My wife just had her car washed at this establishment and it was a big waste of $34.00. They did not clean rims, center console or the dash. They left the floor mats wet, but offered her a towel if she wanted to dry them herself, and didn't vacuum the rear cargo section of her SUV. Even the windshield was still dirty after the wash. She went inside to see exactly what she paid for and the lady clerk said they didn't do all those things listed above and that they didn't have anything else to discuss and walked off. I have noticed less cars getting washes there and now I know why. Guess there will be a new empty building for sale on US165 before long. So long Rocket Lube. read more

They don't deserve no stars they are rude when I calls back with concerns about the dirt that was on the car before and after the service stating "I sorry you're upset but you should have looked at it before leaving. Lady it had not been 10 after driving off. She was not using that time prior to me paying 40$ for a rip off! I do not recommend this establishment to clean a bicycle read more

They have been putting the incorrect oil in my car for every oil change! 7 days ago I got it changed 7 days later a Motor Low Engine Oil Pressure light came on! When taking it back & telling the lady about it, she had an attitude and said well they can look it up on the computer! The computer says 5/20 ya still put 5/30 in there because you felt it was better per your oil changer (who was nice). Then the same lady came in there yelling saying the oil that goes in there is $100 idc what it is I've been paying $100 plus put the correct oil in it and if you suggest a different oil you should ask if it's okay! The lady proceeds to continue to yell at me and say "we can give you this oil and let ya go"! No what you're going to do I pay for my motor for putting the wrong oil in here! I've never seen a more unprofessional person in my life! And it's your company fault but you're pissed off at the consumer because they are upset! And not one time did I cuss at her or anything! But she was neck rolling, hands, yelling with in her hands in her pockets! The old me would have slapped the meth from her mouth but I've grown over the last 20 years! Manager never came to the front! No apology, no anything! I will never go back here because of her and the failure of the manager who did not come to the front when he was called! This used to be a good place to have your car washed. (Not any more) The car wash service is waaaay overpriced for the shitty job that they do. The inside never looks like it was vacuumed and the floor mats are always dripping wet. The exterior is supposed to be wiped down but isn't. Bugs still on the front. The last time that I went I had to show the guy what to do. They need to have better training or hire better quality workers. I would give this place a negative rating if it was available. read more

Took in 2017 Nissan Maxima for oil change. They did NOT remove old oil. Just put five quarts of synthetic oil on top of what was already in there. Oil has spewed out on engine and mechanical parts and is now causing engine to fail. It actually died while we were accelerating onto a highway and is running rough. We have drained out very dark oil and the dipstick still registers way over the high mark. Hope my engine is not ruined. read more

If I could give these people a zero I would. I just purchased my vehicle, and for the first oil change I took it here. The "skid plate" for this vehicle is more like a semi-hard material blocking access to the oil filter. Instead of taking the plastic pins out, and removing it for the oil change, they decided to cut it. Now where they cut it is making it tear the rest of the skid plate from the car. THIS WAS THE FIRST OIL CHANGE. After calling and talking to the owner, he says his guys wouldn't do that. Even after I told him several times that this was the first oil change. He took no responsibility. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this business, they will damage your vehicle for what seems for the fun of it. I know for a fact it took them longer to cut this material than it would have to take 4 plastic pins out. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

I went to Rocket Lube and paid $18.00 for a car wash. I am 80 yrs old and when I got in to drive it the steering wheel had not been cleaned and when I got on the Hwy. my windshield was cleaned with a dirty rag..I called them and told them and they told me I should have said something I didn't notice the windshield until the sun hit it. They do a very poor job. I will drive the extra mile and go to Happy Days Car Wash. read more

Today's service one would think would be a little different now that injustice is being in the spot light. I (A BLACK WOMAN) was not greeted nor asked to upgrade my car wash or even asked if I wanted an air fresher like everyone else(non black) was that walk through the door. After some time and seeing every other person being serviced, I decided to go to service desk and questioned the amount of time left for my oil change/car wash. I brought up that I wasn't given an option to upgrade my wash or even asked if I wanted to purchase an air fresher. She later asked only because I voiced the poor service I had received before paying for my oil change. I write this review only to bring awareness to the situation, please treat everyone equal. Co workers have used them before, so I decided to give them a try rather than driving further into Monroe. Did not live up to the "Rocket" speed implication, was more expensive than most of their competition and the receptionist/cashier was rather snotty and obviously more interested in playing with her phone than anything approaching customer service. The car was cleaned and the oil was changed, but overall I could've done it cheaper, faster and with a better customer experience elsewhere. read more

I had my car washed this morning. After my wash was done the guy walked up to my car and stated that the auto wash machine ripped my windshield blade off. The policy clearly stated that they were not responsible for damaged windshield blades. My issue was the notion that he accused someone of putting the blade on wrong. My car was purchased from the dealership and I have never had to replace the blade. That could not have been the issue. I visited the closest parts store and the cashier advised me never to go there again. Apparently, many people visit there with issues from Rocket Lube. Because I drive a Benz, my blades cost $55. My simple car wash costed me a total of $83 today. I am EXTREMELY disappointed and will never visit there again. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone. read more
