About a year ago, the receptionist told me my insurer hadn't paid the last two to three invoices which amounts to about a year, year and a half given I go every 6 months. They told me they may have mixed my profile with another person with the same first and last name as me, then retracted that statement when I reminded them of the potential mix-up when I returned for my last appointment two months ago and it was still not resolved. They claim when they call my insurance, nobody picks up yet I went home immediately and called and spoke at length with my provider who also tried to call and do a 3-way call with Jasper's office. Nobody picked up! My insurer left a voice message with the direct number for the office to call back so my insurer can walk them through how to properly submit the invoice, and it's been two full months and Jasper's office has yet to even call them. I've checked back several times and still they have not called nor returned my call like they claimed they would. I'm simply going to switch dentists.

He had to have a root canal, and a cap put on his tooth because Germantown Dental never caught his cavity when it was small. He almost lost his tooth, and we had to pay several hundred dollars to have it fixed. It is upsetting that Germantown Dental missed this diagnosis. I would never, ever trust their Dentists again.
