Growing up, I hated going to the dentist. It also didn't help that I hated keeping my teeth clean too (flossing, mouthwash, etc) which meant more visits to the dentist. The best dentist experience I've ever had. I've been to many dentists in my lifetime but I felt the most comfortable with Dr. Ngork, not only as a person but also a skilled dentist. He was so patient and so understanding of my fears on the chair and worked carefully and gently, constantly making sure I was doing okay. He answered every single one of my questions and put me to ease offering me options that would make me more comfortable throughout the process. GOODS: -AMAZING staff. I had a great experience with the staff; from our conversation on the phone to set up an appointment, to the end of the appointment. -The staff in the front office are so helpful and welcoming, both in person and on the phone. They take the time to make sure you are set up and prepared for your appointment (esp. with instructions and what to expect as a new patient). They are also very professional -Elmer, the hygienist, is so down to earth, friendly, and makes you feel comfortable (awesome bedside manners). I know for many, the dentist office can be an uncomfortable place, but Elmer makes sure that you have a pleasant experience, and is very flexible to meet your needs when he cleans your teeth. -Dr. Ngork is approachable, kind, honest, and very thorough. I appreciate that he takes the time to think of the treatment plan and explain his thought process step-by-step so that you can understand. -I still cannot get over how updated and clean the office is. IT IS MY DREAM COME TRUE. After having had many bad experiences over many years at many different dentists' offices, I can finally say that I had an incredible experience at Dr. Ngork's office. As soon as I arrived to check in prior to my first visit (cleaning, x-rays, general exam), the receptionist immediately greeted me and made me feel welcome with her bubbly personality and cheery conversation. Elmer, the hygienist, was very friendly and professional throughout the visit. He asked me which instrument that I'd prefer he clean my teeth with, explained the procedures prior to performing them, frequently asked about my comfort during the process, and even turned on the massage chair function. Elmer was very thorough with his cleaning and also a general discussion of my overall dental history and health. Dr. Ngork entered the room promptly after Elmer had cleaned my teeth and taken the necessary pictures and x-rays. He has a very friendly and calm demeanor. He was very professional and thorough in his explanations of his observations of my teeth. I came in with a lot of questions and he took the time to answer them all. He took my desires for my dental care into consideration before making his recommendations. Overall, this was the least painful experience I have ever had at a dental office. Usually, I leave with very bloody gums after having my mouth poked and prodded at for a cleaning. Today, I left with no pain, no bleeding, and very clean teeth. My parents do not enjoy going to the dentist either, but Dr. Ngork will be gaining them as patients as well due to his excellent bedside manner, patient care, and excellent staff. read more

I had been a patient of Dr. Wong for over 15yrs, aside from being sad that he was retiring, I was also panicked at the thought of trying out "the new guy". Of course there was no way we'd ever want to bail on Annette and Elmer as my kids love all the staff and know them like family (you should see them go willingly into a dentist office and comfortably sit in the chair). I was informed at my last cleaning that I would need a new filling...oh my gosh! Panic set in and stayed until today. The "new guy" came in talking about no local anesthetic for our procedure if I was comfortable enough to try it. I crazily said "ok"...I informed him of the cut on the corner of my mouth and he offered me some jelly to help keep it moist, thank you, thank you! Then proceeded...I'm not going to lie, I was so nervous I needed to pee! However I found myself relaxing so nicely that I felt myself drifting to sleep...wait! What?! Yes!!! I had to open my eyes and let them know, I wasn't nervous any longer and that if I closed my mouth it was because I was taking a nap and they could poke me if they needed me to open back up. So thank you so much to Dr. Wong for passing the torch to such gentle hands and calm demeanor. I'm so excited to say Dr. Ngork is our dentist, and that he's more than qualified to work on me and my boys! read more
