Once we entered the room, our host gave us the rundown of how the challenge worked and the outline of how the puzzles worked in efforts to secure our escape within an hour. We started off in one corner as we made our way around the room solving each puzzle with their appropriate clues earning a piece from each used to solve the final puzzle to obtain the key to exit. It was pretty engaging to use our minds together to solve each step as we laughed through half of the time throughout our hour in the room. I had a great time and recommend it to those looking to celebrate a birthday, throw an office party, or look to get together with plenty of friends for an alternative form of fun. There's a shooting part which is really hard because the things you need to shoot at are slightly to heavy for the "ammo" you're using making it insanely hard to get them to move properly. Also there was not anywhere near enough water in a different take to get it to work properly. However everything else was great. Timeliener: no negatives. I like everything about it. Overall I will always recommend this company and their rooms nationwide (as long as I'm never stuck with random people in a shared room).

Until the phone refused to work and and we lost so much time due to technical issues until the employee told us what the phone would've said like over 10 minutes later. It genuinely though sucks because thats a significant amount of time dedicated to such a terrible technical error beyond our control. Thats a good deal amount of the experience that we lost due to something like that too generally that it feels like the loss you get isnt from your miss thinking and instead due to outside forces. For a first time experience at an escape room it started good but left a sort of sour after taste. That said, our Game Master was great and very accommodating throughout the issue, after it was identified so we appreciated their effort to make the situation as smooth as possible. The staff made sure everything was safe, in spite of us smashing glass and old printers up to bits. It was a lot of fun! After that we did the Paint Room, where we got our own canvases to decorate, as well as the walls, with whatever paint we wanna splash around. They let you take your canvas home when you're done. The entrance to the place is small, and if you're not careful you can miss it! Highly recommend checking it out, the only con is that it can get pretty hot inside the suits, so you may need breaks to get some air from the big fan just outside the rage room.
