Initially I came to Dr Mutch for a long overdue tooth extraction. The remainder of the tooth has to be extracted by a specialist, which he referred me to. Update to come at a later date. While I was sitting in the chair, I asked for a second or in this case 5th opinion on another tooth. Each time I was told the tooth needed a root canal. In my humble opinion, it was not red or swollen especially after I put ozone on it. So i was looking for a dentist that would fill it instead. To my surprise Dr Mutch said it's not infected or swollen so he could fill the cavity. Needless to say, I took care of it that day! Finally I found a dentist that gives me peace of mind. It was nice to visit Dr. Mutch office again. He did six upper front teeth veneers for me exactly 30 years ago and they never came off. As we age our gums recedes so after 22 years I had them redone in Vietnam the shape and the color was good but after 6 to 7 years the new set been coming off. So I have a friend that's also a dentist in Fresno. He's been putting them back on for me about three times but this time since I am close to Alhambra again. I went to back to Dr. Mutch he did something different and I hope it will stay and last just like the set he did for me 30 years ago. It was good to see the doctor again. The service fee was one of the best I've seen for a veneer to be put back on again compared to the last two office that I got redone here in California. I came here again for my second round of deep teeth cleaning at this clinic on July 16 and this time my dental hygienist was Mary and I am also again extremely incredibly happy with my experience. Both Diana and Mary are amazing. Mary also was kind enough to even help me out with a canker sore that I had that was freaking killing me because of the sharp hook on one of my braces that was jutting outwards, and she fixed it by bending it in enough to where it wouldn't interfere with my orthodontics and even told me to go to the cvs next door when I was done to pick up this specific liquid called Kanka and to come back right after so she could apply it on me, and she basically healed my canker sore that I was struggling with for weeks and that couldn't heal before because the hook that was jutting outwards was basically continuously ripping my wound apart 24/7 and felt like a knife inside my mouth. She even felt bothered that my orthodontist hadn't fixed the outward jutting hook when they saw it when I went to them for the canker sore issue in person before the deep teeth cleaning or that they hadn't recommended anything else to me rather than orthodots and I'm so glad she took the extra few minutes (took no more than five minutes, probably less) to fix all of those issues that my orthodontist office could have done for me when I went to them seeking help for this issue (and also had went in person as well). Mary also gave extra additional routine dental care tips and info and I just love her. And once again the lovely Dr Andrew Mutch still came out to personally say hi and greet me again even though he had other clients in between and the whole staff is just amazing, Anna at the front desk is so sweet too.
