I came in today at 1:15pm for a reservation of 1:30pm and waited 45mnts to be sat and have them start on my nails. It seemed to have been their peak hours, and I could only assume maybe they didn't not have a full staff ready at the time? Once sat the staff member seemed really nice, confirmed my design , confirm the color, and confirm that she could execute the design. We started at 2:15pm and unfortunately by 4pm when she started the design I noticed it did not look good and that she did not seem confident in what she was doing - only after doing my first hand, and after I interrupted her to take a look and state I did not like how it was turning out, did she say due to my color choice the design would not look like the photo. Which I believe she thought was Ai. I did have her adjust the design to something else so we can continue as I needed to get my pedicure done by her. Both services ended and by then it's was 5:15pm. So I was there for about 4hours and honestly was not satisfied with this overall experience. The staff member was kind and tried. I was there on Friday for an appointment and my nail tech was running 15 minutes behind. I let the gentleman up front know that I had to be somewhere and still waited another 5 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start. Finally get to me and it was rushed and I didn't like my final color as it was too transparent --- getting a gel pedicure so was hoping that the multiple layers would darken it up. It didn't-- but I had somewhere to be. I come back 2 days later for a color change. I like the final product and I go to pay and they tried to charge me $40. I explained as I did when I came in that I was just there the day before and she said " you should have said something when you were here the first time". My response was that your tech was running late and I had to be somewhere so I came back today to fix it. Then the manager said well the best I can do is take $10 off. So I paid it even though I had just paid $60 the day before. no worries, I will be moving on to another salon that cares about their clients' satisfaction.
