Didn't even matter because he spent time with me troubleshooting, which he absolutely didn't need to do, and even offered to give me a ride the following morning if the issue was still there, which, again, wasn't his fault but he didn't care instead wanting to make sure I was taken care of regardless. It's rare these days to find someone who truly cares about the customer, especially when it's an issue unrelated to their work. Went to there other shop in Northglen for a replacement (3rd attempt) took them 4 hours and the job was even worse.
