Unfortunately, my recent experience with Tommy's Car Wash on Hwy 165 in Monroe left me no choice but to speak up. I've been a loyal, paying member for roughly 7-8 months, possibly close to a year. I drive a practically brand-new vehicle, and one day after going through their wash, the rear windshield wiper blade and cap came off, bending the blade holder so it no longer functioned properly. I immediately reported the damage to management and requested original replacement parts. Their first response was, "We can't do OEM parts -- we'd have to order from Amazon." I declined and was told I could handle the repair myself and bring back the receipt for reimbursement. Since Monroe doesn't have a dealership for my type of vehicle, I drove 1 hour and 45 minutes to Jackson, MS, had it repaired at the dealership, and returned with my paid receipt. I expected a straightforward process. Instead, I was told the district manager needed to "look into it." Days later, when I came back expecting reimbursement, I was met with more delays and excuses. After months of loyalty, this has been both disheartening and disappointing. Any business that employs people who would yell at a young mother with her child in the parking lot over a Facebook review will never get a dime of my business. They kept my car for about a week, and during that time I had to spend a significant amount of money on Ubers and Lyfts because I had no vehicle. I was repeatedly told they were waiting on a part that hadn't arrived. Eventually, they called to say my car was finished. I paid approximately $2,000 and was waiting for them to bring my car around. After about 20 minutes, they came back and told me they actually needed to order another part but I could drive my car for now. The check engine light was still on. It took about another week for that part to arrive. Then I was told it would cost around another $2,000. At that point, I tried to work out some kind of solution or discount with them because of everything that happened. As of the time I'm writing this review, I have not received a response despite attempts to follow up. What disappointed me most was the communication throughout the process. Being told my car was finished, paying for the repair, and then finding out more repair parts were needed. Combined with the delays, additional transportation costs, and the lack of follow-up afterward, this was not the level of service I expected. This review reflects my personal experience. I hope the shop is able to improve its communication and customer service going forward.

Went in for a new set of tires and asked them to check the brakes... they called and said the tires…read morewere mounted and the brakes looked good... fast forward a few days brakes making hellish racket took a look and realized the bolts holding the caliper to the bracket were completely missing... caliper had slid back and started to gouge the inside of the wheel... luckily no catastrophic damage... but it could've been really bad... Won't be returning to this business or recommending it to anyone... to say the least
