Monday after work we rushed downtown to buy a graduation gift for my son, I knew they closed at 5pm. As we walked to the door, I saw a sign that read "by appointment only" and the door was locked. I saw the security person looking at me, he motioned to open the door. As we walk in, I start to greet him, he cut me off and asked "do you have an appointment?" I replied "No" His attitude, tone and demeanor was extremely condescending . He told us we can look around and he will see if he can find someone to assist us. There were no customers in the store and one staff person was visible, she offered us a beverage while we waited to see if a client advisor was available to assist us. After about a 15 minute wait, we were introduced to the client advisor, Natalie. Natalie was kind, attentive and within minutes showed us the perfect watch, on a ipad, for the graduation gift. Unfortunately the watch was not in the store but she promised to have it delivered the next day. We made an appointment to come back the next day, of course we encountered the same unpleasant security person but we had an appointment this time. Before I could take a seat Natalie ushered me to a beautiful space within the store to show me the watch, it was beautiful and she gift wrapped it for us. Given that they're an authorized dealer for heavy hitters like Rolex, Tudor, and Omega, it makes total sense they maintain a secure, high-touch environment rather than letting visitors wander freely. Maddy took me up to the second floor where their pre-owned selection is housed. Wow, what a setup! Having around 100 pre-owned watches under glass was a pleasant surprise; most authorized dealers keep only a handful on-site and store the rest off-premises. Maddy was exceptionally patient as we pulled several pieces to try on. When none ended up being quite the right fit, she brought me back to the main showroom to explore new pieces from Tudor and Omega (since Precision isn't a Breitling dealer). The facility itself is gorgeous. The entrance features a double-glass secure vestibule with a buzz-in system. The main showroom is impeccably laid out with distinct brand spaces, and the floor-to-ceiling windows flood the entire space with natural light. Even though it sits right on busy Route 309 in Lower Gwynedd, the acoustics inside make it dead silent--you don't hear a sound from traffic. The only reason for the 4-star rating instead of 5 is the complete lack of post-visit follow-up. I left my name, phone number, and email expecting at least a quick note or periodic check-in. Instead, it's been total crickets over the last few weeks. With such a high level of concierge service in the showroom, a brief follow-up text acknowledging the visit or keeping me in mind for future inventory would have made the experience seamless.

Since they've rebranded and changed their Google Maps listing, I'm reposting a summary of my original review. In short: avoid this store at all costs. The customer service is beyond horrific, and the product quality is poor -- despite the appealing design. I received one of their watches as a gift around 2017. It looked great and drew compliments at work and from friends. However, the movement kept failing. I contacted them for a repair. The first time, they replaced the watch instead of repairing it, contrary to my request. By the third issue, they started accusing me -- their customer -- of being a scammer reselling their watches. No explanation, just wild accusations. At the time, I was a full-time professional working in New York City, so their claims were not only baseless but deeply offensive. That's how it ended: no repair, no replacement -- just insults. They told me to get lost. Nearly a decade later I still can't believe that some people do business like this. It's a shame. Their designs are striking, but the movement is junk. And instead of taking responsibility or improving, they lash out at their customers. A sad story of a business that once had potential. If I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid these people.

George, the owner of Creative Silver, noticed us immediately and gave us a quote to fix one of hubby's watch, it only cost $5. We were shocked bc we sure wasn't expecting five lol. We were very happy and it took within 5 minutes for him to complete. He couldn't shortened the other one bc the links on the watch are the ones that can't be changed.
