Unfortunately, my recent experience with Tommy's Car Wash on Hwy 165 in Monroe left me no choice but to speak up. I've been a loyal, paying member for roughly 7-8 months, possibly close to a year. I drive a practically brand-new vehicle, and one day after going through their wash, the rear windshield wiper blade and cap came off, bending the blade holder so it no longer functioned properly. I immediately reported the damage to management and requested original replacement parts. Their first response was, "We can't do OEM parts -- we'd have to order from Amazon." I declined and was told I could handle the repair myself and bring back the receipt for reimbursement. Since Monroe doesn't have a dealership for my type of vehicle, I drove 1 hour and 45 minutes to Jackson, MS, had it repaired at the dealership, and returned with my paid receipt. I expected a straightforward process. Instead, I was told the district manager needed to "look into it." Days later, when I came back expecting reimbursement, I was met with more delays and excuses. After months of loyalty, this has been both disheartening and disappointing. I have canceled my membership and will be contacting corporate to share my frustration with how this was handled. #upsetcustomer #tommyscarwash #monroe

Not pleased due to the fact I was without a vehicle for so long. I think the parts should be ordered and in hand before you take a customers vehicle. The insurance only paid for 30 days for a rental. I was out $600 to use the rental. Went up there to discuss why it is taking so long and to see if they would provide a rental. The owner was of no help and wasn't willing to do anything to resolve the matter. He just said, in a sarcastic manner, what do you want me to do about it?? So no I won't recommend

They kept my car for about a week, and during that time I had to spend a significant amount of money on Ubers and Lyfts because I had no vehicle. I was repeatedly told they were waiting on a part that hadn't arrived. Eventually, they called to say my car was finished. I paid approximately $2,000 and was waiting for them to bring my car around. After about 20 minutes, they came back and told me they actually needed to order another part but I could drive my car for now. The check engine light was still on. It took about another week for that part to arrive. Then I was told it would cost around another $2,000. At that point, I tried to work out some kind of solution or discount with them because of everything that happened. As of the time I'm writing this review, I have not received a response despite attempts to follow up. What disappointed me most was the communication throughout the process. Being told my car was finished, paying for the repair, and then finding out more repair parts were needed. Combined with the delays, additional transportation costs, and the lack of follow-up afterward, this was not the level of service I expected. This review reflects my personal experience. I hope the shop is able to improve its communication and customer service going forward.
