Service was also very friendly. I would definitely come back for any watch repair needs. They currently have a notice on their door that they are closed on Thanksgiving and Black Friday this year.

Creative Silver is located in a shop that consists of three other businesses. If you need electronics, accessories, watch repairs, and custom shirts, this will be the spot as they are all in this one shop. George, the owner of Creative Silver, noticed us immediately and gave us a quote to fix one of hubby's watch, it only cost $5. We were shocked bc we sure wasn't expecting five lol. We were very happy and it took within 5 minutes for him to complete. He couldn't shortened the other one bc the links on the watch are the ones that can't be changed. But he did suggest to change the strap from the business across from him. We got the band switch and he charged us $10.

For many years I've taken a number of items (usually Zippos or the odd pocket watch or two) for engraving. Three years ago I went in to have a Zippo engraved only to learn that the one guy in the entire store who can handle engraving was away. I went back three times over the course of three weeks until he was in. Ok, I put that aside until now. I was gifted a pen in early January and attempted to get it engraved. Here is what I encountered: 1. January-Solo engraver is on a two week vacation. 2. Two and a half weeks later I find out that solo engraver is opening another store in another state for a month plus. 3. I walk in to pinpoint that solo engraver would be on site today ( Monday, March 2nd) only to find the place closed! The only store in the mall that appeared to be closed. I will no longer recommend this establishment to anyone, especially if it's a time sensitive issue. I would select zero stars if possible.
