She said she needed to pick her daughter and to hurry up. So maybe she wasn't as focused on curing the acrylic. Super disappointed and sad about it as I only ever do for special occasions. My nail artist, Allyssa, is very good at her job. She not only listens to what I ask for, but she gets the shape and the length perfect. I've only had one design by her so far, but I'm looking forward to having her work on some other nail designs for me. I also had the pedicure. The pedicure is a water free pedicure, which at first worried me because my feet are pretty dry. But the outcome was very good! I found that my feet felt better doing it this way than having my feet soaking water first. Definitely coming back for a pedicure again as well.

We had to go back to utah today to run some errands before we go on our trip. They offered to fix them and finally got a time to get her in. However they proceeded to tell us they would fix the shape and the paint but not the art because the design came from an ai generated picture. Now why they wouldn't tell her that yesterday is beyond me. She is a lot nicer and was just going to go to one of my places to get them fixed. I wish I knew the name of the tech but I do not. The tech should be ashamed of these nails and should have said hey I don't think I can do this and found ana alternative. I have been getting my nails done for a really long time and they have never looked this bad. All the pictures I have seen from this place reflect the same thing not good art or nails think twice before you go here. They were also very expensive she tipped 30 for the bad nails. They refused to refund and would not fix the nail art.

Aside from the absolute garbage paint job, the leg massages feel like someone sanding your leg up and down non-stop- there's no actual massage technique. if it weren't for the massage chair i wouldn't consider it "massage included". I am now on my way to buy my own nail polish after spending $50 on an absolute TRASH pedicure. 0/10 won't go back. I wish I could put pictures in this review.
