That was some chews fatty meat, honestly all four meats that came with our meal were chewy and a ton of fat. Wagyu should melt in your mouth. All the little side dishes were very good. And we had a Korean rice cake in a cheesy sauce that was good as well. But the bottom line is for $100 that meat is a poor quality. My feeling is sometimes people open up restaurants, advertising Wagyu, and then realize how expensive it is and start making cutbacks.

Again, it is definitely a few steps above an average buffet and the prices are reasonable. They don't have lobsters, crab legs or oysters at the weekday lunch and not sure about weeknight dinner time. But they had lobster tails, crab legs and oysters on a Sat night dinner.
