They are fraudulently charging and not communicating their pricing accuarelt . I signed up a month ago and my card was charged the wrong amount. I emailed and they corrected it and said the next month it would be the higher amount. Today, it was an even higher amount that originally quoted in the email. I asked to cancel and get a full refund and they refused because "credit surcharges are a common practice across many industries today, as they help cover the costs associated with payment processing and other operational expenses. As such, these surcharges are non-refundable. We understand that unexpected charges can be frustrating, and we appreciate your understanding." Nowhere in any paperwork or email was I told about a surcharge for a credit card. In my initial charge, there was not a surcharge for a credit card. I am not frustrated about the price. In August my car received a scratch at the rocket fast on desiard. Prior to going through the machine I used the bug wash and did not have a 6 foot scratch. After the car wash I noticed the scratch within 30 minutes and returned to the location to report it. I was initially sent to a place to have an estimate done but it was a $1600 repair so it went for approval. I even have voicemails from the company promising to repair my car. I got a call today 3 months later that the scratch was not caused by their equipment and they would not be paying to fix my car. So now I am stuck with a 6 foot scratch that could only come from Rocketfast. Do not use this car wash. They do not take care of their customers. read more

I used to go to this specific location all the time and one day I went through and my mirror snapped off. Freak accidents happen I understand but the problem was how this manager conducted business . Me being a young woman I knew they would try to play me but they passed played me . Do not go here because if something happens to your vehicle they will only accept "partial responsibility" even though it was totally their fault. Went to rocket fast, came out with bumper missing. Employees didn't even notice bumper was in there until I told them. Waited around for 30 minutes before manager came out and said he'd have to get with his supervisor. He showed me pictures of what he claimed was existing damage. I've had car 6 months, never had a wreck and even have Carfax on hand. The only pre-existing damage on the vehicle was on the tail-end of the bumper near the license plate, which was not where the bristles of the wash caught hold to my vehicle. The Manager calls me on 10/22 and says they will only cover the cost to put the bumper back on and not repaired. It's impossible for bumper to be put back on correctly because the machine tore it off the clips. I asked the manager if his employees are trained to look for "preexisting" damage and he said yes. He also stated that his employees did not point out to the camera any existing damages and that they also weren't paying attention because the incident started at the beginning of the wash. When I spoke with Evan (the manager) on 10/22 he said " Theres nothing more I am willing to do because I feel like im doing more than enough. I don't even use our machines because of the damage that's capable" . Evan also stated that he and coworkers examined the bumper and concluded that the bumper is not the original. I asked how he came to the conclusion and he stated because of the paint. I told Evan that I have the carfax on the vehicle and no damage has ever been done to the vehicle. This car wash damages the paint on your vehicle, scratches and abrasions are caused by the machines, it leaves soap spots on your vehicle, and it fails to remove bird poop. My vehicle's antennae was whipped/snapped off at the base in the carwash with the huge spinning felt that is used by the wash. When inquiring with the manager about the damage, I was informed my antennae was already bent. I inspect my antennae regularly, to make sure it is tight and will not come off in the wash. There was NO bend. If bent, it was bent in the wash, as I use no other services to clean my vehicle. As of today, I have gone by the establishment 3 times and left 2 voicemail messages. The manager tried to give me an antennae that did not fit my vehicle and told me to buy an adapter. No sir. The signs say to let down power antennae (mine was not a power antennae) and they are not responsible for aftermarket parts. Well, the antennae came with the vehicle so it was not an aftermarket part. So, I don't understand why this matter is so difficult to conclude. I just want a replacement antennae that fits and works. I am a great customer with a Fast Pass (vehicle scratched up, paint chipped off, paint rubbed off and all) and I just wanted an antennae, not a paint job or anything unreasonable. Please if you can go elsewhere do. I am going to give up on this company if my customer satisfaction is not a priority as it seems not to be. I recently purchased a monthly pass and was using it for about the fourth time, when this happened. Having followed the directions of the attendant, he put me about 5-10 ft. from the car in front of me. My truck in neutral, hand off steering wheel, foot off of brake. We start moving thru the wash, mid way thru, the roller went under my tire, causing a pause in movement until the next roller came by to push me on. Then it happened again and this time the vehicle behind me was drug into mine, cars were way to close, resulting in broken front end of other car. RocketFast Car wash said, it was my fault.
