The poor girl looked absolutely terrified to have this grown man screaming at her and her young child over a Facebook review. I was one second away from teaching this pathetic excuse of a man why happens when you treat a woman that way. After making sure she got out do there safely I got in my car and went to Discount Tire where they took great care of me. Any business that employs people who would yell at a young mother with her child in the parking lot over a Facebook review will never get a dime of my business. I would recommend going to literally ANY other tire shop in Monroe. To the owner/management, I would HIGHLY suggest reevaluating who you employ.

I had issue with my insurance...my vehicle was ready, and they hadn't received their payment. It was an excruciating nightmare. The level of compassion that was shown and the opportunity that was offered for me to go ahead and take my car without their payment...showed a level of compassion and empathy for the people that they service. I would highly recommend Auto Body specialist to anyone who is in need of great customer service and by the way, my car looked like I had just driven it off the showroom floor. The guy at the counter recommended that they assess the pads before scheduling to work. He also explained they had a sensor tool that would tell me which sensor was bad. Not pleased due to the fact I was without a vehicle for so long. I think the parts should be ordered and in hand before you take a customers vehicle. The insurance only paid for 30 days for a rental. I was out $600 to use the rental. Went up there to discuss why it is taking so long and to see if they would provide a rental. The owner was of no help and wasn't willing to do anything to resolve the matter. He just said, in a sarcastic manner, what do you want me to do about it?? So no I won't recommend

They kept my car for about a week, and during that time I had to spend a significant amount of money on Ubers and Lyfts because I had no vehicle. I was repeatedly told they were waiting on a part that hadn't arrived. Eventually, they called to say my car was finished. I paid approximately $2,000 and was waiting for them to bring my car around. After about 20 minutes, they came back and told me they actually needed to order another part but I could drive my car for now. The check engine light was still on. It took about another week for that part to arrive. Then I was told it would cost around another $2,000. At that point, I tried to work out some kind of solution or discount with them because of everything that happened. As of the time I'm writing this review, I have not received a response despite attempts to follow up. What disappointed me most was the communication throughout the process. Being told my car was finished, paying for the repair, and then finding out more repair parts were needed. Combined with the delays, additional transportation costs, and the lack of follow-up afterward, this was not the level of service I expected. This review reflects my personal experience. I hope the shop is able to improve its communication and customer service going forward.
