They told me they may have mixed my profile with another person with the same first and last name as me, then retracted that statement when I reminded them of the potential mix-up when I returned for my last appointment two months ago and it was still not resolved. They claim when they call my insurance, nobody picks up yet I went home immediately and called and spoke at length with my provider who also tried to call and do a 3-way call with Jasper's office. Nobody picked up! My insurer left a voice message with the direct number for the office to call back so my insurer can walk them through how to properly submit the invoice, and it's been two full months and Jasper's office has yet to even call them. I've checked back several times and still they have not called nor returned my call like they claimed they would. I'm simply going to switch dentists.

Dr. Dietz came in and sarcastically told me I needed a root canal. He immediately sends someone in from billing for scheduling. This woman, who didn't even look at my mouth, checked the calendar for a root canal appointment then proceeded to tell me I had "gingivitis"and attempted to put me on a treatment plan that also entailed a "$450 deep cleaning." This didn't seem right to me, so I held off on scheduling completely. A week later I go to another, REPUTABLE, dentist in the Memphis area for a second opinion, who did confirm the need for a root canal, but said I had not one symptom of gingivitis or "receding gums" that the "billing specialist" claimed I had. No treatment plan was necessary. DentalWorks will make up random issues to tack on to the bill. BEWARE. Also - I've received NUMEROUS letters in the mail about scheduling a new appointment as I'm "overdue for a checkup". I've called the main office several times to cancel this mail, they claimed they did back in January but I've received about 2 a month since then. They will NOT leave me alone.

While I was waiting I saw the dentist on the phone with a patient, put them on hold, started talking shit about them to the receptionist and proceeded to ask her to deal with it. Then another patient called and the dentist told her she didn't know why the labs were taking OVER 3 WEEKS to come in and that she suggested calling them herself because she was busy. I also witnessed an employee leaving and as she walked out she paused to tell her receptionist co worker bye. The receptionist put the patient on hold. Talked to her friend for about 5 minutes before she left and got back on the phone. To top it off the dentist had the audacity to get an attitude with me because I was leaving. I got the crown much later, but I guess my mouth changed and the crown no longer fit, according to my old measurements or whatever. They forced the thing in there. and sealed the weird spots with dental cement. Looked terrible and I had to get a whole new crown (meaning I spent whole new money) to repair what Hickory Hill was too lazy to recreate. For whatever reason, male employees were much more polite than the female ones. They always complimented me (possibly flirted) and made sure I was comfortable and felt no pain. Female dental assistant? Literally jaw jacked me. Every time I told her it hurt or Idk, said OUCH and cringed, she would say "That aint hurting you!" and continued to work my mouth with excessive force. How are you going to tell me what hurts me and what doesn't? Aint no voodoo doll, bih. Aside of my own visits, friends and family members also complained that their veneers and dentures made by HH looked like horse teeth. (big and unflattering)
