works Plus. I only drove my car in the evenings after getting my tint, but today I found that my leather seat had black stains on the driver's side during the day. I also found a part in my trunk that whoever worked on my car left behind, which was definitely not there when I got my car from the dealer. I was really upset since I put my trust in a guy that's been around for 20 years and has good reviews. I feel like it's not worth my time to go back to them to ask for them to fix or clean the stain, but just be warned that they don't care as much about your car. Julio, if you're reading these reviews, please take better care of people's cars as they placed their trust in you. As of now, I would look into another tint place elsewhere for future jobs. read more

This place had the cheapest quote out of the multiple shops that I inquired. However, price definitely does not reflect their quality. Professionally done and I couldn't have asked for better service. The process takes about two hours per car. Their front desk provides ample information for those who have never tinted their car before. I felt comfortable going into the process and felt that I was in good hands. Great price and fantastic service. It's in a good location with a lot to do while you wait. Plus side is they take appointments and accept credit card and give you the same price as other shops' 'cash price.' read more

Called in to get a quote, it was over priced and I'm not an idiot I've gotten tint before on other cars. That was that at the time, I also had contacted several other shops, I wanted to give this place my business as it had good reviews. So I called back a week later and simply asked the employee on the phone if they match competitor's prices and it was only a -$10 difference mind you. He starts saying "the competitor uses cheap tint from China, blah blah blah" Now what annoys me is that this guys has NO IDEA what they use because I never told him and I told him that obviously it was warranted and wouldn't be the purple cheap tint but regardless to say I wasn't in the mood so I told him thanks anyways. My point in leaving this review is that I don't trust shady people who will say anything in order to convince you of their view or opinion, someone who is willing to lie won't get my business. read more

My family has been taking our cars here for many years. Probably about 10 vehicles in total and they've always done an excellent job! Today we even compared prices with other tint shops that were closer to home and this was the best deal by far. Service was quick (done in about an hour) but maybe they just weren't busy then... Super quick & easy!! It's a convenient and small tint shop that's near my area that my dad introduced me to. Just go in, choose the tint color, fill out a short form, leave your keys with them, and let them do the work. It takes around two hours, so have another ride if you don't want to stay there waiting. :) the tint for my vw jetta cost $150 total. there was a promotion going on, but without the promo it'd only be ~$5-15 more. read more

Owner might not seem very friendly at first, but found that he is actually really nice. Beside tint, they also helped me wire some lights for my off-road vehicle. Julio the manager had made this experience really easy. I got my Tesla Model3 tinted here in December 2019. (Yes, a long overdue and promised review but better late than never) After shopping around several stores, I've learned that there is a special art to tinting Tesla's. You can definitely find cheap tint, however these guys specialize in these cars which gave me a huge piece of mind considering all the electricals in a EV vehicle. They did a really good job and so far has held its color without fading. The owner was kind and patient to explain the different qualities of tint while being honest to his clients. I just got my tint done earlier today. I can say I'm a "tint virgin" all my previous cars came with factory tint. My current car...a honda fit...well let's just say it's kind of a downgrade from my other car...but it's a daily driver. Anyway back to Tint...after searching on yelp for a while and looking at other places I decided because well this area is just TOO hot...so I went to go find a place with quality tint and well not a horrible yelp rating. Yes it was a gamble seeing how this place only had 2 reviews but I have nothing but praises to say about this place. Anyway the boyfriend and i went to the tint place at around 11...asked a few questions after calling 5-6 other places. Decided why not...just take it here...my tint was $175 for 20% in the back and 35% in the front...i got the higher quality tint..not the super expensive ceramic stuff seeing how my car isn't fancy...signed the waiver saying how i knew it was illegal to put tint in the front and passenger side windows and left. I can say the only negative is they never called me to tell me my car was done....i had to call them to see if it was done. But at 3 they were done...i can't give a full on review because well the tint isn't dry yet...but if it bubbles then they'll replace it as long as i have a receipt so i'm not worried. I have to say i've worked in this area for a while and never noticed this place. Anyway...great value...good work! :) and so far i'm a fan! read more

Went in for a simple warranty due to tint fade as more light comes through the windows as normal. The dude wanted me to pay for the removal and re tint of a lifetime warranty tint. Then proceeded to tell me it's only faded if it's purple. This Is a high quality film that doesn't fade to purple. In short gave attitude about it. Worst customer experience I've dealt with regarding tint. I'll take my car else where and pay to remove the tint then to have these morons deal with my car again. read more

Took the wife's car in for tint last week. I had gone to this place back when the owner was a younger gentleman, very respectful and courteous. Thinking the same thing this time around I went back to expect the same service. I was disappointed very quickly. The gentleman who helped me was rude and unprofessional. He seemed like he didn't want to be there. He was rude in helping me choose the shade I wanted. At that moment I could of walked out but I said ill give them a shot what the heck. As he walked to our car to pull it into the bay, he once again seemed like he was forcefully there and working on our car was a hassle for him. We do not reccomend this place, I don't know how they have good reviews on here. Maybe he treats people better that drive teslas and higher end vehicles and not toyota corollas. Really fast job, turn around time in 2.5 hours. I got limo tint back 3, and a lighter shade for front two windows. Tint evenly applied. Most important of all, they offer lifetime warranty on their tint jobs. Paid very reasonable price for 7 windows that got tinted. read more

Oh the nightmares! I took my brand new car here and they scratched a window cutting the film. They tried to deny scratching the window but did replace the piece of glass. I asked them to tint the window they scratched until the new piece of glass came in... A week later they replaced the glass and then charged me for the tint! I won't be visiting this establishment again. I have tons of bubbles in the rear film and they scratched the tint on the driver window after replacing it. Not to mention they swirled up my new black car trying to clean off thier fingerprints after I asked them not to. I will not be returning to Tint works! read more
