Great time with my boys! Fun, and challenging puzzles, great theming, and helpful staff. Fun for small and large groups.

We took my 10 year old and 3 of her friends to Kingdom Escape Games today for her birthday. Rosa was very friendly and patient with the girls. We had one guest running a few minutes late and Rosa was nice about the situation. We all had a great time! The best part was at the end when the staff went above and beyond to set up a table and little party space for us! They did all of this without us asking and I was so impressed with their professionalism. I brought a cake and they let us eat cake and hang out for a while. I will definitely be recommending this establishment to my friends!

We picked the Simpsons theme and it was so cool. We literally were inside the show. They start with a video and you have to solve clues to move on to the next clue and unlock a secret door. It was so much fun and if you got stuck you could always ask for help. Unlimited clues. But we tried hard not to use them unless we were really stuck. Everyone had to work together and we escaped with 58 seconds to spare!! Definitely would go back and check out the other rooms . Except the zombie ‍ one. Think I would literally die of fear in there.

From the start, we could barely see anything the lighting was absolutely terrible. There was only one flashlight for the entire group, and most of the time we were fumbling in the dark. We had to constantly ask for clues just because we literally couldn't see. The puzzles themselves were poorly designed and made no sense. Despite the website claiming this room had the highest probability of escape, we couldn't even engage properly due to how dark it was. We've previously done other escape rooms, including Springfield, which was labeled as medium difficulty and was far more fun and logical than this one. Our game master, Maria Hernandez, also messed up the hints twice, and the clues she did give were confusing and unhelpful. For example, she told us to look in the "gray box," but the entire room was full of gray boxes. Everyone in our group felt the same frustration. We paid $225 for an experience where we couldn't see for more than half the game. Only once we reached the third room did the lighting finally improve by then, it was too late, and most of our time had been wasted. Afterward, I reached out to the owner, William Santiago, to explain how bad our experience was and requested a refund. His response was disappointing. He said the room was "meant to have, no flashlights," which makes no sense when you can't see into any of the boxes or puzzles. He only offered a 20% refund, which felt like an insult given the circumstances. He mentioned he'd speak to the staff and follow up, but l've never received a call back. For the price and the hype, this was an absolute letdown. I would not recommend Timebox Escape Room to anyone especially when there are far better and more enjoyable options elsewhere and probably an owner that cares about people's experience. Added reply: Thank you for your response. It's always interesting when a business chooses to defend a known issue rather than address it. The "lighting is part of the theme" explanation might sound convincing internally, but it doesn't hold up when multiple reviews across several platforms have repeatedly described the exact same visibility problems over a long period of time. At that point, it's not a theme. It's a neglected issue. You also mentioned conducting a "thorough review," yet the consistent customer feedback says otherwise. When a company claims everything is working at 100% while customers cannot physically see the puzzles, it suggests a disconnect between management's narrative and the actual guest experience. Regarding the accusation of "threats".. providing honest feedback and stating an intention to leave a review is not a threat. It's consumer transparency. If I intended to threaten anyone, I assure you, I would escalate through a company known for accountability, for example, Disney. The partial refund framed as a "courtesy" also comes across as performative when the core issues remain unaddressed. Customers shouldn't have to absorb the cost of operational shortcomings simply because management prefers to reinterpret them as guest "preferences." This feedback is not emotional, it's factual. It's patterned. And it's long overdue for acknowledgment. I hope, for the sake of future guests, that constructive criticism is taken seriously rather than dismissed or reframed.

We made it a double date after a miami spice dinner, which turned out to be such a great night. The price was what I expected it to be. We solved the room at the last moment! The pricing was quite affordable and it was an easy Friday night outing before some drinks in the neighborhood. Once we entered the room, our host gave us the rundown of how the challenge worked and the outline of how the puzzles worked in efforts to secure our escape within an hour. We started off in one corner as we made our way around the room solving each puzzle with their appropriate clues earning a piece from each used to solve the final puzzle to obtain the key to exit. It was pretty engaging to use our minds together to solve each step as we laughed through half of the time throughout our hour in the room. I had a great time and recommend it to those looking to celebrate a birthday, throw an office party, or look to get together with plenty of friends for an alternative form of fun. I got a tour of the other rooms designated for larger parties with increased difficulty just to have a visual for ideas for future outings. The staff was super nice and accommodating so it's a perfect spot for friends and family to unite and have a night of fun in a very collaborative way.

We really enjoyed some of the unique puzzles that are included in the games throughout this entire company. Cons: I will forever bring down a star because these are technically shared experience so if someone books the same time as you, you're stuck with a stranger and I despise that. And the fee to reserve the whole room is insane. There's a reason almost every other escape room doesn't have this anymore and it's much smarter. I would never book one of these rooms in advance because of the risk of getting stuck with someone. The other thing I didn't like was the one employee that was at the front desk. He was not very friendly and not helpful. All other staff members were fantastic. Gold rush: there were a few glitches in the room. There's a shooting part which is really hard because the things you need to shoot at are slightly to heavy for the "ammo" you're using making it insanely hard to get them to move properly. Also there was not anywhere near enough water in a different take to get it to work properly. However everything else was great. Timeliener: no negatives. I like everything about it. Overall I will always recommend this company and their rooms nationwide (as long as I'm never stuck with random people in a shared room).

We chose the room called "The Depths," and it turned out to be an absolute adventure! It was such an interesting and creative game it really made us think, communicate, and work together to solve puzzles and try different ideas to see what worked. The rooms are incredibly well thought out, and it's clear how much effort went into every detail. There was even a science lab coat that I wore the whole time, which made it even more fun. The coolest part of the experience was when it felt like we were actually driving the underwater submarine that was so cool! Overall, it was an amazing experience that's perfect for families and friends to bond over. The staff was super kind, and since we were so close to finishing, they even gave us a little extra time.
