But the job site was still ongoing so I wasn't too worried. It's been over 4 months since the units have been installed. They still don't work. I'm concerned. There is a "part" that was broken and back ordered. What?! For 4 months??!!! Chris has said he would be out a half dozen times. He no-shows every time. It is an 1:15 drive for me to be left standing there. My rental apartment units are now done. I have tenants starting. My HVAC is still not done. I am hiring another contractor to finish the job. WARNING. DI NOT USE AUGUSTO PLUMBING.

Chris was quick to respond and he ended up charging less than the original quote and even told us pitfalls of what to avoid with our water heater replacement. Best of all, the job was completed in a timeframe before other plumbers are able to come for their estimates. The team of 2 was fast, efficient and cleaned up the job site meticulously. They were singing and obviously were enjoying their work. I would definitely request and recommended their plumbing services in the future.

He was able to send a technician out in a few days. Austen showed up and confirmed the issue was as John thought. He fixed the problem quickly, and was extremely professional. The flooding unfortunately ruined our garbage disposal. Austen stated that once we purchased a new disposal he could install that for us as well. While he was there I had him look at our showers which we both not working properly. He determined the both needed new cartridges. John scheduled Austen to come back two days later and he quickly took care of all three issues. Again quick, quality work, lots of communication and professionalism. I would highly recommend them!

I put in a call to Gene Burch, and dispatch said they could get someone out by tomorrow afternoon. Given the heat wave I figured that was good as it was going to get. I was wrong. A callback just a few minutes later let me know that Alfredo was in the neighborhood and would call me as he neared. 20 minutes later, I greeted Alfredo at the door and pointed him to the failing unit, along with the error message that the Nest thermostat had indicated. Alfredo opens up the outdoor unit, pokes around for a minute or so, and quickly diagnoses and repairs the problem - a capacitor that had shorted out because it was touching another part. A quick trip to the truck, a new bracket, and the AC roared back to life! After a quick check of the forced air unit in the attic, he was on his way and I had signed up for their monthly membership as well. KUDOS to Gene Burch for greatly exceeding my expectations for when the technician would arrive, and A BIG shout out to Alfredo, who got the job done quickly and with a smile on his face, reassuring me all the way. It always pays to shop local!

I was given an accurate 2 hour arrival window and got a text when Noah was dispatched, about 15 minutes before he arrived, which was helpful. Noah was great! He gave me a quote up front and there were no surprises. He showed me the additional issues that were not fixed by my simple replacement, and when I asked questions he offered to teach me how to do the larger replacement myself. He was patient and walked me through all of the steps including a thorough check. He showed me where there was still moisture after his initial install, walked me through his troubleshooting, made an adjustement, and ran another thorough check. The whole thing took about 30 minutes, and I am now confident I would be able to do more if not all of the replacement on my own. I did not expect the whole thing to be fixed so quickly, and have never been invited to learn what to do! I am so appreciative of Noah's friendly patience and efficient work. I will definitely use this company again.

I took the morning off from work to meet the technician only to learn that the appointment has not actually been scheduled because I did not answer the question, "are you the home owner." I took the morning off and wasted my time because of this automation. I'm sure they're a great plumbing service if you can actually get hold of a real person, but I'm so angry that my time was wasted. ***UPDATED SAME DAY*** This company reached out to me to let me know they just started using Yelp's AI messaging service. My issue is with this service and not with the company necessarily, so I updated my review and increased my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. I appreciate that a real person found me and reached out by phone and text. I am waiting until our actual appointment in 2 days to speak to a real person before I add any further stars to this review. ***UPDATED AFTER ESTIMATE VISIT*** I ultimately did not go with these guys because of their pricing, but the fellow who came to my house was incredibly nice and had been sent with a message from the main office to apologize profusely and provide the best service possible. This company really cares about their customers and their reputation. If I were just a little bit richer, I would be able to choose my service provider based on kindness and not just price alone. But for now, my budget dictated that I go with someone else. From this last experience with them, I highly recommend! (But still hate that AI, Dave, that answers their Yelp messages)
