She told me that the service that she had been getting from these people has been great but I experienced it myself when I went to the event a couple of weeks ago. The service was formidable I will say amazing or perfect. First of all this place is located in a shopping center which make it easy to access and also parking it's free so your guest will not be paying for parking. Second I liked how they were so flexible and helped us with all our requires and needs since the type of party that we do it's a different one because we are Latinos and also Arabic. The sound system and the DJ that he was also included was excellent and that cake was to die for. The service was extremely attentive. The violinist was strangely entertaining. And the unique environment they have created is really an experience. I had the paella and my wife had the chicken and waffles. The paella was good, but did not have that familiar crust that makes paella authentic. Socarrat is the caramelized, crispy, and savory golden crust that forms on the bottom of a proper paella, considered the dish's hallmark of quality and was sadly absent. The chicken and waffles was also good but there was nothing interesting or spectacular about it. Waffles were pretty standard and the chicken was moist and cooked nicely, but nothing stood out about the breading. It was really the atmosphere they create that made this a wonderful meal. My big negative is that they have taken a room decorated perfectly with hearts, even in the trees, lights, and other decorations with scream, romance, and then adulterated the whole thing with advertising screens in every direction. I'm here already. Yes I would love to know what else you offer, but I don't want to see it flashing in front of me my entire meal from every angle that I look at. Yes it was effective because I now know about the happy hour and the special nights that you have, but I do think that my repeat business will be limited because I will have to look at these screens every minute of my meal every time I come in.
