Your customers are your back bone to your business cause I had my own business!!!Had no idea about windshields until my insurance lady called me and told me! I would not give this place a Star I would give it no stars and I will not be back at this place or any Glass Services locations! We walk in everything was fine treated you ok made coffee & place was ok needed some cleaning. We left and I notice my windshield was not as good as the last one we had! The girl said that was the one that came up when she ordered it! I should have went look at my old windshield but didn't. I was not a happy person. Next day I ran errands & saw glass pieces on dashboard and had some black smudge by my rear view mirror! Got a call from my insurance lady and she saiid I had a different windshield and she sent me all the information! So I called back this place and spoke to the girl that works there & explain what happen. I told her My insurance lady called me and said we had the wrong glass it didn't have the protection against road noise.. So I called and told the lady what I found out. She told me she disposed of my old windshield as she told my insurance adjuster! Then I called back she said she had it! I told her the windshield I had before had no road noise! She wanted us to go back and she would check it! I will not go back to this place ! POOR customer service! I have talk to people and they told me they have had the same problems! I found out I can order my own windshield, there is a difference & I learn a lot about different windshields in one day, they don't tell you everything . The last windshield was cheaper And better with the noise & light was around 500 this one was 847!!! I will not ever go back to this place! ESPECIALLY with the rude customer service! So my advice is order your own windshield and go somewhere else!!!!I Ask, Questions about your windshield before you order it & install it! Make sure it's the right one order your self from car dealership. I learn the hard way and something new! I was traveling through and stopped overnight in West Monroe. After making a report with one of West Monroe's finest (he was really a great police officer) I was at a loss where to get the window fixed. It was pouring rain and cold. I AAA and they got me right in. They had me back on the road in just a few hours. They were extremely well priced and very kind and helpful. Most of all my window is good as new. Now the handle has come loose. I called and was told it would cost $90 for a service call since it was out of warranty. I explained that it was not correctly installed at first. It would take maybe 5 minutes to fix it, but he said it would cost the service charge of $90 anyway. So much for good customer service.

After I left, I contacted them to let thim know, the technician caused damage to my windshield moulding and mirror. They said they would fix it. After talking to my insurance company, they suggested I use another company which I did. They caused $300 worth of damage to my windshield moulding & refused to fix it, b/c I let another company replace the windshield. The tech admitted to causing the damage, but they still refused to do the right thing & fix it. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The clerk & other workers argued with me & my husband instead of trying to fix the problem. Absolutely disgusting customer service & unprofessional business.
