The games themselves are 5 star easily. They are so well themed and fun and well set up and thought out. We really enjoyed some of the unique puzzles that are included in the games throughout this entire company. Cons: I will forever bring down a star because these are technically shared experience so if someone books the same time as you, you're stuck with a stranger and I despise that. And the fee to reserve the whole room is insane. There's a reason almost every other escape room doesn't have this anymore and it's much smarter. I would never book one of these rooms in advance because of the risk of getting stuck with someone. The other thing I didn't like was the one employee that was at the front desk. He was not very friendly and not helpful. All other staff members were fantastic. Gold rush: there were a few glitches in the room. There's a shooting part which is really hard because the things you need to shoot at are slightly to heavy for the "ammo" you're using making it insanely hard to get them to move properly. Also there was not anywhere near enough water in a different take to get it to work properly. However everything else was great. Timeliener: no negatives. I like everything about it. Overall I will always recommend this company and their rooms nationwide (as long as I'm never stuck with random people in a shared room). read more

Easy to find located on the top floor of the Brickell City Centre and got to try out the timeliner room with our group. Before jumping in, the staff went over the rules and checked to make sure we were all good to go. There are many different rooms and varying difficulty levels which is great for those who may be looking for something more difficult or challenging they can ask the staff to be sure they're guided in the right direction. If you get stuck while in the escape room, there is a help feature that you can use which we did find extremely helpful. There was a digital screen which bugged out during our escape and the staff were quick to assist us with fixing the issue. Overall this was a fun weekend night and a great activity! The puzzles involved some key interactions to work with group members and the items included in the escape room were really cool. read more

We've had the opportunity to participate in many escape rooms in different states, so we were excited to find this place. Booking was easy. The staff was accommodating when we had to change our game time for later in the day. Finding the place wasn't too hard once we were in the Brickell City Centre. The directions from the Yelp map worked perfectly for us. We arrived early but, we didn't get to start until 10 minutes after because of set up or waiting on the other group to finish. Today was also their opening day, so I can imagine things need some time to get used to. We had a good time on the Timeliner, and slowly, we grew to understand their game style. While we loved their use of computer and digital content, but we ended up accidentally turning the screen into a computer desktop image, and this wasted some game time for us. We also preferred when a game master verbally told us a clue vs reading them on a screen. We didn't escape, but we would love to try some of their other rooms. We had a reservation for 12:30am. At exactly 12:30, we called because we were locked out of the building and wanted to let them know we were on our way in. The staff member, Valentina, told us there was a 5 minute grace period. We arrived at 12:36am and were then told that the game had already been started with other guests and that we could "join them." That is extremely unprofessional. We were not 15 minutes late we were one minute past the grace period after being locked out of the building, which was not our fault. Valentina's handling of the situation was very unprofessional and rude, and she acted as if we had arrived far later than we actually did. The lack of flexibility and basic customer service completely soured what should have been a fun experience. read more

Review: I was really excited to try this escape room, and overall, the game itself was fun and well-designed. My boyfriend and I had a great time solving the puzzles, and the experience was enjoyable--until the very end, when things took a disappointing turn. As we were leaving, my boyfriend briefly looked at a T-shirt for sale and put it back. I mentioned that I needed to use the restroom, and as soon as we came out, the woman at the front desk immediately started questioning us. She asked if we had taken a shirt and then said, "I'm not accusing you, but if you took it, you need to pay for it." Excuse me? You're not accusing us, but you're assuming we stole something for absolutely no reason? It caught me so off guard that I didn't even know how to react in the moment. My boyfriend had just spent $90 for us to play an escape room--why on earth would we steal a $15 shirt? The whole situation felt incredibly discriminatory, and honestly, I have no doubt that it happened because she was white, and we weren't. It's frustrating and disheartening to have a great experience ruined by unnecessary and baseless accusations. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who expects to be treated with basic respect. read more

The experience we had today was great. Carlos at the register had great charisma and was easily approachable. Samantha was our game master for both of our rooms, and she was also incredible! We had a brief chat with Carlos in between our rooms and shared our interest in Pokemon cards, and he went out of his way to make our holiday great by making us a custom Escape room card! This place was sooo fun, went way beyond my expectations. They have a few themed rooms so you can go many times and get a new experience every time. The technology was so advanced in there. Love how technological it is! Has great options! Location couldn't be better. Really well thought out and developed. Don't love how they can put strangers in the same game with you if you don't fill the 8 people. But it's not the worse. Colton was an absolute gem! I wish I could give this place six stars! We had gone on a super busy night, not aware that this was a shared experience. We unfortunately ended up leaving within 10 minutes of the game but had zero expectations for getting our money back or an experience. However, Colton stopped us on our way out and completely changed the experience by providing the best customer service being able to get us in a different room a couple days later and we were so grateful! We had an amazing time here! So many escape rooms around Miami seem to be office rooms with props, but this was a truly immersive experience. Amazing room setup decor, great story line and puzzles, video screen integration and so on. This is the real deal, don't fall for imitators. Had trouble finding the parking garages and me and other parents had to circle around 1 way streets in loops to try again. And then parking was so full in the garage it took forever to find a spot. Anyway basically come really early if you're driving and if you are meeting other people set a meeting location in advance. The place itself was so cool and the kids had a blast for my daughter's birthday party. Everyone always seems to contribute in one way or another and become really involved which makes it so cool. Even though we were like 20 minutes late and only had about 48 minutes left on the clock (thank god they didn't start on the dot and gave a little leeway) we managed to pull through and escape with about a minute left somehow with some help from the clues of course. Anneshia was our awesome team leader and made the experience even better with her great intro and commentary afterwards. She also helped with the one person who went to the wrong location by accident and missed it so they could do a game another time which was really above and beyond.
