My hygienist has always been completely professional, and always answered any questions i have regarding my oral care. Dr. Jasper is very informative, and always makes sure i have no issues regarding my visit. I have refereed several coworkers and family members which have all raved about their experiences. Dr. Jasper was super gentle and did my dental procedures without any discomfort or problems. They even called and got me in sooner when they had a cancellation. Regarding all polices, the paperwork was very easy to fill out. They have all their polices posted in not only my paperwork, but around the waiting room. They had me sign a financial agreement stating that I understood the policies. The office was also very well kept. The rooms were very clean, and the waiting room was very nice and comfortable. Oh, by the way, my new whiting procedure looks great.

About a year ago, the receptionist told me my insurer hadn't paid the last two to three invoices which amounts to about a year, year and a half given I go every 6 months. They told me they may have mixed my profile with another person with the same first and last name as me, then retracted that statement when I reminded them of the potential mix-up when I returned for my last appointment two months ago and it was still not resolved. They claim when they call my insurance, nobody picks up yet I went home immediately and called and spoke at length with my provider who also tried to call and do a 3-way call with Jasper's office. Nobody picked up! My insurer left a voice message with the direct number for the office to call back so my insurer can walk them through how to properly submit the invoice, and it's been two full months and Jasper's office has yet to even call them. I've checked back several times and still they have not called nor returned my call like they claimed they would. I'm simply going to switch dentists.

This was my first visit, and the staff walked me through the paperwork, office procedures/policies, which was all done on tablets. I had X-rays and needed a deep cleaning done. Katie was very gentle and took her time, making sure to explain procedures and kept checking on me to make sure I was comfortable during the cleaning. Dr. Garrett was very kind and professional. I was presented with a treatment plan, they had already factored in my insurance information, so my costs were clear and laid out. The office is exceptionally clean and everything looked state of the art. Dr. Garrett and her staff do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and cared for. Then they will call you back and make you wait even longer. While I was waiting I saw the dentist on the phone with a patient, put them on hold, started talking shit about them to the receptionist and proceeded to ask her to deal with it. Then another patient called and the dentist told her she didn't know why the labs were taking OVER 3 WEEKS to come in and that she suggested calling them herself because she was busy. I also witnessed an employee leaving and as she walked out she paused to tell her receptionist co worker bye. The receptionist put the patient on hold. Talked to her friend for about 5 minutes before she left and got back on the phone. To top it off the dentist had the audacity to get an attitude with me because I was leaving. Do not waste your time here.
