My wife and I were both monthly members with Dream. However, they lacked the tools and amenities we desired for a full interior and exterior self care outcome. We cancelled. When we saw Amerishine replace this business, I came back one day to give the new folks a try. Here's what I found: Removed: -prep area amenities (brush and block sponge for removing bugs and tar before your wash). -Buff and Dry at the end of the tunnel (it never worked anyway; I dont miss it). Kept: -Window cleaner -Vacuums (2 different heads) -compressed air -Various Levels of washes -good customer service -chemicals and amenities in the tunnel. -pre-wash brushing on your car (you can ask them to not is you desire). Added: -Towels (number 1 requested amenity at the wash I worked at years ago.) -Fragrance spray -Interior cleaner spray -Interior carpet cleaner (not recommended. One dry, one wet, and 2 dry cycles still left the matts dripping wet. Go to auto-zone or something and but a bottle of matt shampoo and do it yourself while here. -Ability to retract vertical wraps, tire shine, or any other undesired tunnel functions. (Second most request feature at the wash I worked at). After testing them out and seeing the added amenities, my wife and I became monthly members again. They cut the monthly prices for the top wash by about 30% (down from $40 per car to $28.99 per car). We are happy. NOTE: The attached images are a result of the top wash on my 2019 Honda Accord with a full body wrap retract followed by 2 hours in the lot using ONLY their towels, window cleaner, interior cleaner, compressed air, and matt wash. The tunnel is only the first half of the battle. Their products will make your car look good, but you have to be willing to put in the work. They're only an express carwash so your car will only look as good, inside AND out, as you make it. I'm willing to put in the work myself using complementary amenities and spend $29/month over a full service wash giving me the same results at $55/visit.

My license plate had already been scanned and verified before the attendant informed me about the problem. I said, "No big deal, I'll just go to the Monroe location." When I arrived at the Monroe location, I was told I had exceeded my daily wash limit. Keep in mind, I pay for an unlimited wash membership. According to them, however, "unlimited" means one wash per day. This is where it gets interesting. I questioned the attendant about it, and he seemed just as surprised. The next thing I knew, a young guy walked over, introduced himself as the regional manager, and immediately acted as if I was upset. He started explaining the terms and conditions. I told him, "You don't have to do all that." Instead, he stepped toward me, got in my face, and said, "But I am." I asked him what his issue was and reminded him that no one was upset--it was just a car wash. I also told him to stop acting like a jerk. He then asked what I wanted, and I simply replied, "Cancel all of my memberships." He walked away. Again, I do not recommend this place. Between what I believe is deceptive "unlimited wash" advertising and the way customers are treated--especially by the regional manager--I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Worth Metroplex whete I work (1 in Euless & 2 in Denton Park hat I know of)... So no matter where I'm at, if I need my truck washed; I can make it happen... To top it all off, if you purchase the monthly plan, you can use a Tommy's car wash multiple times in 1 day (whereas, others only allow a single wash per day)... Which is horrible, especially if you're vehicle is more than just a standard dirty... I left Tommy's for 1 month & never again.., Just wish they had the bug was stations with brushes to use before going through the entrance...

After leaving West Monroe Take 5 and driving to Kentucky I realized something dragging under my…read morecar. My 2023 VW Atlas is quite low to the ground and that's probably why I didn't notice it sooner. After putting it on a lift, I realized that only 3 fasteners were left of the 14 originally. I'm now sure if they simply didn't reinstall them or left them loose, any way I hold this business responsible. I would have spoke directly to them however they won't answer and corporate customer service won't call back. After the $140 oil change now I've gotta buy a $160 part (plus screws) to replace the piece that drug on the highway for hundreds of miles. If Take 5 sees this and wants to pay for the repairs, I'll gladly remove this review.
