The technician Andrew made it extremely apparent that…read moreit was after hours, I would be charged 95 for the diagnostic as well as 30 dollars for fuel and the service would be 280 just to look at the system before anything. He explained there was another call ahead of me and that call could be 3 to 4 hours so there is no telling when he would show up and he reiterated it may not be able to be repaired tonight. Originally I believed this company to be customer oriented. I understand the cost for repairs but when you make it apparent you just don't wish to come out and do a repair when that is your job then maybe another line of work is in order. I'll be sure to contact another company that would do the work needed without complaining. Complete disappointment Jacks refrigeration.

Andrew from allbritten showed up and discover the whole issue was a chewed up data cable. He worked his wonders for few hours, restored the system and then worked his magic with his superiors to get us an amazing price !!!! I have hired many contractors before but never ever received such a service as this company provided. I'm extremely grateful that they didn't push a new system and really showed their professionalism and customer care!!!

Mark took the time to thoroughly check everything and explained that what we were seeing was just normal wear and tear for a system of this age. He confirmed that nothing needed to be replaced and that there was no issue with over amperage at startup. His honesty saved us several thousand dollars! On top of that, Mark was very friendly, professional, and easy to talk to and you could tell really loves his job. It's such a relief to find someone trustworthy who actually explains things instead of just trying to sell you something you don't need. We'll definitely be calling him again in the future and highly recommend him to anyone needing AC work.

We started working with Roo's in March. They came out and told us that our AC unit was working and…read morenothing needed to be repaired. This is after we had another company come out and tell us that the evaporator coil was broken. We contacted Roo's because they are a Lennox specialist. Our unit stopped working in July and we contacted them about getting our AC repaired. John N. came off as helpful and responsive to our concerns and said he was going to come out on Monday. Monday comes and we get a phone call saying that he looked over the report from the last time someone came out and that he could tell the evaporator coil was indeed broken. He sent an estimate for what that was going to cost to get fixed. While on the phone with him we told him that we thought the motor on the unit might be broken as well and that we would like him to come out and check on that so we could get everything fixed at once. He stated that it wouldn't be necessary for him to come out and that it could be worked out when he came on Wednesday to repair the unit. Wednesday comes and John N. sends two technicians but doesn't show up himself. They finish the evaporator coil repair and try to turn on the unit. The motor is indeed broken. John N calls and lets me know that we have to wait two more days for the part and that it is going to cost extra money. Mind you all these parts are under warranty. I tell him that I think extra cost should not be put on my family because of mistakes the company has made up to this point. I call the office upset that now I have to wait two more days for the repair and this is after I asked John N to come out and check this specific part that ended up being broken. All of this after I had someone come out in March and told me everything was fine. I ask to talk to the owner and get told he will contact me. I have to call again the next day and still don't get in contact with the owner. I am told that the company wants to make this right for me. Friday comes and a new technician is scheduled to come out, John Y. He is friendly and gets to work. He finishes up and gives me the total bill which includes labor for the motor. I tell him that I don't feel like this is making things right and that someone had told me that I wouldn't be charged for that when I called the day prior. He calls the manager and I finally get to talk to him. I explain everything that has happened and he initially offers me a discount. I tell him that I don't feel like this is fair compensation for all the stress I have been through. I had to find someone where else to stay for 3 extra days because of a lack of communication due to his employees. He tells me that he is going to get to the bottom of the situation and will call me back. He calls back shortly and tells me that he recognizes all my concerns and that he is going to take off the charge for the labor for the motor. I really appreciate that he took the time to listen to my concerns and feel like he did right by my family. I will continue to use this company to do check ups and repairs because I appreciate that while mistakes were made, in the end they did right by their customers and took ownership for it.
